Abstract
Description
好ましくは、前記造形テーブルの周縁に配置され且つ前記造形テーブルの移動時に前記粉体保持壁に摺動される上部ワイパーをさらに備える。
好ましくは、前記粉体排出部から排出された前記材料粉体を受け取るバケットをさらに備える。
好ましくは、前記粉体排出部から排出された前記材料粉体を前記バケットに案内するシューターをさらに備える。
好ましくは、前記シューターに対して固定され且つ前記粉体排出部から排出された前記材料粉体を前記シューターに案内するシューターガイドをさらに備える。
好ましくは、前記造形テーブルの駆動機構の周囲を取り囲む駆動機構隔壁と、前記シューターガイドよりも下方の位置でシューターに対して固定され且つ前記造形テーブルの移動時に前記駆動機構隔壁に摺動される下部ワイパーをさらに備える。
好ましくは、前記粉体排出部は、積層造形時の前記造形テーブルのストローク下限よりも下方に設けられる。
次に、材料粉体層8中の所定部位にレーザ光Lを照射することによって材料粉体層8のレーザ光照射部位を焼結させることによって、図5に示すように、1層目の焼結層81fを得る。
次に、造形テーブル5の高さを材料粉体層8の1層分下げ、リコータヘッド11を造形領域Rの右側から左側に移動させることによって、焼結層81f上に2層目の材料粉体層8を形成する。
次に、材料粉体層8中の所定部位にレーザ光Lを照射することによって材料粉体層8のレーザ光照射部位を焼結させることによって、図6に示すように、2層目の焼結層82fを得る。
以上の工程を繰り返すことによって、3層目の焼結層83f、4層目の焼結層84f、5層目以降の焼結層が形成される。隣接する焼結層は、互いに強く固着される。
・上記実施形態では、粉体保持壁26の下端に切り欠きを設けた上で、粉体保持壁26とシューター29の間に粉体排出部27を設けたが、この切り欠きは、無くてもよい。また、シューター29を設けずに、粉体保持空間32から材料粉体をバケット30に直接排出してもよい。従って、粉体排出部27は、粉体保持壁26とシューター29の間に設けることも必須ではなく、単に、粉体保持壁26の下側の空間を粉体排出部27としてもよい。また、粉体保持壁26に貫通孔を設けて、この貫通孔を粉体排出部27としてもよい。
Claims (7)
- 材料粉体を用いて積層造形を行う積層造形装置であって、
所定濃度の不活性ガスで充満されるチャンバと、
前記チャンバ内に配置され且つ上下方向に移動可能な造形テーブルと、
前記造形テーブルを取り囲み且つ前記造形テーブル上に供給された前記材料粉体を保持する粉体保持壁を備え、
前記材料粉体を排出可能な粉体排出部が前記粉体保持壁又はその下側に設けられる、積層造形装置。 - 前記造形テーブルの周縁に配置され且つ前記造形テーブルの移動時に前記粉体保持壁に摺動される上部ワイパーをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記粉体排出部から排出された前記材料粉体を受け取るバケットをさらに備える、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記粉体排出部から排出された前記材料粉体を前記バケットに案内するシューターをさらに備える、請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1つに記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記シューターに対して固定され且つ前記粉体排出部から排出された前記材料粉体を前記シューターに案内するシューターガイドをさらに備える、請求項4に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記造形テーブルの駆動機構の周囲を取り囲む駆動機構隔壁と、
前記シューターガイドよりも下方の位置でシューターに対して固定され且つ前記造形テーブルの移動時に前記駆動機構隔壁に摺動される下部ワイパーをさらに備える、請求項4又は請求項5に記載の積層造形装置。 - 前記粉体排出部は、積層造形時の前記造形テーブルのストローク下限よりも下方に設けられる、請求項1〜請求項6の何れか1つに記載の積層造形装置。
