を含む、触覚センサを目的とする。

Claims (12)
- ・その上に及ぼされた機械的応力に応じて変動する電気抵抗を有し、少なくとも部分的に光に対して透過性である、ピエゾ抵抗層(16)と、
・その上への入射光の量に応じて変動する電気抵抗を有し、前記ピエゾ抵抗層(16)に対向して配置される、感光層(38)と、
・前記ピエゾ抵抗層(16)及び前記感光層(38)を並列に電気的接続する、電気的接続要素(22、40、52)と、
を含む、触覚センサ(10)。 - 前記ピエゾ抵抗層(16)及び前記感光層(38)は、前記ピエゾ抵抗層(16)よりもさらに変形しやすい媒体によって互いに分離される、請求項1に記載の触覚センサ。
- 前記ピエゾ抵抗層(16)は、少なくとも部分的に光に対して透過性であり且つ変形可能である電気的絶縁保護層(20)の表面上に配置され、前記ピエゾ抵抗層(16)と前記保護層(20)とで形成されたスタックは、前記感光層(38)に沿って配置された開口部(30)を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の触覚センサ。
- 前記ピエゾ抵抗層(16)は、表面領域単位毎に可変のターン数を有するコイルの形態で作られ、具体的に、前記センサの周辺領域におけるターン数よりも前記センサの中心領域におけるターン数がより大きい、請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の触覚センサ。
- コイルが、前記保護層(20)に形成された開口部(30)の間、具体的に開口部の列の間に伸びる、請求項3及び4に記載の触覚センサ。
- 前記ピエゾ抵抗層(16)はPEDOT:PSSで作られる、請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の触覚センサ。
- 前記感光層(38)は、グラフェンとアンチモンでドープされた二酸化スズとの混合物を含む、請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の触覚センサ。
- 前記混合物におけるドープされた二酸化スズの重量比率は20%より大きい、請求項7に記載の触覚センサ。
- 前記感光層(38)は前記ピエゾ抵抗層(16)と光反射層(34)との間に形成される、請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載の触覚センサ。
- 前記反射層(34)は、可視及び近赤外範囲における波長を反射することができる、請求項9に記載の触覚センサ。
- 前記ピエゾ抵抗層(16)及び前記感光層(38)は、それらを並列に電気的接続する導電性ボール(52)を用いて互いの上に設置される、請求項1から10の何れか1項に記載の触覚センサ。
- 前記ピエゾ抵抗層(16)及び前記感光層(38)は、インサート(60)によって互いに付着した少なくとも2つの導電性ボール(52)のスタックを用いて互いの上に設置される、請求項11に記載の触覚センサ。
