Description

The present invention relates to an improvement in an apparatus capable of peeling a part of a resin coating layer formed on the outer surface of a resin-coated steel pipe.

In various types of piping, in order to prevent corrosion of the piping, resin-coated steel pipes in which the surface of the original pipe (steel pipe) is coated with an anticorrosion resin such as polyethylene or hard vinyl chloride are used.
In order to connect such a resin-coated steel pipe to other members, it is necessary to peel off a part of the resin-coated layer at the end of the steel pipe or in the middle as a connection point.
Therefore, for example, in a synthetic resin-coated metal pipe tube end coating removing apparatus disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-202701, a rotating roller for rotating a synthetic resin-coated metal pipe around an axis, and a pipe end of the metal pipe At a position a predetermined distance away from the blade that cuts the synthetic resin coating on the outer surface of the metal tube in the circumferential direction, and heating that heats the blade and melts the synthetic resin coating on the cut portion A circumferential cutting device having a device, a flat cutting tool for cutting at a time along the longitudinal direction of the metal tube into the synthetic resin coating in the range from the end of the metal tube to the cut position, and a cutting Synthetic tree having a heating device for melting the synthetic resin coating in the inserted portion and a tilting mechanism for peeling the synthetic resin coating on the pipe end from the notch by tilting the flat blade. Pipe end coating removal apparatus of the synthetic resin-coated metal tube composed of a coating removing apparatus is known.
However, in the above configuration, it is necessary to use both a blade that cuts in the circumferential direction of the synthetic resin coating and a flat blade that cuts in the longitudinal direction of the metal tube at the same time. There were problems such as time-consuming positioning.
Therefore, in the partial peeling apparatus for resin-coated steel pipes disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2014-42970, in the apparatus for peeling a part of the resin coating layer formed on the outer surface of the resin-coated steel pipe along the circumferential direction, the axis of the resin-coated steel pipe A working member having a screw member that is detachably fixed along the outer periphery and has a screw portion engraved on the outer peripheral surface, and a cylindrical inner tube portion that has a screw receiving portion that engages with the screw portion on the inner peripheral surface. An outer cylindrical portion concentrically large in diameter with the inner cylindrical portion that is rotatably fitted along the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylindrical portion, and a cutting blade that is integrally formed with the outer cylindrical portion and excises the resin coating layer An operation for performing a first operation for rotating the operating member fitted to the holding member with the holding member, and a second operation for rotating the operating member together with the holding member. Means for holding the actuating member by the first operation. The cutting portion is formed in the circumferential direction at the fixed portion of the resin coating layer at the cutting base, and the operating member and the holding member are rotated in conjunction with the second operation to rotate the screw portion and the screw. A configuration is disclosed in which the operating member and the holding member are screwed by screwing of the receiving portion, and the resin coating layer is cut along the longitudinal direction of the steel pipe by the cutting base portion from the cut portion position.
Moreover, in the partial peeling apparatus of the resin-coated steel pipe of Japanese Patent No. 5584892,
In a partial peeling device that peels off a part of the resin coating layer formed on the outer surface of the resin-coated steel pipe along the circumferential direction, a screw that is detachably fixed along the outer peripheral surface of the resin-coated steel pipe and is continuous with the outer peripheral surface A cylindrical screw member formed with a portion, a screw receiving portion that is aligned with the screw portion of the screw member, an operating member that is screwed into the screw portion, and the operating member is a resin-coated steel pipe Rotating operation means for rotating about the axis and screwing along the threaded portion, and an end of the actuating member, the depth of which is adjustable in the axial direction of the resin-coated steel pipe, and the actuating member The structure provided with the cutting blade which cuts off the said resin coating layer by this screwing is disclosed.
However, the above configuration has a problem that the number of parts is large, the configuration becomes complicated, and handling becomes complicated.

The annular groove 31 is provided with a rotating member 5 </ b> A that slides along the annular groove 31 and makes a round around the holding member 3.

On the outer periphery of the holding member 3, a ratchet-like tooth portion 32 is formed in an annular shape in parallel with the annular groove 31.
On the other hand, a pawl portion 5B is connected to the rotating member 5A.
The pawl portion 5B is integrated with the holding member 3 by the forward rotation of the rotating member 5A so that the claw portion at the tip of the pawl portion 5B is restricted to the surface rising at a right angle of the ratchet-like tooth portion 32, and is held by reverse rotation Apart from the member 3, it has a ratchet structure that interlocks only with the rotating member 5 </ b> A, and the pawl portion of the pawl portion 5 </ b> B moves following the gradually rising inclined surface of the tooth portion 32 and idles in the reverse direction.

That is, the pawl portion 5B is attached so that the tip claw portion is urged downward and can be moved up and down. The pawl portion 5B is interlocked with the rotation of the rotating member 5A. The rotating member 5 </ b> A is rotated integrally with the holding member 3 by being abutted against the surface 32 </ b> A rising substantially at right angles.
When the rotating member 5A is going to rotate in the reverse direction, the rotating member 5A is guided along the inclined surface 32B of the tooth portion 32 and rises over the tooth portion 32, and does not interlock with the holding member 3 in the reverse direction. (See FIG. 6).

In this embodiment, the annular groove 31 and the ratchet-shaped tooth portion 32 are formed in a state of being divided into the component pieces 3A and 3B, respectively, and are aligned in series when the component pieces 3A and 3B are assembled. Are arranged so as to form a continuous annular groove 31 and a ratchet-like tooth portion 32 arranged in an annular shape.
Further, it is desirable that the fixing portion 6 and the hinge piece H are not interposed between the annular groove 31 and the tooth portion 32. In this embodiment, the annular groove 31 and the tooth portion 32 are adjacent to each other, and the tooth portion Arranged outside.

In the present embodiment, the rotary member 5A has a circular arc-shaped sliding surface that slides on the annular groove 31 at the lower end, and a long operating lever 50 is connected to the upper portion by screwing or the like. The connecting portion 51 is formed.
By using the operation lever 50, the rotation member 5A can be easily rotated.

[how to use]
Since it consists of the said structure, the resin-coated steel pipe 10 is first fixed with the fixing means which is not shown in figure.
Next, the resin-coated steel pipe 10 is externally fitted with the constituent pieces 3 </ b> A and 3 </ b> B so that the base end of the holding member 3 is aligned with the distal end of the part to be peeled of the fixed resin-coated steel pipe 10 and fixed by the fixing portion 6.
Thereby, the resin-coated steel pipe 10 is fixed by the hollow portion 3 </ b> A of the holding member 3, and the male screw portion 4 formed at the base end of the holding member 3 is attached to the resin-coated layer 11 at the tip of the peeled portion of the resin-coated steel pipe 10. Encroach on.

Next, when the rotating member 5A is moved in the forward rotation direction by the operation lever 50, the pawl portion 5B is hooked on the vertical surface side of the ratchet-like tooth portion 32 formed on the outer periphery of the holding member 3, and the holding member 3 is moved. The resin-coated steel pipe 10 can be rotated around the axis.
By the rotation of the holding member 3, the male screw portion 4 advances to the resin coating layer 11 in a spiral shape along the screw, so that the holding member 3 can be screwed.

When the holding member 3 is screwed, the resin coating layer 11 is cut with a cutting blade C provided at the base end of the holding member 3 and peeled off from the steel pipe.
Further, when the operation lever 50 is rotated in the reverse direction, the pawl portion 5B idles following the gradually rising inclined surface of the ratchet-shaped tooth portion 32 formed on the outer periphery of the holding member 3, so that the holding member 3 is returned. Do not rotate in the direction (see FIG. 6).

In the above-described embodiment, the male screw portion 4 is a plurality of screw portions that are parallel to each other, leaving only three portions of the helical male screw. However, as described above, a single male screw portion may be used or divided into a plurality of portions. It is good also as a thread part to separate.
Further, the rotation operation means 5 of the holding member 3 uses a ratchet structure in this embodiment. However, any rotation means 5 that rotates the holding member 3 may be used. For example, a plurality of operation levers may be connected, or other known rotation means. Can be used.
In addition, it goes without saying that various design changes can be made to the present invention without departing from the scope of the invention.
