Claims (16)
- 量子化行列に対する情報を復号化するステップ;及び、
前記量子化行列に対する情報に基づいて量子化行列を復元するステップ;を含み、
前記量子化行列に対する情報は、量子化行列のDC値を示す情報及び量子化行列係数の差分値を示す情報のうち少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする映像復号化方法。 - 前記量子化行列が使われる変換係数ブロックの大きさが16×16大きさ又は32×32大きさの場合、前記量子化行列のDC値を示す情報を利用して前記量子化行列を復元することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の映像復号化方法。
- 前記量子化行列のDC値を示す情報は、−7〜247の値に復号化されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の映像復号化方法。
- 前記量子化行列を復元するステップは、前記量子化行列係数の差分値を示す情報を利用して量子化行列係数を導出するステップ;及び、前記量子化行列係数に対してスキャンを実行して前記量子化行列に整列するステップ;を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の映像復号化方法。
- 前記量子化行列係数の差分値を示す情報は、現在量子化行列係数と前記現在量子化行列係数以前に復号化された以前量子化行列係数との間の差分値であり、前記量子化行列係数は、前記現在量子化行列係数に対する前記量子化行列係数の差分値に前記以前量子化行列係数を加えて導出されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の映像復号化方法。
- 前記量子化行列係数に対して対角スキャンを実行して前記量子化行列に整列することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の映像復号化方法。
- 前記量子化行列が4×4大きさの変換係数ブロックに使われる場合、前記量子化行列係数に対して4×4大きさの対角スキャンを実行し、前記量子化行列が8×8、16×16及び32×32のうち一つの大きさを有する変換係数ブロックに使われる場合、前記量子化行列係数に対して8×8大きさの対角スキャンを実行することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の映像復号化方法。
- 量子化行列係数に対する情報を復号化し、前記量子化行列係数に対する情報に基づいて量子化行列を復元し、前記量子化行列係数に対する情報は、量子化行列のDC値を示す情報及び量子化行列係数の差分値を示す情報のうち少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする映像復号化装置。
- 量子化時に使われる量子化行列を決定するステップ;及び、
前記量子化行列に対する情報を符号化するステップ;を含み、
前記量子化行列に対する情報は、量子化行列のDC値を示す情報及び量子化行列係数の差分値を示す情報のうち少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする映像符号化方法。 - 前記量子化行列が使われる変換係数ブロックの大きさが16×16大きさ又は32×32大きさの場合、前記量子化行列のDC値を示す情報を符号化することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の映像符号化方法。
- 前記量子化行列のDC値を示す情報は、−7〜247の値に符号化されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の映像符号化方法。
- 前記量子化行列に対する情報を符号化するステップは、前記量子化行列に対してスキャンを実行して整列された量子化行列係数配列を導出するステップ;及び、前記整列された量子化行列係数配列に対して前記量子化行列係数の差分値を示す情報を生成して符号化するステップ;を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の映像符号化方法。
- 前記量子化行列に対して対角スキャンを実行して前記整列された量子化行列係数配列を導出することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の映像符号化方法。
- 前記量子化行列係数の差分値を示す情報は、前記整列された量子化行列係数配列内で、現在量子化行列係数と前記現在量子化行列係数以前に符号化された以前量子化行列係数との間の差分値であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の映像符号化方法。
- 前記量子化行列が4×4大きさの変換係数ブロックに使われる場合、前記量子化行列に対して4×4大きさの対角スキャンを実行し、前記量子化行列が8×8、16×16及び32×32のうち一つの大きさを有する変換係数ブロックに使われる場合、前記量子化行列に対して8×8大きさの対角スキャンを実行することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の映像符号化方法。
- 量子化時に使われる量子化行列を決定し、前記量子化行列に対する情報を符号化し、前記量子化行列に対する情報は、量子化行列のDC値を示す情報及び量子化行列係数の差分値を示す情報のうち少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする映像符号化装置。
