Abstract
Description
本発明の脂肪酸混合物がオレイン酸を含む場合、脂肪酸混合物100質量%中のオレイン酸の含有量は0.1〜8質量%が好ましく、1〜6質量%がより好ましく、2〜4.1質量%が更に好ましい。
本発明の脂肪酸混合物がパルミチン酸を含む場合、脂肪酸混合物100質量%中のパルミチン酸の含有量は0.1〜4質量%が好ましく、0.3〜2.5質量%がより好ましく、0.5〜1.5質量%が更に好ましい。
本発明の脂肪酸混合物がステアリン酸を含む場合、脂肪酸混合物100質量%中のステアリン酸の含有量は0.1〜4質量%が好ましく、0.3〜2.5質量%がより好ましく、0.5〜1.5質量%が更に好ましい。
本発明の脂肪酸混合物がジヒドロキシステアリン酸を含む場合、脂肪酸混合物100質量%中のジヒドロキシステアリン酸の含有量は0.1〜4質量%が好ましく、0.3〜2.5質量%がより好ましく、0.5〜1.5質量%が更に好ましい。
脂肪酸混合物とステアリン酸の合計含有量は、ゴム成分100質量部に対して、好ましくは0.5〜6.0質量部、より好ましくは0.7〜5.0質量部である。合計含有量を上記範囲内とすることにより、本発明の効果がより良好に得られる。ここで、ステアリン酸とは、脂肪酸混合物とは別個に配合されるステアリン酸を意味する。
具体的には、カーボンブラックの含有量は、ゴム成分100質量部に対して、2質量部以上、好ましくは15質量部以上、より好ましくは25質量部以上、更に好ましくは35質量部以上、特に好ましくは45質量部以上である。2質量部未満では、充分な補強性が得られないおそれがある。該含有量は、70質量部以下、好ましくは65質量部以下である。70質量部を超えると、操縦安定性、低燃費性、耐オゾン性が悪化する傾向がある。
なお、カーボンブラックのN2SAは、JIS K 6217−2:2001によって求められる。
なお、カーボンブラックのDBPは、JIS K6217−4:2001に準拠して測定される。
すなわち、上記成分を配合したゴム組成物を、未加硫の段階でサイドウォール、クリンチ、ウイング等の形状にあわせて押出し加工し、他のタイヤ部材とともに、タイヤ成型機上にて通常の方法で成形することにより、未加硫タイヤを形成できる。この未加硫タイヤを加硫機中で加熱加圧することによりタイヤが得られる。

JIS K 6251「加硫ゴムおよび熱可塑性ゴム引っ張り特性の求め方」に準じて、3号ダンベルを用いて引張り試験を実施し、加硫ゴム組成物の破断時伸び(EB)と破断時の引張り強度(TB)を測定した。なお、比較例3のEB×TBを100とし、下記計算式により、各配合のEB×TBをそれぞれ指数表示(補強性指数)した。指数が大きいほど補強性(破壊強度)に優れることを示す。

(株)上島製作所製スペクトロメーターを用いて、動的歪振幅1%、周波数10Hz、温度50℃で加硫ゴム組成物のtanδを測定した。tanδの逆数の値について比較例3を100として指数表示(低燃費性指数)した。数値が大きいほど転がり抵抗が小さく、低燃費性に優れることを示す。
JIS K 6259「加硫ゴムおよび熱可塑性ゴム−耐オゾン性の求め方」に準じて、得られた加硫ゴム組成物から所定のサイズの試験片を作製し、動的オゾン劣化試験を行った。往復運動の周波数0.5±0.025Hz、オゾン濃度50±5pphm、試験温度40℃、引張歪み20±2%の条件下で、48時間試験した後の亀裂(クラックの発生の有無)の状態を観察することで、耐オゾン性を評価した。なお、比較例3の指標を100として、指数が大きいほど亀裂の数が少なく、亀裂の大きさが小さく、耐オゾン性に優れることを示す。
耐オゾン性試験を終えたサンプルを(株)ミノルタ製色彩色差度計(CR−310)を用い、a値、b値を求めた(L*a*b*表色系)。指標を(a2+b2)−0.5とし、比較例3の指標を100とした指数(各配合の指標/比較例3の指標×100)を計算した。指数が大きいほど、変色が少なく、耐変色性に優れることを示す。
耐オゾン性試験を終えたサンプルを屋外に持ち出し、下記指標にて外観評価を行った。
◎比較例3より黒く、光沢がある
○比較例3より黒く、やや光沢がある
△比較例3と同等の茶色
×比較例3より茶色い
また、比較例1、2、4と実施例4との比較により、特定の非イオン界面活性剤のみを含む場合や、特定の脂肪酸混合物のみを含む場合に比べて、特定の非イオン界面活性剤及び特定の脂肪酸混合物を併用した場合に、耐オゾン性及び耐変色性において、足し合わせ以上の改善効果(相乗効果)が得られることが分かった。
Claims (6)
- ゴム成分と、下記式(1)及び/又は下記式(2)で表される非イオン界面活性剤と、脂肪酸混合物と、カーボンブラックとを含み、
前記脂肪酸混合物が、リシノール酸と、リノール酸、オレイン酸、パルミチン酸及びジヒドロキシステアリン酸からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種とを含み、
前記ゴム成分100質量部に対して、前記非イオン界面活性剤の含有量が0.1〜3.0質量部、前記脂肪酸混合物の含有量が0.1〜5.0質量部、前記カーボンブラックの含有量が2〜70質量部であるタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 前記ゴム成分100質量%中のブタジエンゴム及びイソプレン系ゴムの合計含有量が80質量%以上である請求項1記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 前記脂肪酸混合物が、リシノール酸と、リノール酸及び/又はオレイン酸とを含む請求項1又は2記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 前記脂肪酸混合物が、ヒマシ油を加水分解して得られるものである請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- サイドウォール用ゴム組成物、クリンチ用ゴム組成物及び/又はウイング用ゴム組成物である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のタイヤ用ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物を用いて作製したタイヤ部材を有する空気入りタイヤ。
