Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a powder administration container for injecting a powdery medicine (hereinafter referred to as “powder” as appropriate) and administering it into the nasal cavity or oral cavity.
A conventional powder dosing container includes a bellows type air pump, an inner stopper set at the mouth of the air pump, a nozzle attached to the mouth so as to cover the inner stopper, and a nozzle opening at the tip. The nozzle is a cartridge type formed in a tapered hollow body and containing a powder formulation. When the air pump is compressed, the inner plug moves by the air pressure to open the mouth, and from the air pump The powder formulation in the nozzle is ejected from the nozzle hole together with the air (see, for example, Patent Document 1 (page 6-8, FIGS. 8-15)).
In the technique described in
However, if the bottom lid is removed from the bottom of the cartridge (nozzle) in an inverted position, the bottom is exposed with the opening open, so there is a risk of foreign matter such as dust entering the cartridge, or sneezing when exposed. Etc., the powder in the cartridge may be scattered.
Furthermore, a complicated operation of returning the cartridge posture from the inverted state to the upright state is necessary. For example, if a finger slips during operation and the cartridge is not grasped, there is a possibility that the powder in the cartridge is scattered. Concerned.
In order to solve the above-described problems in the prior art, the present invention eliminates the possibility that foreign matters may be mixed by making the bottom of the cartridge unexposed during use, and can be reliably administered by a simple operation. It is an object to provide an administration container.
Of the means for solving the above problems, the main configuration of the present invention is as follows.
A powder dosing container having a cartridge for storing powder, an air pump for supplying air to the cartridge, and a fixing plug for connecting the cartridge and the air pump,
The cartridge has an upper nozzle having a jet port formed at least at the tip thereof, a lower nozzle extending below the upper nozzle, and an inner plug that covers the open end of the lower nozzle and is attached to the lower nozzle.
A lower nozzle vertical groove is formed on the outer surface of the lower nozzle, and an inner plug vertical groove is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the inner plug.
When the cartridge is attached to the mounting part of the fixed stopper and the two are rotated relatively to complete the mounting, the inner stopper longitudinal groove and the lower nozzle longitudinal groove communicate with each other in the circumferential direction so that the lower nozzle and the middle The first air passage is formed between the stopper and the stopper.
In the main configuration of the present invention, when the mounting of the fixing plug is completed while rotating the cartridge during use, the first air passage is opened between the lower nozzle and the inner plug, and air is introduced into the cartridge from the outside. This enables the powder in the cartridge to be ejected. For this reason, the operation at the time of use can be simplified.
According to another configuration of the present invention, the first air passage is blocked by providing a positional relationship in which the inner plug vertical groove and the lower nozzle vertical groove do not face each other in the circumferential direction. It is a configuration added.
In the above-described configuration, it is possible to maintain the sealed state of the cartridge by blocking the first air passage, and it is possible to reliably prevent foreign matters from entering the cartridge.
According to another configuration of the present invention, in any one of the configurations described above, the first air passage is opened by partially communicating the upper end of one of the inner plug vertical groove and the lower nozzle vertical groove with the other lower end. It is the one that added the configuration.
In the above-described configuration, the first air passage can be set to the cut-off state or set to the open state by relatively rotating the inner plug and the nozzle body including the lower nozzle.
Further, according to another configuration of the present invention, in any one of the configurations described above, an inner nozzle that is erected in a mounting portion and is formed with a plurality of inner nozzle longitudinal grooves arranged at regular intervals on an inner peripheral surface is provided. In addition, the inner plug convex rib that is inserted into one of the plurality of inner nozzle longitudinal grooves and restricts the rotation of the inner plug is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the inner plug inserted into the inner nozzle. It is a thing.
In the above configuration, since the rotation of the inner plug can be restricted, when the cartridge is mounted on the fixed plug and rotated, the inner plug vertical groove and the lower nozzle vertical groove can face each other in the circumferential direction. As a result, the first air passage can be opened.
Further, according to another configuration of the present invention, in any one of the configurations described above, a syringe part that covers the lower nozzle is formed in the upper nozzle, and the upper side of the inner plug is in an insertion recess between the lower nozzle and the syringe part. A configuration is added in which the clearance formed between the outer wall on the upper side of the inner plug inserted therein and the inner wall of the syringe portion facing the same functions as the second air passage.
In the above configuration, a second air passage for allowing air to pass through the space above the inner nozzle provided in the fixed stopper and outside the inner stopper can be secured.
In another configuration of the present invention, a configuration in which a plurality of inner nozzle longitudinal grooves formed on the inner peripheral surface of the inner nozzle functions as a third air passage is added to the above configuration.
In the above configuration, it is possible to secure a third air passage for air to pass through the space outside the inner plug and inside the inner nozzle on the fixed plug side.
In another configuration of the present invention, a configuration in which a blade portion is provided around the cartridge is added to any of the above configurations.
In the above configuration, by holding the blade portion, the cartridge can be easily rotated, and the safety can be improved by restricting the amount of insertion of the nozzle tip into the nasal cavity or oral cavity.
Moreover, the other structure of this invention adds the structure that the shape of the bottom part inner surface of the inside plug was made into the cone shape or the U-shaped cross section in any one of the said structures.
In the above configuration, the powder stored in the cartridge can be ejected vigorously by efficiently reversing the air flowing through the first air passage toward the ejection port.
Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, the following effects can be obtained.
In the main configuration of the present invention, when the cartridge is mounted on the air pump side, an air passage that communicates the cartridge with the outside can be secured. For this reason, unlike the prior art, it is not necessary to expose the bottom of the cartridge during use, and the sealed state can be maintained before use, so foreign matters can be reliably prevented from entering the cartridge. .
Moreover, the mounting operation can be performed by a simple operation of simply rotating the cartridge and the fixing plug relatively. For this reason, it becomes possible to reliably administer the powdered medicine.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view showing the entire configuration of a powder administration container as a first embodiment of the present invention from the cartridge front side, FIG. 2A is an enlarged longitudinal sectional view of the cartridge showing an opened state, and FIG. 2B shows a sealed state. 3A is an enlarged longitudinal sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 2A, and FIG. 3B is an enlarged planar sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. 2A. Note that FIG. 1 corresponds to a state after completion of mounting similar to FIG. 7 described later.
The
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the
The
A
As shown in FIGS. 2A, 2B, and 3B, a pair of lower nozzle
The
The
The
In the unsealed state shown in FIG. 2A, the apex 21 a of the bottom 21 of the
Therefore, the space between the accommodating portion S1 and the compressed air portion S2 is via the first air passage Q1, the

As shown in FIG. 1, the

FIG. 7 is a longitudinal sectional view showing the powder administration container after the mounting is completed from the front side of the cartridge, FIG. 8 is a longitudinal sectional view showing the powder administration container after the installation is completed from the side of the cartridge, and FIG. It is a plane sectional view in the IX-IX line. 7 corresponds to a longitudinal sectional view taken along line VII-VII in FIG. 9, and FIG. 8 corresponds to a longitudinal sectional view taken along line VIII-VIII in FIG.
When the pair of
Then, as shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, when the mounting of the
FIG. 10 is a longitudinal sectional view of a powder dosing container showing how powder is ejected from a cartridge.
After the
The air e supplied from the
Further, the air e is reversed downward in the drawing in the
As described above, according to the present invention, when the

FIG. 11 is a longitudinal sectional view showing the cartridge used in the powder administration container as the second embodiment of the present invention from the front side.
The
As shown in FIG. 11, the
The
As mentioned above, although the structure of this invention and its effect were demonstrated along the Example, embodiment of this invention is not limited to the said Example.
For example, in the above embodiment, an example in which a
In the above-described embodiment, the case where the
In the above-described embodiment, the configuration in which the mounting of the
Moreover, although the said Example showed and demonstrated the case where a pair of blade |
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the configuration in which the first air passage Q1 is opened by partially communicating the lower end of the inner plug
