Description
本出願は、本出願と同じ譲受人に譲渡され、代理人整理番号第46107−02137(V214−0013)号を有する2014年12月1日に出願された米国特許出願第14/556,903号に関するものであり、本出願の全ては、本明細書に完全に記載されるように、その全体が参照によって本明細書に援用される。

B0=輝度オフセット定数
DBL=cd/m2で表した様々なディスプレイ背景の輝度
c=べき乗定数(対数座標におけるべき乗関数の傾き)
Claims (8)
- ヘッドアップディスプレイ(HUD)を調節するシステムであって、
第1の光情報を前方監視光センサから対数的に受信する前方監視光センサ用受信機と、
上記第1の光情報に基づいて上記HUDの輝度を調節する調節器と、
を有することを特徴とするシステム。 - 上記第1の光情報は、アナログ−デジタル(A/D)変換によって変換される請求項1記載のシステム。
- 上記第1の光情報は、上記A/D変換を経た後、ディスプレイユーザのバイアスと合成されて出力を生成する請求項2記載のシステム。
- 上記第1の光情報は、上記A/D変換を経た後、ルックアップテーブルを用いて相互参照されて定数を検索する請求項3記載のシステム。
- 上記出力は、変換によって上記HUDの上記調節を行うために利用される請求項3記載のシステム。
- 上記定数は、変換によって上記HUDの上記調節を行うために利用される請求項4記載のシステム。
- 上記変換は、シルバースタインの関係に基づく請求項5記載のシステム。
- 上記変換は、シルバースタインの関係に基づく請求項6記載のシステム。
