Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a noise shielded cable.
As a method of suppressing noise from the cable, the insulating material contained in the jacket covering the cable core wire is composed of a composite magnetic body made of a flat or needle-like soft magnetic powder and an organic binder, and the soft magnetic powder A method is known in which the surface portion of the metal is an oxidized metal or alloy (see Patent Document 1).
The higher the aspect ratio of the soft magnetic powder and the better the orientation of the powder in the noise shield layer, the greater the permeability of the noise shield layer, and the greater the permeability of the layer containing the powder, the better the noise suppression performance. To do. Therefore, it is desirable to make the magnetic powder have a high aspect ratio and improve the orientation of the magnetic powder.
However, the magnetic powder having a high aspect ratio is easily affected by the flow of the resin during extrusion, and the orientation of the magnetic powder in the noise shield layer is reduced by slight disturbance of the flow of the resin. Once the orientation is lowered, the orientation is further disturbed starting from the orientation.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a noise shielded cable capable of improving the orientation even with a high aspect ratio magnetic powder.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following noise shielded cable.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing a schematic configuration of a noise shielded cable according to an embodiment of the present invention. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a configuration of magnetic powder used in the noise shielded cable shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view thereof.
A noise shielded cable 1 shown in FIG. 1 includes a plurality of (three in this embodiment) insulated wires 4 in which the
The
The resin tape layer 6 is formed, for example, by winding a resin tape around the plurality of insulated wires 4 with the
The shield layer 7 is formed by braiding a conducting wire and connected to the ground. The shield layer 7 may be one in which a tape with a conductor is wound.
The
The thickness of the
As the base resin 80, for example, an olefin resin, a vinyl chloride resin, an ethylene-vinyl acetate polymer, a fluorine resin, a silicone resin, or the like can be used. Further, the resin 80 is preferably crystalline rather than amorphous in order to orient the flat direction when the
The mixing ratio of the
The
The overall shape of the streamlined cross-sectional shape is not limited to the shape as shown in FIG. 3, and examples thereof include a fish fuselage shape, an airplane fuselage shape, and a wing shape. A shape that is thicker toward the center and thinner toward the end is preferred.
The
The
If the aspect ratio represented by the maximum length / maximum height (thickness) of the
The
As the
As a material of the magnetic powder, a material made of a soft magnetic material is preferable. Examples of soft magnetic materials include ferrite powders such as Mn—Zn ferrite powders, Ni—Zn ferrite powders, Ni—Zn—Cu ferrite powders, Fe—Ni alloys (permalloy), Fe—Si—Al alloys, and the like. Soft magnetic metal powders such as alloys (Sendust) and Fe-Si alloys (silicon steel) can be used.
The sheath 9 is made of, for example, the same resin as the base resin 80 used for the
