Abstract
Description
図1(a)および図1(b)に示すように、このインダクタ1は、巻線を巻回してなるコイル5と、コイル5が内部に配置され、該コイル5によって生じる磁束を通す磁性体2とを備えている。磁性体2は、コイル5の略全体を覆う形で配置されている。磁性体2は、例えば、後述の射出成形磁性体で構成される。また、磁性体2は、軸方向長さの中間線6で2分割形状とされており、これら分割体の結合体である(図3参照)。この2分割された磁性体は同形状であり、1つの金型での製造が可能である。
図2(a)および図2(b)に示すように、このインダクタ1は、図1のものと同様に、巻線を巻回してなるコイル5と、コイル5が内部に配置され、該コイル5によって生じる磁束を通す磁性体2とを備えている。この形態では、磁性体2が、コイル5の内径側に配置される圧縮成形磁性体4と、コイル5の外径側に配置される射出成形磁性体3とを結合して構成されている。磁性体2において、圧縮成形磁性体4と射出成形磁性体3のいずれもが、軸方向長さの中間線6で2分割形状とされており、それぞれの分割体の結合体である。また、射出成形磁性体3のみが、軸方向長さの中間線6で2分割形状とされた分割体の結合体であってもよい(図4参照)。

Claims (6)
- 巻線を巻回してなるコイルと、該コイルが内部に配置され、該コイルによって生じる磁束を通す磁性体とを備えた磁性素子であって、
前記磁性体は、前記コイルの外径側を覆う磁性体外径部に、該磁性素子を空冷するための空冷部を有し、該空冷部は該磁性体外径部を貫通する孔構造、または、該磁性体外径部の外周部に設けられた凹凸構造からなることを特徴とする磁性素子。 - 前記磁性体は、前記コイルの内径側に配置される圧縮成形磁性体と、前記コイルの外径側に配置される射出成形磁性体とを結合してなり、前記圧縮成形磁性体が前記磁性体表面に露出しており、前記磁性体外径部が前記射出成形磁性体からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の磁性素子。
- 前記射出成形磁性体は、前記コイルの軸方向に2分割された磁性体を相互に結合させた結合体であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の磁性素子。
- 前記空冷部として前記孔構造を有し、
前記2分割された磁性体において、それぞれの前記磁性体外径部の内径側に、これらの結合時に嵌合する相補的な凹凸形状を有することを特徴とする請求項3記載の磁性素子。 - 前記空冷部として前記孔構造を有し、
前記2分割された磁性体の結合部位置の、該磁性体外径部の外周部にフランジ部を有することを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4記載の磁性素子。 - 前記空冷部として前記孔構造を有し、該孔構造から前記コイルの端子を外部に取り出すことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項記載の磁性素子。
