Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a dust collector for separating and removing dust in dust-containing air generated from a processing machine or the like in a factory.
Conventionally, industrial dust collectors have been used to suck in dust generated from processing machines and purify the air in the factory, and in particular, explosiveness that dust-containing air is generated from laser processing machines, etc. When dust that has ignitability is included, use a so-called wet dust collector that separates and removes dust by bringing the dust-containing air sucked into the dust collector into contact with the cleaning liquid stored in the dust collector. There are many.
For example, in Patent Document 1, a liquid tank for storing shower liquid is provided in the lower part of the main body, and the spray liquid is sprayed onto the filling material via a connecting pipe by a pump, whereby dust accompanied with sparks in metal grinding processing and A dust collector configured to treat fumes and fireballs in arc welding operations is disclosed.
Further, in Patent Document 2, even if one part of the circulation path for circulating the etching solution is branched into a plurality of parts and a filter is inserted into each branch path, the one filter becomes clogged and needs to be replaced. In addition, a technique of an etching apparatus is disclosed in which the filter can be regenerated or replaced without interrupting the etching operation by switching the flow path.
However, in the dust collecting apparatus described in Patent Document 1 described above, the filtering means for filtering the shower liquid in the liquid tank is not provided in the flow path of the connecting pipe, so the shower nozzle is clogged. There is a fear. Thus, in the worst case, there is a problem that the fire extinguishing and cooling function is lowered due to a decrease in the shower flow rate and the risk of fire is increased.
In addition, when the dust collector of the present invention has the same configuration as the circulation path described in Patent Document 2 described above, after the sewage is filtered by a filter, the spray water is discharged from the spray nozzle via the pump. Water will be sprinkled. However, in the configuration of Patent Document 2, since the pump is disposed after passing through the filter, there is a possibility that the spray nozzle may be clogged due to foreign matter adhered and accumulated inside the pump. The same problem as 1 occurs.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and provides a dust collector that can stably operate without stopping the dust collector and can reliably prevent the occurrence of fires and explosions.
A
Although not particularly shown, an electrical box (control panel) is attached to the peripheral wall of the
A
The dry
The
A
The
A second diffusing
Next, the operation of the
Including dust such as explosive powder and combustible powder (non-oxidized fume) sucked from a processing machine (not shown) such as a laser welding machine in the factory through the
On the other hand, the circulating
As a result, the water sucked up from the
During this time, the difference between the water pressure at the first measurement point P1 and the water pressure at the second measurement point P2 is constantly measured by the liquid
When the flowing water path is switched to the
Next, in the filling
The dust-containing air that has passed through the filling
Note that the dust adhering to the
Next, the dust-containing air that has been cooled and extinguished in the
Since the
Note that the dust adhering to the
The clean air that has been separated and removed in the dry
As described above, according to the
Therefore, the
Further, by simultaneously switching the branching three-
Furthermore, by disposing the
Furthermore, the clogging degree of the
In the embodiment of the present invention described above, the merging three-way
In the above-described embodiment of the present invention, the
Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment of the present invention, the
