Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a composition for oral cavity and a preparation for oral cavity that can be supplied in the form of a mist in the entire oral cavity when sprayed with a spray and can suppress drying in the oral cavity.
The number of saliva secretions has decreased due to physical condition, aging and drug intake, and an increasing number of people complain of dry mouth. When the oral cavity dries, germs grow in the oral cavity and cause bad breath. In addition, aspiration pneumonia may be caused by aspiration of bacteria grown in the oral cavity.
When the dryness in the oral cavity is mild, dryness in the oral cavity can be prevented by taking measures such as frequent intake of water or licking of wrinkles. However, it is difficult to ingest water frequently in daily life. There is also a problem that caries tend to occur if the heels are frequently licked.
In order to solve the above problems, for example, a gel for moisturizing the oral cavity has been developed. The oral moisturizing gel needs to be applied to the oral cavity using fingers or a sponge, and has not been easily used.
In addition to the oral moisturizing gel, a dentifrice composition containing agar is disclosed for the purpose of maintaining wetness in the oral cavity (Patent Document 1). Moreover, the composition for oral cavity used by the aspect which contains water-soluble polymer, a drug, and a light silicic acid anhydride in a hydrophobic ointment base and is apply | coated is disclosed (patent document 2). In addition, a composition for oral cavity that contains a medicinal ingredient and gellan gum or a water-soluble polymer and is used in the form of a mouthwash or a mouse spray for the purpose of retaining the medicinal ingredient at a predetermined site in the oral cavity is disclosed. (Patent Documents 3 to 4). Furthermore, an oral spray that improves dryness in the oral cavity and has excellent sprayability is also disclosed (Patent Document 5).
However, the toothpaste composition of Patent Document 1 needs to use a toothbrush or the like when applied to the oral cavity, and the toothpaste composition does not remain in the oral cavity due to cleaning after brushing, and for a certain amount of time in the oral cavity. By leaving the composition, it is different from the embodiment in which the mouth is moisturized and drying is suppressed. Moreover, the composition for oral cavity used by the aspect apply | coated to an oral cavity contains powder, such as a silicic acid anhydride, and when spraying by use of a spray, powder is clogged and is not suitable for the aspect sprayed. There is a problem. Furthermore, even if it is a composition for oral cavity used in the aspect of a mouthwash or a mouse spray like the composition for oral cavity of patent documents 3-5, the viscosity of an oral composition is 200 mPa * s or less, Since the viscosity is low and the adherence to the oral cavity is low, it may not stay in the oral cavity for a long time, and drying may not be sufficiently suppressed. Further, when the viscosity is 200 mPa · s or more, there is a problem that the oral composition is not supplied in the form of a mist in the entire oral cavity even when sprayed with a spray, and drying in the oral cavity is not sufficiently suppressed.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention provides an oral composition that can be supplied in the form of a mist when sprayed with a spray and can be prevented from drying in the oral cavity by adhering to the oral cavity and staying relatively long. The purpose is to provide.
The present inventors can supply the whole oral cavity in a spray form by using a spray, and can prevent drying in the oral cavity by adhering to the oral cavity and staying relatively long. The present inventors have intensively studied to provide a composition for use. As a result, an oral composition comprising agar, at least one water-soluble polymer selected from the group consisting of sodium alginate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose and gellan gum, and a nonionic surfactant achieves such an object. As a result, the present invention was completed.
The composition for oral cavity of this invention can be supplied to the whole intraoral area by spraying with a spray. Moreover, the composition for oral cavity of this invention can suppress drying in an oral cavity by adhering in an oral cavity and staying comparatively long. The present invention does not require application of the oral composition with fingers, is hygienic, and can easily suppress dryness in the oral cavity by simple means using a spray container.
The present invention relates to an oral composition that can be supplied to the entire oral cavity in a spray form by suppressing the dryness in the oral cavity, and is a group consisting of agar, sodium alginate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, and gellan gum It contains at least one water-soluble polymer selected from the above, and a nonionic surfactant.
In order to improve adhesion to the oral cavity, it is conceivable to add a thickener to the composition. Examples of such a thickener include water-soluble polymers such as carboxymethyl cellulose or a salt thereof, hydroxyethyl cellulose or a salt thereof, gellan gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan, sodium alginate, gelatin, agar and the like.
However, if only one of these thickeners is included in the oral composition, the composition for oral cavity does not spread in the form of a mist due to the viscosity of the composition, even when a spray is used. There was a case that liquid came out.
Among the thickeners, it has been found that the composition for oral cavity containing agar becomes a mist in a relatively wide range when a spray is used. However, agar easily promotes water separation, and the storage stability of the oral composition may not be sufficient when the oral composition contains agar.
The composition for oral cavity of the present invention improves adhesion in the oral cavity by containing agar and at least one water-soluble polymer selected from the group consisting of sodium alginate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose and gellan gum, It has been found that water storage is suppressed during storage and storage stability is improved. Furthermore, the composition for oral cavity of the present invention comprises a nonionic surfactant together with agar and at least one water-soluble polymer selected from the group consisting of sodium alginate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose and gellan gum. It has been found that when used, the spray state of the oral composition is improved and can be diffused throughout the oral cavity.
The oral composition of the present invention has a viscosity at 25 ° C. of preferably 450 to 15000 mPa · s, more preferably 500 to 12000 mPa · s, still more preferably 1000 to 11000 mPa · s, and particularly preferably 1500 to 10500 mPa · s. . Even when the viscosity at 25 ° C. is relatively high, the composition for oral cavity of the present invention can be diffused in a spray form throughout the oral cavity by using a spray, and can quickly moisten the dry oral cavity. Furthermore, since the composition for oral cavity of the present invention has a relatively high viscosity at 25 ° C., the oral composition sprayed by using the spray adheres to the oral cavity and stays for a relatively long time, thereby suppressing dryness in the oral cavity. can do.
The agar that can be used in the oral composition of the present invention may be in the form of powder, granules, or flakes that are commercially available as raw materials for pharmaceuticals, foods, and cosmetics. When the specimen sprayed on the plastic plate immediately flows down, it was rated as x.
[Sprayability test]
40 mL of a sample (composition for oral cavity) was sprayed into a spray container (spray piece: SC-03, polypropylene, nozzle hole diameter 6.0-8.0 mm, one-push spray amount 0.06-0.08 mL, pump part: M- 75-05, container: made of H03-050 polyethylene, height: 99.2 mm, capacity: 50 mL, (manufactured by Mitani Valve Co., Ltd.), and 5 cm away from the spray port of the spray part of the spray container, vertically A spray part was pushed once on a standing plastic plate (made of polystyrene) and sprayed, and the radius of the specimen adhered to the plastic plate was measured. Considering the variation of the test, the test was performed three times, and the average value of the radius of each test was evaluated. The case where the average value of the radius of the specimen adhering to the plastic plate was less than 60 mm was evaluated as x, the case where it was 60 mm or more and less than 65 mm was evaluated as Δ, and the case where the radius was 65 mm or more was evaluated as ○.
[Consideration of results]
As shown in Tables 1-2, the compositions for oral cavity of Examples 1-20 are agar, at least one water-soluble polymer selected from the group consisting of sodium alginate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose and gellan gum, and nonion. By containing a surfactant, there is no water separation, and by using a spray, the radius can be spread to 60-65 mm with a one-push spray, which can be diffused and supplied throughout the oral cavity, with high adhesion, It was confirmed that it adhered to the oral cavity and could stay for a relatively long time.
On the other hand, as shown in Comparative Examples 1 to 15 in Tables 3 to 4, agar, at least one water-soluble polymer selected from the group consisting of sodium alginate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose and gellan gum, and a nonionic surfactant Among these, the composition for oral cavity which does not contain any one of them resulted in inferior one or more of water separation, adhesion and spray spread.
The composition for oral cavity of the present invention can be supplied to the entire oral cavity by spraying by use of a spray, adheres in the oral cavity and stays for a relatively long time, so that the oral cavity can be quickly moistened and dried. It can be suppressed and is industrially useful. In addition, the oral preparation of the present invention does not need to apply the oral composition with fingers, is hygienic, and can easily suppress drying in the oral cavity by a simple means using a spray container, Industrially useful.
