- 内部に冷媒が流れる一対のタンク(3,3)と、この一対のタンク(3,3)間に前記タンク(3)の長手方向に沿って配置され両端部(5,5)が前記一対のタンク(3,3)に連通される複数のチューブ(7)と、前記一対のタンク(3,3)のうち一方のタンク(3)の長手方向の一端に設けられ前記冷媒を前記一方のタンク(3)に導入させる冷媒導入口(9)とを備えた熱交換器(1,101,201,301,401,501,601)であって、
前記一方のタンク(3)の長手方向の端部又は前記冷媒を前記一方のタンク(3)に流入させる配管(203)が接続されるアダプタ(205,603)には、前記配管(203)側に向けて拡径するように傾斜する傾斜部(15)が設けられ、
前記一方のタンク(3)に連通し前記冷媒導入口(9)側に位置する前記チューブ(7)の端部(5)は、前記傾斜部(15)から前記一方のタンク(3)の内部側に向けた延長線(L)より前記冷媒流れの外周側に位置されていることを特徴とする熱交換器(1,101,201,301,401,501,601)。 - 請求項1記載の熱交換器(1,101,201,301,401,501,601)であって、
前記一方のタンク(3)の長手方向の端部には、前記アダプタ(205,603)が設けられ、
前記アダプタ(205,603)の前記配管(203)の突き当て部(207)より前記冷媒流れの下流には、前記傾斜部(15)が設けられていることを特徴とする熱交換器(201,301,401,501,601)。 - 請求項2記載の熱交換器(201,301,401,501,601)であって、
前記アダプタ(603)は、前記配管(203)側の開口(213)の中心と前記一方のタンク(3)側の開口(211)の中心とが偏心して設けられ、
前記傾斜部(15)の一部は、前記傾斜部(15)の他の部分に対して前記アダプタ(603)内の前記冷媒流れ方向に対する傾斜角が大きく設定されていることを特徴とする熱交換器(601)。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器(1,101,201,301,401,501,601)であって、
前記一方のタンク(3)の前記冷媒導入口(9)側には、内径側に連結部材(29)が固定され、
前記アダプタ(31,205,603)は、前記連結部材(29)を介して前記一方のタンク(3)の前記冷媒導入口(9)に連通されていることを特徴とする熱交換器(1,101,201,301,401,501,601)。 - 請求項1記載の熱交換器(1,101,201,301,401,501,601)であって、
前記一方のタンク(3)の長手方向の端部には、前記冷媒導入口(9)の縁部から拡径するように傾斜する前記傾斜部(15)を有する拡径部(17)が設けられていることを特徴とする熱交換器(1,101)。 - 請求項5記載の熱交換器(1,101)であって、
前記一方のタンク(3)は、前記チューブ(7)の長手方向に分割された上タンク部材(11)と下タンク部材(13)とからなり、
前記拡径部(17)は、前記下タンク部材(13)に設けられていることを特徴とする熱交換器(101)。
