Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a humidifier that supplies humidified air, and more particularly to a humidifier that generates steam with a heater.
A conventional humidifier has a main body having an air inlet, a water tank provided in the main body, a water receiving portion for receiving water from the water tank, and heating water supplied via a water supply port of the water receiving portion. Evaporating dish, steam guide cylinder for guiding steam generated from the inside of the evaporating dish, blower fan for taking in air from the air inlet, air guide cylinder for guiding air sent from the blower fan, steam from the steam guide cylinder, There has been disclosed a humidifier equipped with a mixing chamber for mixing air from the air guide tube and a blowout port for discharging steam from the mixing chamber to the outside (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
The humidifier described in
In addition, when humidifying the entire room to a predetermined humidity, if the room humidity does not reach the reference humidity, continue the humidification operation, and stop the humidification operation if the room humidity exceeds the reference humidity In addition, intermittent humidification operation can be considered. Alternatively, in order to save the amount of water used for humidification and perform the humidification operation for a long time, it is conceivable to perform intermittent humidification operation. However, energization of the heating element that heats the evaporating dish and energization of the blower fan are performed at the same time, and if the blowing fan is energized for the time from when the heating element is energized until steam is generated from the evaporating dish, The air is blown at a time not contributing to the power consumption, and power is wasted. In addition, if the air is blown during a time when the steam is not sufficiently generated, the user of the humidifier has a problem that the dry air hits and feels uncomfortable. Furthermore, the generation of steam continues for a while after the energization of the heating element is cut off due to the heat capacity of the hot water stored in the evaporating dish. Therefore, if the energization of the heating body and the energization of the blower fan are simultaneously performed, the steam generated after the energization of the heating body is cut off does not contribute to humidification and is trapped in the humidifier. Moreover, after the energization to the heating body was cut off, there was a problem that the cooling of the wind by the blower fan disappeared and the temperature in the humidifier increased due to the residual heat of the evaporating dish.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and prevents excessive humidification of the room, does not cause discomfort to the user, reduces wasteful power consumption, and suppresses temperature rise in the humidifier. A humidifier is provided.
The humidifier of the present invention includes a main body having a suction port and an outlet, a water supply tank for storing water, a heater for heating water supplied by the water supply tank, and storage for storing water heated by the heater. A humidifying means having a portion, a blower fan that sucks room air from the suction port, and generates an airflow that blows out the air humidified by the humidifying means from the outlet to the room in a substantially horizontal direction; Control means for controlling energization to the motor to be driven, and the control means intermittently energizes the heater and the motor, and after the first time has elapsed since the energization to the heater is stopped. The power supply to is stopped.
Further, the humidifier of the present invention includes a main body having a suction port and an outlet, a water supply tank for storing water, a heater for heating water supplied by the water supply tank, and storage for storing water heated by the heater. A humidifying means having a portion, a blower fan that sucks room air from the suction port, and generates an airflow that blows out the air humidified by the humidifying means from the outlet to the room in a substantially horizontal direction; Control means for controlling energization to the motor to be driven, and the control means intermittently energizes the heater and the motor, and after the second time has elapsed from the start of energization to the heater. Is to start energization.
According to the humidifier of the present invention, since humidified air is blown out in a substantially horizontal direction, only the vicinity of the user is humidified without humidifying the entire room, so that the amount of water required for humidification is small and over-humidification of the room can be suppressed. In addition, by adjusting the timing of energizing the motor that drives the energizing heater and blower fan, it is possible to suppress discomfort to the user, reduce unnecessary power consumption, and suppress the temperature rise in the humidifier. be able to.

A
Humidification water stored in the
Further, a water storage
The water supplied to the
The
The steam generated by the
The rotation axis of the fan 62b is arranged in parallel with the front-rear direction of the
As shown in FIG. 7, the main body cover
The air passage from the
The
The
As shown in FIG. 5, a
When the
Here, the amount of air sent to the main body cover
The wind sent to the
The main body
The wind that has passed through the main body

In FIG. 9, in step S <b> 1, the off timer time A and the reference humidity are set by the setting
In step S2, the
In step S3, the humidifying operation is stopped. Here, the
In step S4, it is determined whether or not the first time B has elapsed since the humidification operation (off timer operation) was started. Specifically, the
In step S5, humidification is performed with the maximum humidification capacity as the first humidification amount (period B in FIG. 10). That is, the duty is 100% with the ratio of the humidifying operation state time being 100% and the ratio of the humidifying stop state time being 0%. Then, the process proceeds to step S8.
In step S5, in the humidifying operation state time, the
Further, when the humidifying operation in step S5 is completed (when it is determined in step S4 that B minutes have elapsed), the
In step S6, it is determined whether or not the remaining time of the humidifying operation is less than C. Specifically, when the timing information t of a timer provided in the
In step S5, humidification is performed with the maximum humidification capacity as the second humidification amount (period C in FIG. 10). That is, the duty is 100% with the ratio of the humidifying operation state time being 100% and the ratio of the humidifying stop state time being 0%. Thus, the second humidification amount is the same as the first humidification amount. Then, the process proceeds to step S8.
In step S5, during the humidifying operation state time, the
When the humidification operation in step S5 is completed (when it is determined in step S8 that the cut timer time A has been reached and the process proceeds to step S9), the
In addition, in the 1st time E3, the temperature of the site | part in the humidifier which adjoins the evaporating
In the after blow that is the air blowing operation in the first period E3, the air blowing amount of the
In step S7, humidification is performed with the humidification ability of the third humidification amount that is smaller than the first humidification amount or the second humidification amount (a period F between the period B and the period C in FIG. 10). For example, the humidification operation state time is 60 seconds and the humidification stop state time is 90 seconds in one
As shown in FIG. 10, in step S <b> 7, energization to the
In addition, when each energization operation to the
In step S8, after the humidifying operation (off timer operation) is started, the off timer time A
It is determined whether or not. Specifically, the
As described above, according to the humidifier of the first embodiment, the main body having the inlet and the outlet, the water supply tank for storing water, the heater for heating the water supplied by the water supply tank, and the heater are heated. A humidifying means having a storage section for storing water, a blower fan that sucks room air from the suction port, and generates an airflow that blows the air humidified by the humidifying means from the outlet to the room in a substantially horizontal direction, to the heater And a control means for controlling energization of the motor that drives the blower fan, and the control means intermittently energizes the heater and the motor and stops energizing the heater. Since energization of the motor is stopped after the first time has elapsed, only the area around the user is humidified without humidifying the entire room, the amount of water required for humidification is small, and excessive humidification in the room can be suppressed. It is possible to suppress the temperature rise in the cabin humidity.
Further, a humidifying means having a main body having a suction port and an outlet, a water supply tank for storing water, a heater for heating water supplied by the water supply tank, and a storage unit for storing water heated by the heater, , Energize the fan that generates airflow that sucks indoor air from the air inlet and blows the air humidified by the humidifying means from the air outlet into the room in a substantially horizontal direction, and energizes the heater and the motor that drives the air fan. Control means for controlling, and the control means intermittently energizes the heater and the motor and starts energizing the motor after the second time has elapsed since the energization of the heater is started. It is possible to humidify only the vicinity of the user without humidifying the entire room, thereby suppressing excessive humidification of the room, not causing discomfort to the user and reducing wasteful power consumption.
The air outlet includes a first air outlet and a second air outlet that are disposed adjacent to each other, and the second air outlet is disposed above the first air outlet, and is connected to the first air outlet. The airflow (first airflow) blown out includes steam, and the airflow (second airflow) not including steam is blown out in the substantially horizontal direction from the second air outlet, so the steam is included. The second air stream suppresses the first air stream having a high temperature from moving upward, and the humid air can be efficiently sent to a position away from the first air outlet by a predetermined distance.
In addition, although the 1st airflow and the 2nd airflow were produced | generated by one ventilation fan, you may make it produce | generate by a separate ventilation fan. Since the air volumes of the first air stream and the second air stream can be set independently, the degree of freedom in design can be increased.

FIG. 11 is a block diagram of a humidifier according to
This will be described with reference to FIG. The difference from the first embodiment is that a room temperature sensor (room temperature detection means) for detecting the room temperature is further provided, and the first time or the second time is set according to the room temperature detected by the room temperature sensor.
The first time (E1 to E3) and the second time (D1 to D3) are set according to the room temperature detected by the
As described above, when the second time (D1 to D3) is set to be long when the room temperature is low, it is possible to shorten the time that the humidified user hits the air at a low temperature. Giving pleasure can be suppressed. Also, when the room temperature is low, warm and humid air is likely to cool after the

Since it set, it can suppress giving a user a discomfort and can provide a user-friendly humidifier.

FIG. 12 is a block diagram of a humidifier according to
This will be described with reference to FIG. The difference from the first embodiment is that a water temperature sensor (reservoir temperature detection means) that detects the water temperature in the evaporating dish (reservoir) is further provided, and the first time or the second time depends on the water temperature detected by the water temperature sensor. This is the point to set the time. Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment.
The
The first time (E1 to E3) and the second time (D1 to D3) are set according to the water temperature in the evaporating dish detected by the
In this way, if the second time (D1 to D3) is set long when the water temperature at the start of energization of the heater is low, the water temperature rises and the steam is sufficiently generated, so the air is blown to the user. It can suppress giving a discomfort. In addition, when the water temperature is low after stopping energization of the heater, if the first time (E1 to E3) is set short, the air is blown while the generation of steam continues, so that the user feels uncomfortable. Can be suppressed.
