Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail. However, the scope of the present invention particularly limits the present invention in the following description. As long as there is no description, it is not restricted to these embodiments.

FIG. 1A is a schematic cross-sectional view of a semiconductor
As shown in FIG. 1A, a semiconductor
In this embodiment, the

The

本実施例においても、平均粒径が15μm(後述する塗布液調整前、レーザ回折・散乱法により求めた粒度分布から算出した体積平均)の蛍光体粒子を用いて、約3μm以上の起伏の深さを有する凹凸表面が形成された。

Hereinafter, the optical characteristics of the semiconductor
A sample A shown in FIG. 2 was produced as a sample relating to this example. As a light source of a vehicle lamp such as a headlamp in which four semiconductor
As shown in FIG. 3A, the
As shown in FIG. 3B, the
When the chromaticity distributions in the light emitting surface of Sample A and
When the luminances of sample A and

A layered silicate mineral can be used as an anti-settling material. The layered silicate mineral is preferably a swellable clay mineral having a structure such as a mica structure, a kaolinite structure, or a smectite structure, and particularly preferably a smectite structure rich in swellability. In combination with an alcohol solvent, there is an effect of increasing the viscosity of the mixed solution, which is preferable for preventing sedimentation of the phosphor.
As the binder, SimOn (m and n are both integers), and as the binder precursor, polysiloxane, polysilazane, or the like that becomes a transparent ceramic binder by reaction can be used. In this example, ultrafine particles made of SiO2 having a particle size of 100 nm or less were used as the binder.

When glass is used instead of silicone resin as the sealing material, the coated body can be dried and fired by performing heat treatment at 150 ° C. for 1 hour.

As a sample relating to this example, Sample B was manufactured using the same semiconductor
Moreover, the
Sample B, sample A, and
As a result, sample B had higher chromaticity uniformity at different viewing angles than sample A (see FIG. 3) and
The brightness of Sample B, Sample A, and
As a result, the brightness of Sample B was lower than that of Sample A and higher than that of
That is, the sample B had less luminance reduction than the sample A compared to the sample A. This is considered to be because the sample B has unevenness along the upper surface of the
