Abstract
【解決手段】容器製造装置1を、成形用金型11と成形用金型11のキャビティ11a内に溶融した熱可塑性樹脂を供給する供給機12とを備え、成形用金型11内で熱可塑性樹脂を成形してプリフォームPを製造するプリフォーム製造部10と、製造されたプリフォームPを搬送する搬送機30と、ブロー成形用金型21と搬送機30により搬送されてブロー成形用金型21のキャビティ21a内に配置されたプリフォームPに加圧した液体を供給する加圧液体供給機22とを備え、プリフォームPを所定形状の容器Cに液体ブロー成形するブロー成形部20とを有し、プリフォームPを、搬送機30によって残熱状態のままブロー成形用金型21のキャビティ21aに搬送して液体ブロー成形する構成とする。

Claims (7)
- 樹脂製の容器を製造する容器製造装置であって、
成形用金型と前記成形用金型のキャビティ内に溶融した熱可塑性樹脂を供給する供給機とを備え、前記成形用金型内で熱可塑性樹脂を成形して樹脂製のプリフォームを製造するプリフォーム製造部と、
前記プリフォーム製造部で製造された前記プリフォームを搬送する搬送機と、
ブロー成形用金型と前記搬送機により搬送されて前記ブロー成形用金型のキャビティ内に配置された前記プリフォームに加圧した液体を供給する加圧液体供給機とを備え、前記プリフォームを所定形状の容器に液体ブロー成形するブロー成形部とを有し、
前記プリフォーム製造部において製造された前記プリフォームを、前記搬送機によって残熱状態のまま前記ブロー成形用金型のキャビティに搬送して前記ブロー成形部で液体ブロー成形することを特徴とする容器製造装置。 - 前記プリフォームを、前記搬送機によって前記ブロー成形部における液体ブロー成形に適した温度以上の残熱状態のまま前記ブロー成形用金型のキャビティに搬送する、請求項1に記載の容器製造装置。
- 前記成形用金型が射出成形用金型であり、前記プリフォーム製造部が射出成形により前記プリフォームを製造する、請求項1または2に記載の容器製造装置。
- 前記成形用金型が圧縮成形用金型であり、前記プリフォーム製造部が圧縮成形により前記プリフォームを製造する、請求項1または2に記載の容器製造装置。
- 前記成形用金型および前記ブロー成形用金型が、それぞれ複数のキャビティを備える、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の容器製造装置。
- 前記プリフォーム製造部と前記ブロー成形部との間に、前記成形用金型のキャビティから取り出された前記プリフォームを所定の温度に保持するコンディショニングステーションが設けられている、請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の容器製造装置。
- 前記搬送機が、前記プリフォームを、前記コンディショニングステーションから前記ブロー成形用金型のキャビティにまで直線的な経路で搬送する、請求項6に記載の容器製造装置。
