Description

The present embodiment relates to a washing machine.

In recent years, washing machines have been provided that can use, for example, bath water, which is an external water storage source different from tap water. In this case, it becomes possible to substantially save tap water by reusing the bath water after bathing for washing. However, since the bath water after bathing is prone to unhygienic growth due to various germs, it is preferable to disinfect the bath water when the bath water after bathing is reused. To cope with this, for example, a sterilization device is provided in a bath water supply channel equipped with a bath water pump, and bath water pumped up by the bath water pump is supplied into the washing machine tub through the sterilization device. One side passage) and a circulation channel with a circulation pump provided outside the tank, a sterilization device is provided in this circulation channel, and bath water supplied in the tank is passed through the sterilization device The thing of the structure of what is called circulation sterilization which sterilizes by circulating is proposed.

However, in the case of one-pass sterilization, the bath water is only passed once through the sterilization apparatus. Therefore, it is necessary to use a high-performance sterilization apparatus to sufficiently obtain the sterilization effect. On the other hand, in the case of circulation sterilization, the water in the tank is circulated through the sterilization apparatus over time, so that the sterilization effect can be easily obtained even with a general sterilization apparatus. However, when bath water is supplied into the tub, since the bath water before sterilization falls directly on the laundry, there is a concern that germs may remain in the laundry. It is necessary to devise such as switching.

Accordingly, a washing machine is provided that can circulate and sterilize without directly sprinkling water from an external water storage source without switching a switching valve or the like, and can easily obtain a sterilizing effect as much as possible.

The washing machine of the present embodiment has a water tank capable of storing water, a washing / dehydration tank rotatably disposed in the water tank and storing laundry, and a lower part in the washing / dehydration tank. A pulsator that is provided, an external water source water supply channel that supplies water from an external water source separate from the water supply, and an inlet at one end connected to the bottom of the water tank and at the other end A circulation channel provided so that the outlet faces the water tank, and the water in the water tank provided in the circulation water channel is sucked into the circulation water channel from the inlet and the sucked water is returned from the outlet to the water tank. A circulation pump that circulates the water in the aquarium through the circulation channel, a sterilization device that has a function of sterilizing the water in the circulation channel that passes through the circulation channel, and a water level sensor that detects the water level in the aquarium . The water of the external water source supplied from the external water source water supply channel into the water tank is supplied between the water tank and the washing and dewatering tank. The water level of the external water storage source stored in the water tank is detected by a water level sensor, and the circulation pump is operated when the detected water level reaches a preset water level.

The figure which shows schematic structure of the washing machine in this embodiment. Block diagram showing schematic configuration of electrical configuration

Hereinafter, the washing machine according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. First, in FIG. 1, a washing machine 1 is a so-called vertical axis type washing machine. A water tank 3 capable of storing water is disposed in an outer box 2 constituting the outer shell of the washing machine 1. The water tank 3 has a bottomed cylindrical container shape and is elastically suspended and supported by the outer box 2 via an elastic suspension mechanism (not shown). A washing / dehydrating tub 4 is rotatably disposed in the water tub 3. The washing / dehydrating tub 4 has a bottomed cylindrical container shape with the axial direction facing the vertical direction, and a plurality of holes for dehydration are provided in the peripheral wall portion (not shown). The laundry 50 is accommodated in the washing / dehydrating tub 4 through the opening on the top surface of the washing / dehydrating tub 4 so as to be put in and out. A pulsator 5 is rotatably provided at the bottom of the washing / dehydrating tub 4.

On the outer surface of the bottom of the water tank 3, a driving means 6 mainly composed of a motor and a clutch is provided. This driving means 6 selectively rotates the pulsator 5 and the washing / dehydrating tub 4, and rotates the pulsator 5 and the pulsator 5 as a single unit. It is possible to switch between cases.

A drain port 7 is provided at the bottom of the water tank 3 so as to be located to the left in FIG. 1, and a filter unit 9 is connected to the drain port 7 via a bellows duct 8. A lint filter for capturing lint is provided inside the filter unit 9 (not shown). The filter unit 9 is connected to a drainage channel 11 having a drainage valve 10 and a water suction port of a circulation pump 12. The discharge port of the circulation pump 12 is connected to a water inlet 14 of a sterilization apparatus 13 to be described later, and the water outlet 15 of the sterilization apparatus 13 is connected to a circulation water supply path 18 via a connection water channel 16 and a bellows duct 17. Yes. The circulation water supply path 18 has a lower end connected to the bellows duct 17, an upper end extending upward along the peripheral wall of the water tub 3, and an outlet 18 a at the front end facing the opening of the upper surface of the washing and dewatering tub 4. It faces the part from above.

The sterilization apparatus 13 is configured by providing a straight tubular ultraviolet lamp 21 in a sterilization case 20, and is installed in the lower part of the outer box 2 so that the ultraviolet lamp 21 is in a horizontal state. The water inlet 14 and the water outlet 15 are provided in a sterilization case 20.

Here, when the drain valve 10 is closed and the operation of the circulation pump 12 is stopped, the water supplied into the water tank 3 is stored in the water tank 3. If the drain valve 10 is opened in this state, the water in the water tank 3 is discharged outside the machine through the drainage channel 11. At this time, foreign matters such as lint contained in water passing through the filter unit 9 are captured by the lint filter. When the circulation pump 12 is driven with the drain valve 10 closed, the water in the water tank 3 is sucked into the circulation pump 12 through the filter unit 9 and the sucked water is removed from the sterilizer. 13, the water is circulated by returning it from the outlet 18a into the washing and dewatering tub 4 through the connection water channel 16, the bellows duct 17, and the circulation water supply channel 18. Also at this time, foreign matters such as lint contained in water passing through the filter unit 9 are captured by the lint filter. If the ultraviolet lamp 21 of the sterilization apparatus 13 is turned on, the water is sterilized based on the fact that the ultraviolet light emitted from the ultraviolet lamp 21 is irradiated to the water passing through the sterilization case 20. become.

In this case, the bellows duct 8, the filter unit 9, the circulation pump 12, the sterilization case 20 of the sterilization apparatus 13, the connection water channel 16, the bellows duct 17, and the circulation water supply channel 18 connected to the drain port 7 of the water tank 3 are A circulation water channel 22 provided outside the water tank 3 is configured. The drain port 7 of the water tank 3 constitutes the inlet of the circulation water channel 22, and the outlet 18 a of the circulation water supply channel 18 constitutes the outlet of the circulation water channel 22.

A water supply valve 24 is provided in a fixed state in the upper part of the outer box 2. The water supply valve 24 includes a hose connection port 25 serving as a water inlet, a main discharge port 26 serving as a water outlet, and a discharge port 27 for priming water. The hose connection port 25 is connected to the other end of a water supply hose whose one end is connected to a water tap (not shown). The main discharge port 26 is connected to a water injection case 28. The water injection case 28 has a water supply port 29, and this water supply port 29 faces the upper surface opening of the washing and dewatering tub 4 from above. Accordingly, when the main discharge port 26 of the water supply valve 24 is opened, tap water is supplied from the water supply port 29 of the water injection case 28 into the washing / dehydrating tub 4 and thus into the water tub 3.

The priming water discharge port 27 is connected to the priming water supply channel 30 through a priming water channel (not shown) in the water injection case 28. The tip of the priming water supply passage 30 is connected to the priming water receiving port of the bath water pump 31. The bath water pump 31 is positioned in the left side in the outer box 2 in FIG. 1 and is provided in a fixed state, and a bath water hose 32 is connected to the suction port. A filter 33 is provided at the tip of the bath water hose 32. The distal end of the bath water hose 32 is inserted into the bath water 35 in the bathtub 34 in this case, which is a water storage source different from the water supply. The discharge port of the bath water pump 31 is connected to the bath water supply port 37 through the bellows duct 36. The lower end portion of the bath water supply port 37 faces from above between the water tank 3 and the washing and dewatering tank 4.

Here, when the bath water pump 31 is driven with the end of the bath water hose 32 inserted into the bath water 35 in the bathtub 34, the bath water 35 is pumped to the bath water pump 31 through the bath water hose 32. At the same time, the pumped-up bath water 35 passes through the bellows duct 36 and is supplied into the water tank 3 from the bath water supply port 37. Therefore, the bath water hose 32, the bath water pump 31, the bellows duct 36, and the bath water supply port 37 are external water reservoirs that supply the bath water 35 in the bathtub 34, which is an external water source separate from the water supply, into the water tank 3. A source water supply channel 38 is formed. The drainage port 7 of the water tank 3 serving as the inlet of the circulating water channel 22 is in the vicinity of the bath water water supply port 37 serving as the outlet of the external water storage source water supply channel 38, that is, in this case, below the vertical direction of the bath water water supply port 37. They are arranged at substantially opposite positions, and when viewed from above, the two are in a close positional relationship.

In FIG. 2, a schematic configuration of the electrical configuration of the washing machine 1 described above is shown as a block. The operation panel 40 is provided in the upper part of the outer box 2 and is provided with operation keys and a display unit for setting a course and the like (not shown). The control device 41 is configured mainly with a microcomputer, and is provided, for example, on the back side of the operation panel 40. The control device 41 has a function of controlling the overall operation of the washing machine 1 and functions as a control means. The water level sensor 42 detects the water level in the water tank 3 and outputs the detection signal to the control device 41. The control device 41 is based on the input signal of the operation key of the operation panel 40, the input signal from the water level sensor 42, and the control program provided in advance, the water supply valve 24, the drain valve 10, the drive means 6, the bath water pump 31, the circulation pump 12 and the sterilization apparatus 13 are controlled.

Next, the operation of the above configuration will be described.
A case where the user sets a bath water course using bath water by operating the operation keys of the operation panel 40 will be described. In this case, the laundry 50 is stored in the washing / dehydrating tub 4 in advance, and a detergent is put in the washing / dehydrating tub 4, and the end of the bath water hose 32 is connected to the bath in the bathtub 34. Insert in water 35. In this state, when the user operates the start key of the operation panel 40, the control device 41 starts operation of the bath water course.

The control device 41 first opens the priming water discharge port 27 of the water supply valve 24 to supply a predetermined amount of tap water as priming water to the bath water pump 31 through the priming water supply channel 30 and then closes the priming water discharge port 27. Let Thereafter, the bath water pump 31 is driven. When the bath water pump 31 is driven, the bath water 35 in the bathtub 34 is supplied and stored in the water tank 3 through the external water storage source water supply channel 38. At this time, the bath water 35 supplied from the bath water supply port 37 into the water tank 3 is supplied from above between the water tank 3 and the washing and dehydrating tank 4, so the bath supplied from the bath water supply port 37. It is possible to prevent the water 35 from being sprinkled directly on the laundry 50 in the washing and dewatering tub 4.

The control device 41 detects the water level in the water tank 3 with the water level sensor 42, and when the detected water level reaches a preset set water level, operates the circulation pump 12 and operates the sterilization device 13. The set water level at this time is set slightly lower than the position at which the water in the water tub 3 contacts the laundry 50 in the washing and dewatering tub 4 (see FIG. 1). When the circulation pump 12 is operated, the water stored in the water tank 3 passes through the circulation water channel 22 and is returned to the washing and dewatering tank 4 from the outlet 18a, so that the water in the water tank 3 is discharged. It is circulated through the circulation channel 22. At this time, water passing through the circulation channel 22 is sterilized by ultraviolet rays when passing through the sterilization case 20 of the sterilization apparatus 13.

And the water level in the water tank 3 further rises by continuing supplying the bath water 35 into the water tank 3 by the bath water pump 31. At this time, the bath water 35 supplied into the water tank 3 from the external water storage source water supply channel 38 and the water in the washing / dehydrating tank 4 are mixed a little through the hole for dehydration in the peripheral wall of the washing / dehydrating tank 4. However, since the peripheral wall of the washing and dewatering tub 4 exists between them, they are not mixed actively. For this reason, it can suppress as much as possible that the bath water 35 before disinfection contacts the laundry in the washing and dewatering tank 4 directly.

When the water level detected by the water level sensor 42 reaches the set water level for washing, the control device 41 stops the supply of the bath water 35 by stopping the operation of the bath water pump 31. After that, the washing process is executed by rotating the pulsator 5 by the driving means 6. By rotating the pulsator 5, a swirl is formed in the washing and dewatering tank 4, and the laundry 50 is stirred and washed. In this washing process, the circulation pump 12 and the sterilization apparatus 13 may be operated continuously or intermittently. Then, when the set time for the washing process has elapsed, the water in the water tank 3 is opened by opening the drain valve 10 while stopping the rotation of the pulsator 5 and also stopping the operation of the circulation pump 12 and the sterilizer 13. Is discharged to the outside through the drainage channel 11. Thereafter, the control device 41 centrifugally dehydrates the laundry 50 in the washing / dehydrating tub 4 by rotating the washing / dehydrating tub 4 at a high speed in one direction with the drain valve 10 opened.

Next, the control device 41 executes the first rinsing process. In the first rinsing process, the same control as the above-described washing process is performed except that no detergent is used. Thereafter, a second rinsing process is performed. In the second rinsing process, the same control as in the first rinsing process is performed. In the third final rinsing process, bath water 35 is not used, and only tap water is used. At this time, the circulation pump 12 may be operated, and the sterilization apparatus 13 may be operated or may not be operated. And the bath water course using bath water is completed by performing final dehydration. In addition, although the case where the rinse process is performed 3 times was illustrated, it may be 2 times. Even in this case, it is preferable to use tap water in the last rinsing process.

According to the above-described embodiment, the following operational effects can be obtained.
The bath water 35 supplied into the water tank 3 from the water supply channel 38 for the external water storage source is supplied between the water tank 3 and the washing / dehydration tank 4, so that the bath water 35 before sterilization is washed and washed. It is possible to prevent the laundry 50 in the dewatering tub 4 from falling directly on the laundry 50, thereby preventing germs in the bath water from remaining on the surface of the laundry as a filter. Then, the water level of the bath water 35 supplied and stored in the water tank 3 is detected by a water level sensor 42. When the detected water level of the water level sensor 42 reaches a preset water level, the circulation pump 12 is operated, and the water tank The bath water 35 in 3 is circulated through the circulation channel 22 and the sterilization apparatus 13 is operated to sterilize water passing through the sterilization case 20. Thereby, the bath water 35 before sterilization can be prevented from touching the laundry as much as possible without switching the switching valve or the like, and circulation sterilization can be performed, and the sterilization effect can be obtained as easily as possible.

The set water level at which the operation of the circulation pump 12 is started is a water level at which the water supplied into the water tub 3 does not touch the laundry 50 accommodated in the washing and dehydrating tub 4. It is possible to prevent bacteria and the like from coming into direct contact with the laundry 50.

The circulating water returned from the outlet 18 a of the circulating water channel 22 into the water tank 3 is directly supplied into the washing and dewatering tank 4. According to this, it is possible to prevent as much as possible that the water after sterilization that has passed through the sterilization apparatus 13 is directly mixed with the bath water before sterilization, and in the washing and dewatering tub 4 in which the laundry 50 is accommodated. As water, water after sterilization can be stored as much as possible.

Since the sterilization apparatus 13 includes the ultraviolet lamp 21, the sterilization apparatus 13 can be configured simply. Moreover, since the sterilization apparatus 13 is installed so that the ultraviolet lamp 21 is in a horizontal state in the lower part in the outer box 2, it is possible to keep the dispersion of the gas sealed in the ultraviolet lamp 21 uniform. Thus, the performance can be stabilized. In addition, by installing it in the lower part of the outer box 2, maintenance is good in the event of a failure. Furthermore, since the lower part of the outer box 2 has a small amplitude due to vibration, there is an advantage that the load of the ultraviolet lamp 21 against the vibration can be reduced.

The drain port 7 of the water tank 3 serving as the inlet of the circulating water channel 22 faces the vicinity of the bath water feed port 37 serving as the outlet of the external water storage source water channel 38, in this case, in the vertical direction of the bath water feed port 37. Therefore, the bath water 35 dropped and supplied from the bath water supply port 37 into the water tank 3 can be quickly sucked into the circulation channel 22 to be sterilized. There is an advantage that becomes possible.

The circulating water channel 22 is provided with a filter unit 9 that captures lint. The filter unit 9 serves as both circulating water that circulates in the circulating water channel 22 and drainage that discharges water in the water tank 3 to the outside of the machine. Therefore, the configuration can be simplified.

(Other embodiments)
The external water storage source is not limited to the bathtub 34, and may be a tank for storing rainwater, for example. The sterilization apparatus 13 may include a filter formed of a photocatalyst in addition to the ultraviolet lamp 21.

As described above, according to the washing machine of the present embodiment, the water supplied from the external water storage source water supply channel to the water tank is supplied between the water tank and the washing and dehydrating tank, so that sterilization can be achieved. It is possible to prevent the previous water from directly falling on the laundry in the washing / dehydrating tub. And the level of the water supplied and stored in the water tank is detected by the water level sensor, and when the detected water level of the water level sensor reaches the preset water level, the circulation pump is operated, and the water in the water tank is supplied to the circulation channel. And the sterilization apparatus is operated to sterilize water passing through the sterilization apparatus. Thereby, circulation sanitization becomes possible, without switching a switching valve etc., and the sanitization effect can be obtained as easily as possible.
