Moreover, these prior arts form the transparent conductive film which has an unevenness | corrugation on a flat base material, and do not form a transparent conductive film on the base material which has an unevenness | corrugation. In the case of using sputtering or photolithography as in these conventional techniques, the substrate is required to be flat from the viewpoint of stably forming the transparent conductive film, and the transparent conductive film is formed on the uneven substrate. It is difficult to form.
On the other hand, this inventor examined forming a transparent conductive film on the base material which has an unevenness | corrugation using the inkjet method.
If an ink jet method is used, various conductive materials can be contained in ink and applied onto a substrate to form an electrode film. Moreover, even when the transparency of the conductive material itself is low, the transparency can be improved by drawing a fine pattern.
However, when trying to draw a fine pattern on a substrate having unevenness, the ink applied to the inclined surface in the unevenness easily flows to a position different from the desired position due to the influence of gravity or the like. For example, patterning accuracy is difficult to obtain. If an attempt is made to set the ink viscosity to be high in order to suppress such flow, the ejection stability from the ink ejection nozzle will decrease, and it will be difficult to obtain patterning accuracy after all.
The present applicant has so far ejected a plurality of ink droplets containing a functional material from the ink jet head onto the base material while moving the ink jet head relative to the base material. When the line-shaped liquid is formed by uniting on a substrate and the formed line-shaped liquid is dried, the functional material is selectively deposited on the edge of the line-shaped liquid, and the functional Although a pattern forming method for forming a pattern including a material is disclosed (Patent Document 3), such a technique has room for improvement in terms of forming a fine pattern with high accuracy on a substrate having irregularities. there were.

In the pattern forming method of the present invention, a linear liquid containing a functional material is formed on a substrate, and when the linear liquid is dried, the functional material is selectively deposited on an edge of the linear liquid. And a pattern forming method for forming a pattern including the functional material, wherein the base material has irregularities, and a formation width D [μm] of the line-shaped liquid formed using an inkjet head is set. Thereby, the effect which can form a fine pattern with high precision is acquired with respect to the base material which has an unevenness | corrugation using the inkjet method.
Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of essential parts for conceptually explaining an example of the pattern forming method of the present invention.
First, the line-
The line-
In the present invention, when forming the line-
Here, the “formation width D [μm] of the line-
The “one-period length P [μm] of the unevenness of the
FIG. 2 is a diagram for conceptually explaining the flow of the line-shaped liquid caused by the unevenness of the
As shown in FIG. 2 (a), in the present invention, the formation width D [μm] of the line-shaped
On the other hand, when the formation width D [μm] of the line-shaped
As described above, in the present invention, the line-shaped
FIG. 3 is a diagram conceptually illustrating the expression of the coffee stain phenomenon on the
As shown to Fig.3 (a), the
Next, as shown in FIG. 3B, when the line-shaped
That is, on the
As described above, convection is generated in the
Thereby, as shown in FIG.3 (c) and FIG. 4, the fine
The
In particular, when the line-shaped
The formation width D [μm] of the line-shaped
As described above, with reference to the example of FIG. 1, the formation width D [μm] of the line-shaped
Further, although not shown, the formation width D [μm] of the line-shaped
6 (a) and 6 (b) are views for explaining a third aspect according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 6 (a), one
Moreover, although not shown in figure, both the
FIGS. 7A and 7B are diagrams illustrating a fourth embodiment according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 7A, the
Even when the
Furthermore, when 1 period length P [micrometer] of the unevenness | corrugation of the
