即ち本発明の第1の視点により、変速機をもたない風力発電装置の発電機であって、固定子と回転子を有し、該固定子及び/又は回転子は、アルミニウムからなる巻線を有することを特徴とする発電機が提供される。
また本発明の第2の視点により、前記発電機を備えた風力発電装置が提供される。
更に本発明の第3の視点により、前記風力発電装置を設置するための方法であって、以下のステップ、即ち、設置すべき風力発電装置のタワー上に発電機の固定子を取り付けるステップ、現地で設置場所又はその近傍において前記発電機の回転子を組み立てるステップ、及び、既に取り付けられている前記固定子と共に前記発電機を構成するために、組み立てられた前記回転子を前記タワー上に取り付けるステップを含むことを特徴とする方法が提供される。
尚、本願の特許請求の範囲に付記されている図面参照符号は、専ら本発明の理解の容易化のためのものであり、図示の形態への限定を意図するものではないことを付言する。
(形態1)変速機をもたない風力発電装置の発電機であって、固定子と回転子を有し、該固定子及び/又は回転子は、アルミニウムからなる巻線を有すること。
(形態2)該発電機は、外側回転子を有することが好ましい。
(形態3)該発電機は、4.3mを超える空隙直径を有することが好ましい。
(形態4)前記回転子は、周方向において複数の回転子セグメント、特に2つか又は4つの回転子セグメントから構成されており、該回転子セグメントは、特に、風力発電装置を設置する際に現地で組み立てられるように設けられており、前記固定子は、好ましくは一部材として構成されており、特に連続的な巻線を有することが好ましい。
(形態5)該発電機は、外部励磁式の同期発電機として構成されており、前記回転子は、アルミニウムからなる励磁巻線を有することが好ましい。
(形態6)該発電機は、少なくとも500kW、少なくとも1MW、特に少なくとも2MWの定格出力を有することが好ましい。
(形態7)該発電機は、低速回転する発電機として、及び/又は、少なくとも48極、少なくとも72極、特に少なくとも192極の固定子磁極を有する多極発電機として構成されており、及び/又は六相発電機として構成されていることが好ましい。
(形態8)前記発電機を備えた風力発電装置。
(形態9)前記風力発電装置を設置するための方法であって、以下のステップ、即ち、設置すべき風力発電装置のタワー上に発電機の固定子を取り付けるステップ、現地で設置場所又はその近傍において前記発電機の回転子を組み立てるステップ、及び、既に取り付けられている前記固定子と共に前記発電機を構成するために、組み立てられた前記回転子を前記タワー上に取り付けるステップを含むこと。
Claims (9)
- 変速機をもたない風力発電装置(100)の発電機(1)であって、
固定子(2)と回転子(4)を有し、該固定子(2)及び/又は回転子(4)は、アルミニウムからなる巻線(14、30)を有すること
を特徴とする発電機(1)。 - 該発電機(1)は、外側回転子を有すること
を特徴とする、請求項1に記載の発電機(1)。 - 該発電機(1)は、4.3mを超える空隙直径(6)を有すること
を特徴とする、請求項2に記載の発電機(1)。 - 前記回転子(4)は、周方向において複数の回転子セグメント、特に2つか又は4つの回転子セグメントから構成されており、該回転子セグメントは、特に、風力発電装置(100)を設置する際に現地で組み立てられるように設けられており、前記固定子(2)は、好ましくは一部材として構成されており、特に連続的な巻線(14)を有すること
を特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の発電機(1)。 - 該発電機(1)は、外部励磁式の同期発電機(1)として構成されており、前記回転子(4)は、アルミニウムからなる励磁巻線(30)を有すること
を特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の発電機(1)。 - 該発電機(1)は、少なくとも500kW、少なくとも1MW、特に少なくとも2MWの定格出力を有すること

− 設置すべき風力発電装置(100)のタワー(102)上に発電機(1)の固定子(2)を取り付けるステップ、
− 現地で設置場所又はその近傍において前記発電機(1)の回転子(4)を組み立てるステップ、及び、
− 既に取り付けられている前記固定子(2)と共に前記発電機(1)を構成するために、組み立てられた前記回転子(4)を前記タワー(102)上に取り付けるステップ
を含むこと
を特徴とする方法。
