Abstract
Description
Claims (25)
- プロセッサ及びメモリに接続した少なくとも1つの電池を有するポータブル生理測定装置内の電力をモニターする方法であって、
前記装置をオンにする工程と、
マイクロプロセッサで前記電池の電力を測定する工程と、
前記電池の電力レベルが第1しきい値を超えているかどうかを判定する工程と、
前記電力レベルが前記第1しきい値以下である場合は、低電池のフラグを真に設定するか、さもなければ前記装置の起動確認プロセスを実行する工程と、
前記起動確認プロセスの実行後、前記電池の電力レベルが第2しきい値を超えている、及び低電池フラグが真に設定されている、の両方であるかどうかを判定するために前記電池を評価する工程と、
前記評価する工程が肯定的である場合は、前記評価する工程の時刻及び日付をメモリに記録し、前記低電池のフラグを偽に設定し、前記装置の電池のステータスを通知する工程と、
前記評価する工程が否定的である場合は、検体測定を行う工程と、
前記第1しきい値に対する前記電池の電力レベルを確認する工程と、
前記確認する工程で前記電力レベルが前記第1しきい値を超えていることを示す場合、生理測定の結果を通知するか、さもなければ前記確認する工程を終了する工程と、を含む方法。 - 前記生理測定を行う工程が、バイオセンサーユニット内の検体量を測定する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記電池が、2つのAAサイズ(単3)のアルカリ電池を含み、前記第1しきい値が前記電池の約2.5ボルトを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1しきい値が、前記電池の定格電圧又はアンペア数の約82%を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2しきい値が、前記電池の定格電圧又はアンペア数の約96%を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2しきい値が、前記電池の約2.9ボルトを含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記実行する工程が、前記装置の操作に関するチュートリアルを提供する工程を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記通知する工程が、前記電池が再充電又は交換されたことを示す前記評価する工程の時刻及び日付を表示する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記電池の電力レベルが前記第1しきい値を下回るときはいつでも前記方法の操作を終了する工程を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ユーザーの生理データを提供するバイオセンサーユニットと、
ポータブル疾病管理ユニットであって、
前記バイオセンサーユニットと通信して前記ユーザーの健康状態を反映する複数の生理測定値を受信するマイクロプロセッサを含み、前記マイクロプロセッサがメモリ及び電池と接続され、前記マイクロプロセッサが、
前記電池の電力レベルが第1しきい値より低いとき低電池フラグを真に設定することと、
前記電池の電力レベルが第2しきい値を超えている及び前記低電池フラグが真である、の両方であるかどうかを評価することと、
評価が、前記電池の電力レベルが第2しきい値を超えている及び前記低電池フラグが真である、の両方に対し肯定的であるとき、時刻及び日付をメモリ内に保存することと、
前記評価の時刻及び日付がメモリに保存されたときに前記低電池フラグを偽に設定することと、
前記電池のステータスがメモリ内に保存された時刻及び日付で変化したことを通知することと、を実行するように構成される、ポータブル疾病管理ユニットと、
を含む、生理測定システム。 - 前記マイクロプロセッサが、オンになると、
前記電池の電力を測定することと、
前記電池の電力レベルが前記第1しきい値を超えているかどうかを判定することと、
前記電力レベルが前記第1しきい値を超えていると判定された場合は、前記装置の起動プロセスを実行することと、
前記バイオセンサーユニットで検体を測定することと、
前記第1しきい値に対する前記電池の前記電力レベルを確認することと、
前記電力レベルが前記第1しきい値を超えている場合は生理測定の結果を通知するか、さもなければ動作を終了することと、を実行するように構成される、請求項10に記載のシステム。 - 前記生理測定が、試験ストリップ形態の前記バイオセンサーユニット内の生理液からの検体量の測定を含む、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記電池が、2つのAAサイズ(単3)のアルカリ電池を含み、前記第1しきい値が前記電池の約2.5ボルトを含む、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1しきい値が、前記電池の定格電圧又はアンペア数の約82%を含む、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2しきい値が、前記電池の定格電圧又はアンペア数の約96%を含む、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2しきい値が、前記電池の約2.9ボルトを含む、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記通知が、前記電池が再充電又は交換されたことを示す前記評価の時刻及び日付の表示を含む、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- プロセッサ及びメモリに接続した少なくとも1つの電池を有するポータブル電子医療用装置内の電池電力をモニターする方法であって、
前記電池の電力レベルを測定する工程と、
前記電池の電力レベルが第1しきい値を超えているかどうかを判定する工程と、
前記電力レベルが前記第1しきい値以下である場合は、低電池のフラグを真に設定するか、さもなければ前記装置の他のプロセス工程を実行する工程と、
前記他のプロセス工程の実行後、前記電池の電力レベルが第2しきい値を超えている、及び低電池フラグが真に設定されている、の両方であるかを判定するために前記電池を評価する工程と、
前記評価する工程が肯定的である場合は、前記評価する工程の時刻及び日付をメモリに記録し、前記低電池のフラグを偽に設定する工程と、
前記装置の前記電池のステータスの変化を通知する工程と、を含む方法。 - 前記電池が、2つのアルカリAAサイズ(単3)の電池を含み、前記第1しきい値が前記電池の約2.5ボルトを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記第1しきい値が、前記電池の定格電圧又はアンペア数の約82%を含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記第2しきい値が、前記電池の定格電圧又はアンペア数の約96%を含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
