を含む、織物にデジタル印刷方法が記載されている。
前記所定の繊維改質処理は、布状繊維製品の全体又は所要部分に、少なくとも、水性多価カチオン性塩溶液、及び、末端にブロック化されたイソシアネート基を有するウレタン樹脂を適用することによりなされたものであり、
前記隠蔽性インクは、白色又は淡色顔料、水溶性高分子分散剤、自己乳化性ウレタン樹脂および/または酸価が40乃至100mgKOH/gであるアクリル樹脂、溶媒又は分散媒としての水系液体を少なくとも含み、白色又は淡色の隠蔽性画像を形成し得るものであることを特徴とする画像形成方法。
前記一般インクは、顔料、水溶性高分子分散剤、自己乳化性ウレタン樹脂および/または酸価が40乃至100mgKOH/gであるアクリル樹脂、溶媒又は分散媒としての水系液体を少なくとも含み、一般画像を形成し得るものである(1)乃至(7)の何れか1項に記載の画像形成方法。
上記後処理工程は、布状繊維製品のうち後処理剤を適用した部分に対し、100乃至180℃で10乃至180秒間の熱処理を行うことを含むものである(9)又は(14)記載の画像形成方法。
湿潤剤としてのエチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、トリエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ブチレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコール、グリセリン、ジグリセリン等のグリコール類及びグリセリン類;

Claims (16)
- 布状繊維製品のうち所定の繊維改質処理がなされた部分に対し、インクジェット法で隠蔽性インクを印刷して隠蔽性画像を形成する隠蔽印刷工程を有する画像形成方法であって、
前記所定の繊維改質処理は、布状繊維製品の全体又は所要部分に、少なくとも、水性多価カチオン性塩溶液、及び、末端にブロック化されたイソシアネート基を有するウレタン樹脂を適用することによりなされたものであり、
前記隠蔽性インクは、白色又は淡色顔料、水溶性高分子分散剤、自己乳化性ウレタン樹脂および/または酸価が40乃至100mgKOH/gであるアクリル樹脂、溶媒又は分散媒としての水系液体を少なくとも含み、白色又は淡色の隠蔽性画像を形成し得るものであることを特徴とする画像形成方法。 - 上記隠蔽印刷工程よりも前に、布状繊維製品の全体又は所要部分に対し上記所定の繊維改質処理を行う繊維改質処理工程を有する請求項1記載の画像形成方法。
- 上記繊維改質処理が、布状繊維製品の全体又は所要部分に、水性多価カチオン性塩溶液、及び、末端にブロック化されたイソシアネート基を有するウレタン樹脂を少なくとも含有する繊維改質剤を適用することによりなされるものである請求項2記載の画像形成方法。
- 上記隠蔽性インクが、そのインク中の、水溶性高分子分散剤、並びに、自己乳化性ウレタン樹脂および/または酸価が40乃至100mgKOH/gであるアクリル樹脂の、両方又は一方についての硬化剤として、ブロックイソシアネート化合物を含むものである請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の画像形成方法。
- 上記隠蔽性インクの再湿潤率が70乃至90%の範囲である請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の画像形成方法。
- 上記繊維改質処理に用いられる末端にブロック化されたイソシアネート基を有するウレタン樹脂の100%モジュラスが30MPa以下である請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の画像形成方法。
- 上記繊維改質処理が、布状繊維製品のうち、少なくとも、水性多価カチオン性塩溶液、及び、末端にブロック化されたイソシアネート基を有するウレタン樹脂を適用した部分に対し、100乃至180℃で10乃至180秒間の熱処理を行うことを含むものである請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の画像形成方法。
- 上記布状繊維製品のうち、少なくとも、上記隠蔽性画像が形成された部分に対し、100乃至220℃で1乃至10分間の熱処理を行う画像熱処理工程を有する請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の画像形成方法。
- 上記布状繊維製品のうち、少なくとも、上記隠蔽性画像が形成された部分に対し、後処理剤を適用することにより後処理を行う後処理工程を有する請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載の画像形成方法。
- 上記隠蔽印刷工程により形成された隠蔽性画像上の部分または全部に対し、インクジェット法で一般インクを印刷して一般画像を形成する一般印刷工程を有し、
前記一般インクは、顔料、水溶性高分子分散剤、自己乳化性ウレタン樹脂および/または酸価が40乃至100mgKOH/gであるアクリル樹脂、溶媒又は分散媒としての水系液体を少なくとも含み、一般画像を形成し得るものである請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の画像形成方法。 - 上記一般インクが、そのインク中の、水溶性高分子分散剤、並びに、自己乳化性ウレタン樹脂および/または酸価が40乃至100mgKOH/gであるアクリル樹脂の、両方又は一方についての硬化剤として、ブロックイソシアネート化合物を含むものである請求項10記載の画像形成方法。
- 上記一般インクの再湿潤率が70乃至90%の範囲である請求項10又は11記載の画像形成方法。
- 上記布状繊維製品のうち、少なくとも、上記隠蔽性画像および/または一般画像が形成された部分に対し、100乃至220℃で1乃至10分間の熱処理を行う画像熱処理工程を有する請求項10乃至12の何れか1項に記載の画像形成方法。
- 上記布状繊維製品のうち、少なくとも、上記隠蔽性画像および/または一般画像が形成された部分に対し、後処理剤を適用することにより後処理を行う後処理工程を有する請求項10乃至13の何れか1項に記載の画像形成方法。
- 上記後処理剤が、アクリル樹脂エマルジョン、ウレタン樹脂エマルジョン、架橋剤、可塑剤、界面活性剤、難燃剤、シリコーン系柔軟剤、フッ素系撥水剤のうち少なくとも1種であり、
上記後処理工程は、布状繊維製品のうち後処理剤を適用した部分に対し、100乃至180℃で10乃至180秒間の熱処理を行うことを含むものである請求項9又は14記載の画像形成方法。 - 請求項1乃至15の何れか1項に記載の画像形成方法により画像形成がなされた布状繊維製品。
