Claims (10)
- ガス流(22)の処理のための装置であって、ガス流(22)が径方向に流れ通ることができる少なくとも1つの径方向空間(3)を有し、径方向空間(3)は、径方向に中央領域(4)から外側の集積空間(5)に延び、径方向空間(3)は、円板状の第1の壁(1)と円板状の第2の壁(2)とによって画定され、前記第1の壁(1)から、径方向空間(3)に向けられた多数の電極(11)が突き出ている、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置であって、前記円板状の第1の壁(1)と、前記円板状の第2の壁(2)と、は、平行に互いに延びる、装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載の装置であって、前記円板状の第1の壁(1)は、電気絶縁物質(13)から形成され、そこに固定された電気伝導性の電極(11)を有し、電極(11)は、電気絶縁物質(11)の中または上を延びる電気伝導体(12)により、互いの間で電気的に接続される、装置。
- 請求項1〜3の1項に記載の装置であって、2またはそれ以上の平行に延びる径方向空間(3)は、軸方向に連続して中央領域(4)の回りに配置される、装置。
- 請求項1〜4の1項に記載の装置であって、前記第1の壁(1)上の単位面積当たりの電極(11)の密度は、半径の方向において変わる、装置。
- 請求項1〜5の1項に記載の装置であって、電極(11)と、前記円板状の第2の壁(2)と、は、高電圧源(23)に接続可能であり、電極(11)と前記第2の壁(2)との間に電場が生じることができるようになっている、装置。
- 請求項1〜6の1項に記載の装置であって、全ての径方向空間(3)は、共通の、径方向空間に流入する内側開口(18)を備える中央ガス供給部(7)の回りに配置され、外側で、共通のハウジング(6)により囲まれ、前記ハウジング(6)は、集積空間(5)を画定する、装置。
- 請求項1〜7の1項に記載の装置であって、2またはそれ以上の径方向空間(3)のそれぞれの前記第1の壁(1)と前記第2の壁(2)とは、共通の円筒形保持器(14)に配置され、2つの第1の壁または2つの第2の壁が、合わさって、共通の第1の壁(1)または第2の壁(2)としてそれぞれ形成されるようになっている、装置。
- 請求項7または8に記載の装置であって、電極(11)の少なくとも1つの電気供給ライン(10)は、電気絶縁的に前記ハウジング(6)を通って外側に導かれる、装置。
- 請求項7〜9の1項に記載の装置であって、全ての第2の壁(2)は、電気的に前記中央ガス供給部(7)および/または前記ハウジング(6)と接続されることにより、接地可能である、装置。
