Claims (3)
- 停滞水におけるシアノバクテリアの処理設備であって、
フロート構造物を有し、当該フロート構造物に2つのタイプの双極電極(1および6)が水面下で取り付けられ、相互接続され、および、交流電源(10)を介して直流電流が供給され、中空体の形状を有する支持フロート(5)を含み、当該支持フロート(5)には、浮動電極(1)が付属された、横方向に位置付けられたリブ(4)であって、当該浮動電極(1)は、光電池(8)の供給源および交流電源(10)それぞれに相互連結される、リブ(4)と、前記リブ(4)に固定され、風力を利用する装置(9)であって、交流電源(10)に連結され、水ポンプ(2)を駆動し、当該水ポンプ(2)は吐出管(3)に置かれ、かつ、風力を利用する前記装置(9)の軸に直接連結される、装置(9)と、前記支持フロート(5)に固定され、グリッド電極(6)が固着されかつ光電池(8)が蓄電される上部フロート(7)であって、前記双極電極(1)および(6)それぞれに相互連結される、上部フロート(7)と、があり、前記吐出管(3)は前記水ポンプ(2)に連結され、前記吐出管(3)の出口は前記浮動電極(1)の真上に位置付けられる、停滞水におけるシアノバクテリアの処理設備。 - 前記上部フロート(7)は、前記支持フロート(5)の形状を複製したもので、誘電性を有する軽量の浮遊材でできている、請求項1に記載の停滞水におけるシアノバクテリアの処理設備。
- 支持フロート(5)上に、水面より下のより深い所で、双極電極(1および6)が、24Vまでの電圧で、順次下へ独立して連結されており、前記双極電極(1および6)は水平に相互に、左右交互に回転する、停滞水におけるシアノバクテリアの処理方法。
