内部に加熱手段を有する本体と、
前記本体の上部に開閉自在に設けられた蓋体と、
前記本体内に出し入れ自在に収容され、前記加熱手段により加熱される羽釜と、
前記蓋体の下面に、取り外し自在に装着された内蓋と、
前記内蓋の外周縁部に設けられ、前記蓋体により前記本体の上部が閉じられたときに、前記羽釜内を当該羽釜の側面部の上端部とでシールするパッキンと
を備え、
前記羽釜の側面部の上端部は、当該上端部の外周縁部から内周縁部に向けて下方に傾斜する傾斜面が形成されていることを特徴とする炊飯器。
