Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a shielded mask that secures a necessary field of view while protecting the face from flying objects on the face.
Conventionally, as a mask with a shield used for surgery or the like, a mask having a transparent plastic film as an eye shield and attached to a mask covering the mouth and nose is known (Patent Document 1).
In such a shielded mask, regardless of the contour of the wearer's face or whether or not glasses are worn, a knot is attached to the eyeshield and the shielded mask is worn so that the eyeshield can be fit. It has been proposed to adjust the degree to which the upper part of the eye shield is separated from the face depending on the position of the knot at the back of the head (Patent Document 2).
Even if the conventional shielded mask is designed so that the degree to which the upper part of the eyeshield separates from the face when worn can be adjusted by the position where the knot is tied at the back of the head, the eye shield in the state where the shielded mask is worn The eye shield may be bent so that the upper part of the eyepiece approaches the face, or the angle of the eye shield with respect to the face changes depending on the position of the mask when worn, and thus the eye shield may be too close to the face. In these cases, the exhaled air leaking from the mask is not sufficiently exhausted between the eye shield and the face, and the eye shield is likely to be cloudy.
Furthermore, in the shielded mask described in
Accordingly, an object of the present invention relates to a shielded mask in which an eye shield is attached to the mask, and in the worn state, ventilation of the exhaled breath that has leaked from the mask is easily performed in a space between the eye shield and the face, and is simple. It is to be able to manufacture.
In the mask with a shield in which the eye shield is attached to the mask, the inventor makes the space between the eye shield and the face when the eye shield is gradually separated from the face from the lower end on the mask side to the upper end on the forehead when worn. The present invention was conceived by finding that ventilation is easily performed.
That is, the present invention is a shielded mask in which an eye shield made of transparent plastic is attached to the top of the mask covering the mouth and nose,
Provided is a shielded mask in which the central portion in the width direction of the eye shield gradually rises from the lower end to the upper end when the mask is placed on a flat surface.
According to the shielded mask of the present invention, the eye shield gradually floats away from the face from the lower end on the mask side to the upper end on the forehead side while wearing the mask on the face, so that it is in the space between the eye shield and the face. The exhaled air leaking from the mask can be easily removed, and clouding of the eye shield due to the exhaled air can be suppressed.
Moreover, since the eye shield naturally floats on the forehead side as described above by simply wearing the mask, the shielded mask of the present invention can be easily worn.
Furthermore, the shielded mask can be easily manufactured without the complicated work of easily passing the string through a specific hole during the manufacturing process.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In each figure, the same numerals indicate the same or equivalent components.
<Overall configuration>
1A is a perspective view of a shielded
This shielded
When wearing this shielded
<マスク>
<Mask>
As the
The material for forming the
Further, in order to hold the
The holding by the string is generally called a string type or a tion type, and the one that is put on the ear with a rubber string is called the rubber type or the ear-hook type.
Eye Shield>
In this embodiment, the
The surface of the
It is preferable to apply an anti-fogging treatment to the face of the
The
The
The
<Mounting angle of mask and eye shield>
In this
In order to obtain such floating of the
As shown by the broken line in FIG. 4, when the
Since the
<How to attach the eye shield to the mask>
As shown in FIG. 4, in order to bend and attach the
In the eye
The
As a method of attaching the
Next, as shown in FIG. 5C, the
Next, as shown in FIG. 5D, the
Thus, the shielded
When the
<Deformation mode>
The shielded mask of the present invention can take various forms.
For example, after the wearer wears the shielded
On the other hand, when the
Therefore, in the present invention, when the wearer wants to remove the
Therefore, an ultraviolet curable resin is applied in advance to the portions to be the
In this case, the thickness of the ultraviolet curable resin layer is preferably 0.5 to 30 μm, more preferably 1 to 20 μm, and still more preferably 2 to 10 μm. If the thickness of the ultraviolet curable resin layer is too thin, there is little effect of suppressing the penetration of the resin constituting the
When an ultraviolet curable resin is applied to the entire surface of the
In addition, in the shielded mask of the present invention, the joint region between the

For example, it can be used in a medical field where a surgical operation or the like is performed, meat processing, a food production line, or the like.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described specifically by way of examples.
Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3
(1) Production of shielded mask As shown in Table 1, as Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Example 3, a moth-eye structure made of acrylic resin is formed on both sides or one side of a transparent substrate made of PET (thickness 125 μm). A flat plate film (thickness 5 μm) was prepared. In this case, as shown in FIG. 6, in the moth-eye structure, the shape of each
Moreover, the transparent substrate made from PET which apply | coated the surfactant as Example 3 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2 was prepared.
On the other hand, a non-woven fabric made of a commercially available polypropylene (PP) resin was prepared as a mask.
A flat film is punched into an eye mask shape, and the eye shield and the mask are bent at two locations on the left and right lower ends of the eye shield while the eye shield is bent using the eye
On the other hand, in the comparative example, the eye shield and the mask were ultrasonically welded without bending the eye shield.
Prior to this ultrasonic welding, in Examples 1 and 2, an ultraviolet curable resin layer (thickness: 5 μm) was formed in advance in the bonding region with the eye shield mask.
(Evaluation)
(I) As shown in FIG. 4, the eye shield was cut along a center line in the width direction, and an angle θ formed by the cut line and the center line in the width direction of the mask was measured.
(Ii) In order to evaluate the antifogging property, the prepared shielded mask was attached so that exhalation would leak to the eye shield side so as not to adhere to the periphery of the nose, and was evaluated in three stages as follows.
A: Cloudiness that hinders visibility is not generated.
B: Clouding synchronized with breathing occurs, but the clouding soon clears.
C: Cloudiness synchronized with breathing occurs and cloudiness is not clear.
(Iii) In order to evaluate the ease of peeling between the eye shield and the mask, the weld strength of the eye shield and the mask in each of the examples and comparative examples was measured with a push-pull gauge.
Further, the appearance after the eye shield was peeled off from the mask was observed.
These results are shown in Table 1.
From Table 1, when the eye shield is bent so that the angle θ shown in FIG. 4 is 8 to 18 °, the eye shield and the mask are joined together from the lower end side to the upper end side of the eye shield when the shielded mask is worn. It turns out that the eye shield gradually moves away from the face over time until the antifogging property is excellent.
