Abstract
【解決手段】樹脂成形体製造方法は、繊維のバインダー樹脂として熱可塑性樹脂が用いられた繊維強化樹脂材20を加熱して、複数の表面凸部18が設けられたキャビティ面16を夫々有する上型11(第1の型)と下型12(第2の型)との間に、繊維強化樹脂材20を配置する第1工程S1と、上型11(第1の型)と下型12(第2の型)とを成形方向に重ね、キャビティ面16で繊維強化樹脂材20をプレス成形する第2工程と、を有する。

Description
本実施形態は、上記のように構成されており、以下その作用について説明する。図3から図6において、本実施形態に係る樹脂成形用プレス型10を用いると、次の樹脂成形体製造方法によって、樹脂成形体30(図7)を、スタンピング成形により製造することができる。
図3から図6において、本実施形態に係る樹脂成形体製造方法は、第1工程S1と、第2工程S2とを有している。
以上、本発明の実施形態の一例について説明したが、本発明の実施形態は、上記に限定されるものでなく、上記以外にも、その主旨を逸脱しない範囲内において種々変形して実施可能であることは勿論である。

Claims (7)
- 繊維のバインダー樹脂として熱可塑性樹脂が用いられた繊維強化樹脂材を加熱して、複数の表面凸部が設けられたキャビティ面を夫々有する第1の型と第2の型との間に、前記繊維強化樹脂材を配置する第1工程と、
前記第1の型と前記第2の型とを成形方向に重ね、前記キャビティ面で前記繊維強化樹脂材をプレス成形する第2工程と、
を有する樹脂成形体製造方法。 - 前記繊維強化樹脂材の表面に複数の表面凸部を設けておく、請求項1に記載の樹脂成形体製造方法。
- 前記表面凸部は、プレス成形時における前記熱可塑性樹脂及び前記繊維の流れ方向に沿って形成されている請求項1又は請求項2に記載の樹脂成形体製造方法。
- 前記表面凸部の高さは、0.05〜1mmである請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の樹脂成形体製造方法。
- キャビティ面に複数の表面凸部が設けられた樹脂成形用プレス型。
- 前記表面凸部は、繊維のバインダー樹脂として熱可塑性樹脂が用いられた繊維強化樹脂材を加熱してプレス成形する際の前記熱可塑性樹脂及び前記繊維の流れ方向に沿って形成されている請求項5に記載の樹脂成形用プレス型。
- 前記表面凸部の高さは、0.05〜1mmである請求項5又は請求項6に記載の樹脂成形用プレス型。
