Claims (11)
- 以下の一般式(I)に対応するブロックトメルカプトシラン:
(HO) R1 2 Si ─ Z ─ S ─ C (= O) ─ A (I)
・同一または異なっている記号R1は、各々1〜18個の炭素原子を持つ直鎖または分岐アルキル基、シクロアルキル基またはアリール基から選択される一価の炭化水素基を表し、
・記号Aは水素原子または1〜18個の炭素原子を持つ直鎖または分岐アルキル基、シクロアルキル基またはアリール基および2〜8個の炭素原子を持つ直鎖または分岐アルコキシアルキル基から選択される一価の炭化水素基を表し、
・記号Zは1〜18個の炭素原子を含む二価の結合基を表す。 - 前記ZがO、SおよびNから選択される、1またはそれ以上のヘテロ原子を含む、請求項1記載のメルカプトシラン。
- ・前記記号R1が、メチル、エチル、n-プロピルおよびイソプロピル基から選択され、
・前記記号Aが1〜18個の炭素原子を持つアルキル基およびフェニル基から選択され、
・前記記号ZがC1-C18アルキレン基およびC6-C12アリーレン基から選択される、
請求項1および2の何れか1項に記載のメルカプトシラン。 - 前記ZがC1-C10アルキレン基から選択される、請求項3記載のメルカプトシラン。
- 前記ZがC1-C4アルキレン基から選択される、請求項4記載のメルカプトシラン。
- 前記記号R1がメチル基である、請求項3〜5の何れか1項に記載のメルカプトシラン。
- 前記Aが、1〜7個の炭素原子を持つアルキル基およびフェニル基から選択される、請求項3〜6の何れか1項に記載のメルカプトシラン。
- 前記記号R1がメチル基であり、前記Zがプロピレン基であり、かつ前記Aがヘプチル基である、請求項3〜7の何れか1項に記載のメルカプトシラン。
- 以下の段階を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載のメルカプトシランの製造方法：
・出発物質が以下の式(B)のブロックトメルカプトシラン(以下、製品Bと呼ぶ)であり:
(R2O) R1 2 Si ─ Z ─ S ─ C (= O) ─ A (B)
ここで、R1、AおよびZは、上記一般式(I)におけるものと同一の意味を持ち、
同一または異なっているR2は、1〜6個の炭素原子を持つアルキル基から選択される一価の炭化水素基を表し、
・上記式(I)で表される、目標とするブロックトメルカプトシランの製造を可能とする、加水分解を酸性媒体中で行う。 - 請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載のメルカプトシランの、カップリング剤としての使用。
- ゴム組成物における、請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載のメルカプトシランの、カップリング剤としての使用。
