Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a disinfecting cotton storage device configured to store disinfecting cotton obtained by impregnating absorbent cotton or nonwoven fabric with a disinfecting solution such as alcohol and to take out the disinfecting cotton stored therein as necessary.
In a medical field such as a hospital, refined cotton is used for preventing infection to a patient, disinfecting a patient's skin, and disinfecting a puncture site with an injection needle or a blood collection needle.
This spirit cotton is made by placing a base piece such as absorbent cotton or nonwoven fabric, which has been cut into an appropriate size in advance, and a sufficient amount of alcohol in a universal pot and immersing the base piece in alcohol.
However, as described above, when making sake refined cotton using a universal pot, in order to prevent contamination of the base material, wear plastic gloves after hand washing, disinfect the gloves with alcohol, and then remove the absorbent cotton pieces or non-woven cloth pieces into the universal pot. This is a problem because it takes a troublesome work of putting a base piece and then pouring and adjusting a sufficient amount of alcohol preparation into a universal pot.
In order to solve the above-described problems, there is a commercially available liquor cotton in which a base piece is impregnated with alcohol in advance.
Some of the above-mentioned commercially available sake refined cotton are put in a bag for each use amount, and others are put in a plastic case by being stacked in units of a plurality of sheets.
However, sake refined cotton that is put in a bag for each use amount has the problem that the manufacturing cost is high, and it is difficult to use because the bag must be opened each time it is used, and the use amount is constant. This is particularly troublesome for patients who have difficulty in stopping blood collection after blood collection, and blood collection workers who need a large amount of spirited cotton for blood collection.
In addition, if the product is placed in a plastic case in multiple sheets, alcohol is likely to evaporate because the lid is opened and the upper surface opening is fully opened during use. However, there is a risk that alcohol component of sake cotton will be lost before the sake cotton is used up, sterilization effect may be diminished, and various germs may be propagated.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, one cotton can be used up for each section independently, and there is no evaporation of alcohol or the like even over a long period of time, and it is possible to maintain the sake fine cotton in a good state. Containers have been proposed (Patent Document 1).
Since the above-described sake refined cotton container is configured so that it can be used up independently for each category in one package, the unopened package does not evaporate alcohol, etc. It is possible to save in the state.
However, because the amount of sake refined cotton used is not necessarily constant for each hospital facility and site of use, it is configured so that it can be used up independently for each category like the conventional sake refined cotton containers described above. No, in a configuration where each section contains multiple layers of sake refined cotton, the refined cotton contained in the opened package may not be used up at once, and it may take a certain period of time to use up. . In such a case, there is a risk of evaporation of alcohol, contamination of bacteria in use, and reproduction, and thus the problem has not been fundamentally solved.
In addition, it is preferable from the viewpoint of disinfecting that sake refined cotton is essentially impregnated with a lot of alcohol so that it is used by squeezing it a little before use. Although it is desirable for hygiene and disinfection, commercially available sake refined cotton is not limited to the alcohol refined cotton described in Patent Document 1. Alcohol is not impregnated so much that it is squeezed before use, regardless of whether alcohol is evaporated or not. There is a problem that the amount of impregnation is insufficient.
The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, and disinfectant cotton storage capable of providing a disinfecting cotton impregnated with a sufficient amount of disinfecting liquid without the need to prepare disinfecting cotton before use. The purpose is to provide a container.
In order to achieve the above-described object, a disinfecting cotton storage device according to the present invention includes a housing having an accommodating portion capable of accommodating disinfecting cotton inside, and the housing so that the disinfecting cotton can be taken out from the accommodating portion. In the disinfecting cotton container having the disinfecting cotton outlet, the disinfecting liquid is accommodated in the accommodating part, and the base material constituting the disinfecting cotton is immersed in the disinfecting liquid in the accommodating part. It is housed.
The sanitizing cotton may preferably be configured so that it can be removed in a creased state so that it can be easily folded to a size suitable for pre-use.
The disinfectant may be an ethanol 70% (wt) solution or an isopropyl alcohol 70% (wt) solution. Water may be used as the solvent, but is not limited to water. The disinfecting solution may be a popidone iodine solution used for patients who are not resistant to alcohol, or a glutaraldehyde solution having a higher bactericidal effect.
The base material may be, for example, a base material roll formed by winding a strip-shaped base material formed so as to be separable into small pieces into a roll shape, and at least a part of the outer surface of the base material roll is immersed in a disinfectant solution. After that, it can be slidably accommodated inside the accommodating part so as to be taken out from the disinfecting cotton outlet.
Further, the base material may be a base material band formed by, for example, folding a band-shaped base material formed so as to be detachable into small pieces in a zigzag shape, and the base material bundle folded in a zigzag shape is at least one side thereof Can be accommodated in the accommodating part so that the edge of the container is immersed in the disinfecting liquid.
In this case, it is preferable that the bottom surface of the base material bundle folded in a zigzag shape can be fixed to the side surface of the accommodating portion.
Furthermore, the base material may be a base material band formed by zigzag-folding a band-shaped base material formed so as to be detachable into small pieces, and the base material bundle folded in a zigzag shape has an alcohol at least at the bottom. It can be accommodated inside the container so as to be immersed in the solution.
In this case, preferably, the bottom surface of the base material bundle folded in a zigzag shape can be fixed to the bottom surface of the accommodating portion.
A disinfecting cotton container according to the present invention includes a housing having a housing portion capable of housing disinfecting cotton therein, and a disinfecting cotton outlet formed in the housing so that the disinfecting cotton can be taken out from the housing portion. In the disinfecting cotton container, the disinfecting liquid is accommodated inside the accommodating part, and the base material constituting the disinfecting cotton is accommodated in the accommodating part in a state immersed in the disinfecting liquid. It is possible to use disinfecting cotton in which the liquid is impregnated into the base material.
Moreover, since the base material which comprises disinfecting cotton is arrange | positioned so that disinfecting liquid may be accommodated and immersed in the disinfecting liquid, the disinfecting liquid component will not volatilize and disappear from disinfecting cotton.
Furthermore, since the disinfecting cotton impregnated with the disinfecting liquid can be used by immersing the base material in the disinfecting liquid in the accommodating portion, it does not take time to prepare the disinfecting cotton before use.
Further, the base material roll was formed by winding a strip-shaped base material formed so as to be separable into small pieces into a roll shape, and at least a part of the outer surface of the base material roll was immersed in a disinfectant. Even if the diameter of the base roll is reduced by use, the belt-like base material constituting the base roll is accommodated in the inside of the storage section so as to be able to roll to be taken out from the disinfecting cotton outlet. Since it is always immersed in the disinfectant, disinfectant cotton impregnated with a sufficient amount of disinfectant can always be used.
Furthermore, the base material band is formed by a base material band formed by zigzag folding a belt-like base material formed so as to be detachable into small pieces, and the base material bundle folded in a zigzag shape has at least one edge portion thereof Is housed inside the container so as to be immersed in the disinfectant, regardless of the amount of base material used, because the edge on one side of the base material bundle is always immersed in the disinfectant, It is always possible to use disinfected cotton impregnated with a sufficient amount of disinfectant.
Further, in this case, the disinfecting cotton can be used up to the end by fixing the bottom surface of the base material bundle folded in a zigzag manner to the side surface of the accommodating portion.
Furthermore, the base material is constituted by a base material band formed by zigzag-folding a band-shaped base material formed so as to be detachable into small pieces, and at least a bottom portion of the base material bundle folded in a zigzag shape is a disinfectant. Since the bottom of the base band is always immersed in the disinfecting solution by storing it inside the storing part so that it is immersed in the container, use disinfecting cotton impregnated with a sufficient amount of disinfecting solution due to capillary action at all times. can do.
Further, in this case, the disinfecting cotton can be used up to the end by fixing the bottom surface of the base material bundle folded in a zigzag manner to the bottom surface of the accommodating portion.
Furthermore, by providing a squeezing part for squeezing the sterilized cotton before being taken out from the take-out port in the housing part of the housing, it can be taken out while containing a sufficient amount of alcohol for use. The risk of contamination of germs and the evaporation of alcohol in the disinfected cotton can be reduced, and when the disinfecting cotton is taken out, the alcohol does not drip and soil the housing and its surroundings.

The disinfecting cotton container configured as described above is preferably used by fixing the housing 1 to a desk or wall so that the housing 1 does not move when the disinfecting
The housing 1 may be made of a transparent or translucent material. Thus, by comprising the housing 1 with a transparent or translucent material, it becomes possible to visually recognize the remaining amount of the base material and the disinfectant from the outside.
Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the base material constituting the disinfecting cotton is composed of a strip-shaped base material that can be cut into small pieces. However, this is not limited to the present embodiment. A plurality of base materials made of small piece cotton members are folded in at least two, and a plurality of base materials are stacked in a staggered manner so that one side of one folded base material is sandwiched between other folded base materials. May be used. Even in this case, a folding fold can be made for each piece that is taken out so that it can be easily folded when taken out.
