Description
Claims (2)
- ゲルマニウムからなる光吸収層を備えた受光素子にバイアス電圧を印加する第1ステップと、
バイアス電圧を印加している状態で前記受光素子で光を受光して光電変換する第2ステップと
を備え、
前記第1ステップでは、光電変換効率が所望の値となるように、波長が1565nmより長い受光光の周波数に対応させて前記受光素子に印加するバイアス電圧を決定する
ことを特徴とする受光素子の制御方法。
