Abstract
Description
Embodiments described herein relate generally to a steam turbine having an erosion reducing effect of a steam turbine rotor blade, which is caused by water droplets generated from working steam of the steam turbine.
Steam turbines are used in power plants such as nuclear power plants, thermal power plants, and geothermal power plants. Steam turbines convert the thermal energy of steam from high pressure to low pressure into mechanical work. In this process, in the low-pressure part of the steam turbine, the temperature of the steam is reduced, and a part of the steam is condensed during the expansion work, and the wetness increases. The condensed moisture adheres to or collides with the wall surface of the steam passage and the moving blade of the steam turbine.
The water adhering to the wall surface of the steam passage and the moving blade may grow into water droplets having a large particle size.
These large water droplets are directed toward the downstream (downstream) moving blade by the flow of steam. In addition, the water droplets in the steam swirling in the passage gather near the outer periphery of the passage due to the centrifugal force generated by the swirling, and the water droplets adhering to the blade are also generated at the tip of the blade by the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the blade. It moves on the wing surface toward or away from the wing surface and scatters.
In this way, the water droplets having large particle diameters gathered near the outer periphery of the steam passage section collide with the leading edge of the moving blade and erode the moving blade. In addition, water droplets having a large particle diameter cause resistance to rotation of the moving blade (so-called wet loss). That is, the presence of moisture in the steam passage reduces turbine efficiency and steam turbine reliability. In particular, the peripheral speed due to rotation is large near the tip of the moving blade, and erosion and impact on performance due to collision with water droplets are remarkable.
Therefore, in the conventional steam turbine, as shown in FIG. 13, the
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to capture moisture in a range that cannot be removed by the conventional moisture removal structure, and to drain the captured moisture in a direction away from the tip of the moving blade where erosion is a concern. A steam turbine is provided.
The steam turbine according to the embodiment includes a casing through which a turbine rotor in which moving blades are implanted, a diaphragm outer ring disposed inside the casing and having a hollow portion therein, and a diaphragm outer ring disposed inside the diaphragm outer ring. A diaphragm inner ring, a stationary blade that forms a turbine stage with the moving blade, and is supported between the diaphragm outer ring and the diaphragm inner ring, with at least an outer diameter side end joined by welding to the diaphragm outer ring. With. Further, the steam turbine according to the embodiment has a blade on the back side, the ventral side, or both sides of the stationary blade located upstream of the moving blade of the turbine stage to prevent erosion or the moving blade to prevent erosion. A concave groove or a convex shape continuous from the front edge portion to the rear edge portion is provided.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(First embodiment)

A

Next, the configuration of the turbine stage in which low-pressure and wet steam flows will be described.
Here, the final turbine stage will be described as an example of the turbine stage through which the wet steam flows. The turbine stage through which the wet steam flows is not limited to the final turbine stage, and may include an upstream turbine stage. Such a turbine stage through which wet steam flows has a function of capturing the generated water droplets and water film.
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a part of the final turbine stage in the
As shown in FIG. 2, a
As shown in FIG. 3, the
In FIG. 2, the
(Second Embodiment)
FIG. 4 is a view showing a cross section of a part of the final turbine stage in the
(Third embodiment)

(Fourth embodiment)
FIG. 6 is a view showing a cross section corresponding to the AA cross section of FIG. 2 in which a part of the final turbine stage in the
(Fifth embodiment)
FIG. 7 is a partial cross-sectional view of the final turbine stage in the
(Sixth embodiment)
FIG. 9 is a view showing a cross section corresponding to the AA cross section of FIG. 2 in which a part of the final turbine stage in the
(Seventh embodiment)
FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a part of the final turbine stage in the
(Eighth embodiment)
FIG. 12 is a partial cross-sectional view of the final turbine stage in the
