Description

The present invention relates to a joinery in which a shoji is slidably arranged with respect to a frame, and in particular, a sliding piece in a state where a guide fin portion provided on an upper frame member of the frame is accommodated in a guide groove of the shoji. It is related with the fitting which supported the upper end part of the shoji so that it could slide with respect to a frame by making it slide-contact with.

In fittings such as sliding windows and single-sided windows where the shoji is slidable with respect to the frame, a guide fin is usually provided on the upper frame member of the frame, and a guide groove is formed at the upper end of the shoji. Is provided. The guide fin portion is a plate-like portion protruding downward from the prospective surface of the upper frame member, and is provided along the longitudinal direction of the upper frame member. The guide groove is formed in a portion facing the guide fin portion on the upper surface of the upper collar member. The guide groove has a width larger than the thickness of the guide fin portion, and the guide rod located at the other end portion through the upper flange member from the upper end portion of the longitudinal member located at one end portion of the shoji. It is formed over the upper end of the member. Sliding pieces are disposed at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the guide groove. The sliding piece is formed of a material that can slide smoothly with respect to the guide fin portion, for example, a resin material, and is attached to the end portion of each vertical rod member. A sliding groove is provided in a portion corresponding to the guide groove in each sliding piece. The sliding groove is a narrow space formed between a pair of sliding surfaces, and is formed to have a width that can slidably accommodate the guide fin portion.

In this type of joinery, if the shoji is built in the frame in a state where the guide fin portion is disposed in the guide groove of the upper collar member, the guide fin portion is slidably accommodated in the slide groove of the sliding piece. The position along the prospective direction of the shoji with respect to the frame is defined by the pair of sliding surfaces, and the upper end of the shoji is slidably guided with respect to the frame (for example, Patent Literature 1 and Patent Literature 1). 2).

By the way, in the joinery described above, the space between the upper frame member and the shoji is only supported by the guide fin portion and the sliding piece. For this reason, when a large wind load is applied to the shoji, this wind load is transmitted to the guide fin portion only through the sliding pieces at both ends in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, when a large wind load is received, the guide fin portion is damaged due to stress applied intensively through the sliding piece, which may greatly affect the sliding operability of the shoji. In recent years, buildings tend to be super-high, and the wind load applied to the joinery increases as the building becomes taller, so that the above-described problem becomes more prominent.

Such a problem can be considered to increase the contact area with the guide fin portion, for example, by disposing the sliding piece also on the upper flange member. However, when a large number of sliding pieces are provided, the sliding resistance when sliding the shoji is increased according to the number of sliding pieces, there is a possibility that the sliding operability of the shoji is impaired.

An object of this invention is to provide the fitting which can endure a big wind load, without impairing the sliding operativity of a shoji in view of the said situation.

In order to achieve the above object, the joinery according to the present invention has sliding pieces, each having a sliding groove between a pair of sliding surfaces, arranged at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the guide groove provided at the upper end of the shoji. The upper end portion of the shoji is moved with respect to the frame body by slidingly contacting the sliding surface of the sliding piece with the guide fin portion provided on the upper frame member of the frame body being accommodated in the guide groove. The sliding door guide groove has a guide surface at each of the portions located on the outdoor side and the indoor side, and either one of the guide surfaces has the above-mentioned guide groove. While the distance between the guide fin portion and the guide fin portion is greater than the slide surface of the slide piece, the distance between the guide fin portion and the guide fin portion is greater than the slide surface of the slide piece. It is characterized by providing a support surface at a position smaller than the distance between .

According to the present invention, when the shoji is subjected to a large wind load, the support surface provided between the sliding pieces comes into contact with the guide fin portion, so that it is possible to prevent a situation where the wind load is intensively applied to the guide fin portion. This eliminates the possibility of causing damage such as deformation to the guide fin portion.

In the joinery described above, the present invention is characterized in that the support surface is provided over the entire length of the portion located between the sliding pieces on the one guide surface.

According to the present invention, even when various sizes of shojis are configured, it is necessary to separately calculate the stress generated in the saddle member due to the wind load and prepare a necessary number of reinforcing parts. However, the wind load can be easily and reliably distributed to the guide fin portion.

In the joinery described above, the present invention is characterized in that the support surface is configured by attaching a support member between the one guide surface and the guide fin portion.

According to this invention, the shoji installed in a place with a large wind load and the shoji installed in a place with a small wind load can be shared depending on whether or not the support member is attached.

In the joinery described above, the present invention is characterized in that a plurality of support protrusions are provided on a portion of the support surface facing the guide fin portion.

According to the present invention, the contact area when the shoji comes into contact with the support surface when sliding the shoji can be reduced, and there is no possibility of affecting the slide operability.

Moreover, the present invention is the above-mentioned joinery, wherein the shoji is provided with the upper eaves member between upper ends of a pair of eaves members, and the sliding piece is attached to each eaves member, The support surface is provided at a portion extending over the entire length of the upper collar member.

According to the present invention, even when various sizes of shojis are configured, it is necessary to separately calculate the stress generated in the saddle member due to the wind load and prepare a necessary number of reinforcing parts. However, the wind load can be easily and reliably distributed to the guide fin portion.

According to the present invention, when the shoji is subjected to a large wind load, the support surface provided between the sliding pieces abuts against the guide fin portion, thereby preventing a situation where the wind load is concentrated on the guide fin portion. can do. Therefore, there is no possibility of causing damage such as deformation to the guide fin portion, and it is possible to maintain good operability when sliding the shoji.

The finding wall portion 42 is a flat plate-like portion that protrudes at a right angle upward from an edge portion located on the outdoor side of the prospective wall portion 41. The protruding dimension of the finding wall portion 42 from the prospective wall portion 41 is configured to be smaller than the distance from the base portion 22a of the upper collar member 22 to the second rib portion 22d. The support wall 43 is a flat plate portion that extends from the protruding end of the find wall 42 so as to be continuous with the find wall 42. As is clear from FIG. 1, the support wall portion 43 is configured to be offset toward the indoor side with respect to the finding wall portion 42. The offset amount of the support wall portion 43 is such that the distance from the surface facing the outdoor side of the finding wall portion 42 to the plane facing the indoor side of the support wall portion 43 (hereinafter referred to as “support surface 43a”) is from the outer guide surface 22fo. The sliding piece 30 is configured to be smaller than the distance to the sliding surface 32 located on the outdoor side. The engaging wall portion 44 protrudes in a direction perpendicular to the surface facing the outdoor side of the support wall portion 43 and then bends so as to become a right angle upward. The distance from the engagement wall portion 44 to the prospective wall portion 41 is smaller than the distance from the base portion 22a to the first rib portion 22c in the upper collar member 22, and larger than the distance from the base portion 22a to the second rib portion 22d. It is constituted as follows.

The support member 40 configured as described above can be attached to the upper collar member 22 without dropping from the shoji 20 by inserting it from the end face of the upper collar member 22 in advance when assembling the shoji 20. That is, the prospective wall portion 41 is inserted between the base portion 22a of the upper collar member 22 and the third rib portion 22e, and the engagement wall portion 44 is inserted between the first rib portion 22c and the second rib portion 22d. Then, while the relative movement along the longitudinal direction of the support member 40 with respect to the upper collar member 22 is allowed, the movement along the finding direction and the prospective direction is restricted, so that the upper collar member 22 falls off. It is possible to mount the support member 40 without any problem. After the vertical hook members 24 are attached to both ends of the upper hook member 22, if the sliding pieces 30 are respectively attached to the upper end portions of the vertical hook members 24, the upper hook members 22 are brought into contact with the sliding pieces 30. The relative movement along the longitudinal direction of the support member 40 with respect to the member 22 is also restricted.

As shown by the cross hatching in FIG. 2, the shoji 20 having the support member 40 attached to the upper collar member 22 has a sliding piece 30 attached to the upper end portion of the vertical collar member 24 on the outer guide surface 22fo of the upper collar member 22. The support wall portion 43 of the support member 40 is positioned over the entire length of the portion between the two. As shown in FIG. 1, the support surface 43 a of the support wall portion 43 is disposed at a position farther from the guide fin portion 11 b than the slide surface 32 positioned on the outdoor side of the slide piece 30. Therefore, if the shoji 20 is built in the frame 10 in this state, a gap is secured between the support surface 43a of the support wall 43 and the guide fin portion 11b of the upper frame member 11, and a large operating force is obtained. The shoji 20 can be slid without any need.

Moreover, the distance between the support surface 43a and the guide fin portion 11b is between the guide surface (hereinafter referred to as “inner guide surface 22fi” when distinguished) and the guide fin portion 11b. It becomes a small state compared with the distance. Therefore, for example, even if a large wind load is applied to the shoji 20 by installing the joinery on the high floor of the skyscraper, the upper support member 22 slightly bends indoors to support the support surface 43a of the support member 40. Since it contacts the guide fin portion 11b, it is possible to prevent a situation in which wind loads are intensively applied to the guide fin portion 11b. Thereby, according to the said fitting, there is no possibility of causing damages such as deformation to the guide fin portion 11b, and the operability when sliding the shoji 20 can always be maintained well.

In the above-described embodiment, since the support surface 43a is provided in the portion of the guide groove 26 that extends over the entire length between the sliding pieces 30, it is also generated in the eaves member by wind load even for fittings having different sizes. It is possible to always obtain the above-described effects without performing a complicated operation of separately calculating the stress and preparing the necessary number of reinforcing parts. However, in the present invention, the support surface 43a is not necessarily provided over the entire length, and for example, a plurality of support surfaces 43a may be provided at equal intervals.

In the above-described embodiment, the support surface 43a is configured by mounting the support member 40, which is a separate body from the upper collar member 22, and therefore can be applied to existing joinery. In addition, by appropriately attaching and detaching the support member 40, the upper eaves member 22 can be shared with a joinery that is not likely to receive a large wind load, such as a joinery installed on a lower floor. . However, in the present invention, it goes without saying that a support surface may be provided integrally with the upper collar member.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, the support surface 43a is illustrated as being flat, but the present invention is not necessarily limited to this. For example, as in the modification shown in FIG. The support surface 143a may be configured by providing a plurality of support protrusions 145 on the support wall portion 143 of the support member 140 having the 141, the finding wall portion 142, the support wall portion 143, and the engagement wall portion 144. In the case where a plurality of support protrusions 145 are provided, it is preferable that the protruding ends of the individual support protrusions 145 be positioned on the same plane parallel to the guide fin portion 11b. Even in a fitting in which the support surface 143a is configured by providing a plurality of support protrusions 145 on the support member 140, when a large wind load acts on the shoji 20, the upper collar member 22 slightly bends indoors. Thus, since the support surface 143a of the support member 140 contacts the guide fin portion 11b, it is possible to prevent a situation in which wind loads are intensively applied to the guide fin portion 11b. Thereby, according to the said fitting, there is no possibility of causing damages such as deformation to the guide fin portion 11b, and the operability when sliding the shoji 20 can always be maintained well. Moreover, even when the sliding screen 20 is slid, if the support protrusion 145 comes into contact with the guide fin portion 11b, the contact area with the guide fin portion 11b is smaller than that of the flat support surface. There is no risk of significant impact on In the modification shown in FIG. 4, the same reference numerals are given to the same components as those in the embodiment, and the detailed description is omitted.

Furthermore, in the above-described embodiments and modifications, the support surface is provided only on the guide surface located on the outdoor side, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, in a situation where negative pressure is applied, the support surface may be provided only on the guide surface located on the indoor side.
