以下、本発明の実施形態について説明する。

（ニ）雨着本体１側面の着丈最下部で肘丈位置の左右対称にサイドベンツ形状の手首口７を設け、手首から先が出て手首口７より上部へ８センチ以上１２センチ位以下の切り込み口１０を設け袖丈が調整できるフリーサイズとなり転倒防止用に手が直ぐに露出し薄型軽量の雨着本体１の前身頃が持ち上がる安全仕様である。
（ホ）別部品として頭部フード５を設け、雨量と用途により重複の縫製で強化された襟部のジャンパーホック８で固定する。
（ヘ）雨着本体１の後身頃の背中部に内ポケット９を設け、保冷剤、保温剤、消臭剤入れや未使用時の頭部フード部５を入れるのに使用する。
（ト）雨着本体１に反射シート１１を設け、夜間も車灯で反射させる。
