Abstract
Description
1デニール=9000m当たり1g=450m当たり0,05g=1m当たり0.111mg。
9,000mの測定は実際には厄介であり、通常、サンプル900mを秤量しそれを10倍してデニール重量を求める。
との反応を含む当業者に周知のいずれかの方法で調製できる。ポリエーテルイミドのコポリマーは、式(5)の芳香族ビス(エーテル無水物)と、異なるビス(無水物)、例えばTがエーテル官能性を含まないビス(無水物)、例えばスルホンであるビス(無水物)と、の組み合わせを用いて製造できる。
繊維質基板の厚みは0超〜8ミル未満である。特に、繊維質基板の層をスタックして構築されたものの一部の実施形態では、厚みは0〜80ミルである。他の実施形態では、厚みは3〜20ミルである。
引張強度はASTM D828に準拠して求めた。
Claims (15)
- 繊維組成物中の繊維の合計質量に対して、
約10〜約65質量%のポリイミド繊維と、
約10〜約30質量%の、芳香族ポリアミドフィブリッドまたはポリカーボネート繊維から選択された繊維と、
約25〜約70質量%の芳香族ポリアミド繊維と、
を含む繊維組成物の圧密化生成物であって、厚みが0超〜8ミル未満の圧密化生成物を含む、
ことを特徴とする繊維質基板。 - 請求項1に記載の繊維質基板を含むことを特徴とする電気紙。
- 第1の面と前記第1の面に対向する第2の面を有する繊維質基板であって、繊維組成物中の繊維の合計質量に対して、
約20〜65質量%のポリイミド繊維と、
約30〜70質量%の、芳香族ポリアミド繊維と、
約10〜30質量%の芳香族ポリアミドフィブリッドと、を含む繊維組成物の圧密化生成物を含み;
約75〜95質量%のポリイミド繊維と約5〜25質量%の芳香族ポリアミドフィブリッドとを含み、前記第1の面上に配置された第1の層と;
約75〜95質量%のポリイミド繊維と約5〜25質量%の芳香族ポリアミドフィブリッドとを含み、前記第2の面上に配置された第2の層と、を有する前記繊維質基板を含み、
厚みが0超〜8ミル未満であることを特徴とする電気紙。 - 前記繊維質基板は、約40質量%のポリイミド繊維と、約40質量%の芳香族ポリアミド繊維と、約20質量%の芳香族ポリアミドフィブリッドと、を含み、前記第1と第2の層は、約90質量%のポリイミド繊維と約10質量%の芳香族ポリアミドフィブリッドとを含む請求項3に記載の電気紙。
- 第1の面と、前記第1の面に対向する第2の面を有する繊維質基板であって、繊維組成物中の繊維の合計質量に対して、
約75〜95質量%のポリイミド繊維と約5〜25質量%の芳香族ポリアミドフィブリッドとを含む繊維組成物の圧密化生成物を含み;
約35〜45質量%のポリイミド繊維と、
約35〜45質量%の芳香族ポリアミド繊維と、
約10〜30質量%の芳香族ポリアミドフィブリッドと、を含み、前記第1の面上に配置された第1の層と;
約35〜45質量%のポリイミド繊維と、
約35〜45質量%の芳香族ポリアミド繊維と、
約10〜30質量%の芳香族ポリアミドフィブリッドと、を含み、前記第2の面上に配置された第2の層と;を有する前記繊維質基板を含み、
厚みが0超〜80ミル未満であることを特徴とする電気紙。 - 前記ポリイミド繊維は、ポリエーテルイミド繊維、ポリエーテルイミドスルホン繊維、ポリエーテルアミドイミド繊維およびこれらの組み合わせから選択される請求項2乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の電気紙。
- 前記繊維質基板の前記繊維の引裂強度は、Elmendorf引裂強度として測定して、少なくとも85mNである請求項2乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の電気紙。
- 前記芳香族ポリアミドは、芳香族パラ−ポリアミドである請求項2乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の電気紙。
- 前記芳香族ポリアミドは、ポリ(p−フェニレンテレフタルアミド)、ポリ(p−フェニレンテレフタルアミド−co−3’4’−オキシジフェニレンテレフタルアミド)およびこれらの組み合わせから選択される請求項2乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の電気紙。
- 前記繊維質基板内に含浸された熱硬化性ポリマーまたは熱可塑性ポリマーをさらに含む請求項2乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の電気紙。
- 請求項2乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の電気紙を含むことを特徴とする物品。
- 前記物品は、相セパレータ;モータ、発電機または変圧器内の第1の絶縁体;モータ、発電機または変圧器内の第2の絶縁体;である請求項11に記載の物品。
- 懸濁溶媒と;
繊維組成物中の繊維の合計質量に対して、
約20〜65の質量%のポリイミド繊維と、
約30〜70質量%の芳香族ポリアミド繊維と、
約10〜30質量%の芳香族ポリアミドフィブリッドと、を含む繊維組成物と;を含むスラリーから層を形成するステップと、
前記層から水を取り除くステップと、
前記層を圧密化して繊維質基板を形成するステップと、を備える繊維質基板の調製プロセスであって、
約75〜95質量%のポリイミド繊維と5〜25質量%の芳香族ポリアミドフィブリッドの層を、前記圧密化するステップの前または後に、前記繊維質基板のそれぞれの表面に塗布し、基板とポリイミド膜を共に圧密化ステップにかけることを特徴とする調製プロセス。 - 請求項13に記載のプロセスで製造されることを特徴とする繊維質基板。
- 請求項14に記載の繊維質基板を含むことを特徴とする物品。
