Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a filament winding apparatus.
Conventionally, a filament winding apparatus is known (for example, Patent Document 1).
The FRP pipe of
Therefore, when producing a pipe made of FRP with the filament winding apparatus of
On the other hand, for consumer electronics and digital devices for consumers, the outer casing is designed with a cylindrical mesh body made of resin threads such as PET and nylon, and wound by winding multiple resin threads with a gap between them. May be adopted from the viewpoint of
It is not envisaged to produce the above-mentioned tubular net body having a gap using the filament winding apparatus of
The present invention provides a filament winding apparatus capable of suppressing the occurrence of a positional deviation at the position where the yarn is wound when the cylindrical mesh body is produced by winding the yarn around the outer peripheral surface of the mandrel.

The first invention is
A mandrel and an annular head through which the mandrel can be inserted, and the mandrel is rotated relative to the head in the circumferential direction of the mandrel while moving relative to the head in the axial direction of the mandrel. In a filament winding apparatus for producing a tubular net by winding a plurality of yarns around the mandrel with a gap between each other,
On the outer periphery of the mandrel, an annular protrusion group is provided in which a plurality of protrusions are juxtaposed at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction.
A plurality of nozzles projecting inward are provided on the inner peripheral portion of the head, and the plurality of nozzles are juxtaposed in the circumferential direction,
When a thread is wound around the mandrel, when the axial position of the nozzle of the head and the protrusion of the annular protrusion group becomes equal, the thread outlet at the tip of the nozzle is adjacent to the circumferential direction. One-to-one opposed to the recess that is the space between the protrusions of the book,
The yarn outlet of each nozzle supplies the yarn to the opposing recess, respectively.
The annular protrusion groups are respectively disposed at both ends of the mandrel in the axial direction.
In the second invention,
When yarn is wound around the mandrel, when the axial positions of the nozzles of the head and the projections of the annular projection group become equal, the yarn outlets at the tips of the nozzles are in the opposing recesses. Each is located.

In the fourth invention,
Each of the nozzles can expand and contract in the radial direction of the mandrel.
As effects of the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.
According to 1st invention, the thread | yarn exit of each nozzle supplies a thread | yarn to the said opposing recessed part, respectively. Thereby, when winding a thread | yarn around the outer peripheral surface of a mandrel, it can prevent that a winding nonuniformity generate | occur | produces in each said cyclic | annular protrusion group, and can suppress that a position shift arises in the winding position of a thread | yarn.
According to the second invention, when winding the yarn around the outer peripheral surface of the mandrel, it is possible to prevent the uneven winding from occurring in each of the annular projection groups, and to suppress the occurrence of positional deviation at the winding position of the yarn. Can do.
According to the third aspect of the invention, the installation position and the number of installations of the annular protrusion group can be changed.
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the distance between the yarn outlet of each nozzle and the concave portion facing this is changed by changing the expansion / contraction amount or movement amount of each nozzle in accordance with the thickness of the yarn wound around the mandrel. The size can be changed in consideration of the thickness. As a result, the yarn can be more reliably supplied from the yarn outlet of each nozzle to the opposing concave portion.
Even if the mandrel diameter is not uniform, the distance between the thread outlet of each nozzle and the recess facing the nozzle can be adjusted by moving each nozzle in the radial direction of the liner according to the mandrel diameter. Since the stability can be ensured, the yarn can be more reliably supplied from the yarn outlet of each nozzle to the opposing concave portion.
First, the
The

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 2B, the helical winding
The second table 41 is installed on the travel route of the

The helical winding
As shown in FIG. 3A, when the helical winding
When the helical winding
After the plurality of yarns F2 are wound around each other with a gap α therebetween to produce the tubular net M, the resin impregnated in the yarns F2 is heated and cured, so that the tubular net M is cured and completed. It becomes.
In addition, although the

As shown in FIG. 4, when the
In this embodiment, when the yarn F2 is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the

The
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 7A, in the

As a result, a plurality of yarns F2 are not supplied between the two
As shown in FIG. 7A, when the thread F2 is wound around the
As shown in FIG. 7B, when the yarn F2 is wound around the

According to this, the

As shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B, the diameter of the
