Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a power supply device that can switch between a full-wave rectifier circuit and a voltage doubler rectifier circuit and has a protection function for protecting its own circuit from an abnormal voltage.
A driving device for driving the motor includes a power supply device. The power supply device rectifies commercial AC power and outputs a DC voltage. The AC power supply includes a 100V system that supplies an AC voltage of 100V to 120V and a 200V system that supplies an AC voltage of 200V to 240V. The 100V system and the 200V system are properly used depending on the convenience of equipment. The power supply device for driving the motor needs to be compatible with both the 100V system and the 200V system. For this reason, the power supply device includes a full-wave rectifier circuit and a voltage doubler rectifier circuit. Switching between the full-wave rectifier circuit and the voltage doubler rectifier circuit is performed manually or automatically. When the AC power supply is a 100V system, it is switched to a voltage doubler rectifier circuit, and when the AC power supply is a 200V system, it is switched to a full-wave rectifier circuit. By switching between the full-wave rectifier circuit and the voltage doubler rectifier circuit, the power supply device can output a DC voltage of 280 V regardless of the voltage of the AC power supply. The driving device drives the motor using a DC voltage of 280V.
If the full-wave rectifier circuit and the voltage doubler rectifier circuit are switched incorrectly, the drive device and the motor are damaged or the operation of the motor becomes unstable. For example, when the power supply apparatus is connected to a 200V AC power supply and switched to the voltage doubler rectifier circuit, a 560V DC voltage is output from the power supply apparatus, and the drive and motor circuits may be damaged. Conversely, when the power supply device is connected to a 100 V AC power supply and switched to a full-wave rectifier circuit, the voltage value of the DC voltage output from the power supply device is 140 V, and the circuit voltage of the drive device decreases. When the rated voltage of the motor is 280V, the operation of the motor becomes unstable. In addition, an abnormal voltage of the AC power supply may damage the drive device and the motor circuit, and may cause the motor operation to become unstable.
Therefore, it is necessary to monitor the voltage so that the driving device and the motor are not damaged, and to supply the AC voltage only when the voltage is normal. When the voltage is abnormal, it is necessary to cut off the input of the AC voltage.
Patent Document 1 discloses a power supply device capable of switching between a full-wave rectifier circuit and a voltage doubler rectifier circuit according to an input AC voltage. The power supply device monitors the rectified DC voltage and has a function of cutting off the supply of AC voltage when an overvoltage is detected.
However, the power supply device according to Patent Document 1 has a problem in that the function of the power supply device does not automatically return even when the voltage of the AC power supply becomes normal after the AC voltage is cut off.
An object of the present invention is to have a switching function between a full-wave rectifier circuit and a voltage doubler rectifier circuit, and when an abnormal voltage is detected, the circuit can be protected by cutting off the supply of AC voltage, It is an object of the present invention to provide a power supply device that can automatically recover from an AC voltage cutoff state when the AC voltage returns to a normal state.

A switch for switching rectification, a DC voltage detector for detecting a voltage value of the DC voltage rectified by the rectifier circuit, and an input to the rectifier circuit according to the voltage value detected by the DC voltage detector An overvoltage cutoff control unit that opens the cutoff switch when the voltage value of the DC voltage detected by the DC voltage detection unit is equal to or higher than the DC upper limit voltage, An AC voltage detection unit that detects a voltage value of an AC voltage between the input terminal and the cutoff switch, and when the cutoff switch is opened, based on the voltage value of the AC voltage detected by the AC voltage detection unit. A determination unit for determining whether or not to release the cutoff, and a cutoff release unit for closing the cutoff switch when the determination unit determines that the determination is possible. When switching to voltage doubler rectification, when the voltage value of the AC voltage detected by the AC voltage detection unit is less than the first high voltage threshold, it is determined that the interruption can be released, and the rectification of the rectifier circuit is performed by the switch. When the method is switched to full wave rectification, it is determined that the interruption can be released when the voltage value of the AC voltage detected by the AC voltage detection unit is less than the second high voltage threshold.
In the present invention, the rectifier circuit can double-voltage rectify or full-wave rectify the input AC voltage, and the rectification method of the rectifier circuit can be switched by the switch. When the voltage value of the DC voltage detected by the DC voltage detection unit is equal to or higher than the DC upper limit voltage, the overvoltage cutoff control unit opens the cutoff switch to cut off the AC voltage.
Since the AC voltage detection unit is configured to detect the voltage value of the AC voltage input to the rectifier circuit between the input terminal and the cutoff switch, the AC voltage detection unit detects the voltage value of the AC voltage even when the cutoff switch is open. It is possible. When the shut-off switch is opened, the judging unit judges whether or not the shut-off can be canceled based on the voltage value of the AC voltage detected by the AC voltage detecting unit. Close the switch.
The voltage value of the normal AC voltage varies depending on the rectification method of the rectifier circuit. Therefore, when the rectification method of the rectifier circuit is voltage doubler rectification, the determination unit determines that the interruption can be released when the voltage value of the AC voltage is less than the first high voltage threshold. When the rectification method of the rectifier circuit is full-wave rectification, it is determined that the interruption can be released when the voltage value of the AC voltage is less than the second high voltage threshold.
The second high voltage threshold is, for example, approximately twice the first high voltage threshold.

駆動部17は、例えばCPU(Central Processing Unit)を有するマイコンである。

The vertical bar on the right side in FIG. 2 indicates the voltage value of the DC voltage and the normal range and abnormal range of the voltage value. The normal range of the DC voltage output from the power supply device 1 is 280V to 340V. The range below 280V and the range above 340V are abnormal voltages. 280V is an example of a DC lower limit voltage, and 340V is an example of a DC upper limit voltage.
