Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a defect repair device and a defect repair method.
The nuclear plant in-furnace structures and equipment may cause defects such as stress corrosion cracking when used for a long period of time. When a defect occurs, measures are taken such as replacing the entire structure or attaching an auxiliary metal fitting. Moreover, TIG welding etc. are examined as a repair method of the whole defect. However, TIG welding is basically a method in which the base material is melted while generating an arc between the base material and the torch electrode, so that an oxide film adheres to the base material or an oxide is formed inside the opening defect. If it is attached or water has entered, there is a drawback that the arc becomes unstable and stable welding cannot be performed.
For this reason, in recent years, repair methods using laser welding have been proposed. According to the repair method by laser welding, defects generated in the structure are removed or the surface opening of the defect is sealed, and the residual tensile stress on the surface of the repair weld is reduced to suppress the reoccurrence of the defect. Is possible.
On the other hand, a repair method using diffusion brazing is used when a member such as a stationary blade is defective in a device that is subjected to a high-temperature thermal cycle such as a gas turbine or a jet engine. Diffusion brazing is a technique in which a brazing material component powder is mixed with a powder containing a base material component to form a paste, which is applied to a cleaned repaired portion and heated to melt the brazing material and diffuse and penetrate.
By spreading and infiltrating, the brazed part can obtain almost the same strength as the base material, but it is necessary to heat the stationary blade using a heating furnace, so it is limited to repairing objects of a size that can enter the heating furnace. There are disadvantages. In addition, regarding the cleaning of the defective part, there is a drawback that it cannot be confirmed on the spot whether or not the inside of the defect has been actually cleaned, and there is a drawback that the quality may be deteriorated due to residual flux if a brazing material using a flux is used. .
。 In order to solve these problems, a method of performing diffusion brazing without using a heating furnace has been proposed as a defect repair method for a valve seat overlay construction portion of a steam valve. In this method, a repair material is provided in the defective part of the valve seat overlay construction portion of the steam valve, a shield plate is provided so that the defective part is in an inert gas atmosphere, and a laser is blown in the vicinity of the defective part while blowing an inert gas. The repair material is infiltrated into the defective part by irradiating light and heating. In this method, the repaired material penetrates the defective part by irradiating the laser beam while blowing an inert gas without using flux, so that it is possible to repair higher quality by avoiding the influence of oxidation action. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
In a conventional defect repair method using diffusion brazing using laser light, laser light having a Gaussian intensity distribution with a high peak at the center of the laser beam is used. Therefore, since the temperature rises around a high peak, a temperature gradient is likely to occur in the heating region of the repair target. Further, when a large object to be repaired is targeted, a temperature gradient is likely to occur at the center and end of the heating region. For this reason, when brazing material is supplied after heating with laser light, there is a problem in that the spread of the brazing material varies due to the temperature gradient, and as a result, only non-uniform brazing can be obtained.
The present invention has been made in response to the above-described conventional circumstances, and provides a defect repairing apparatus and a defect repairing method that can perform brazing more uniformly and can repair defects better than before. The purpose is to do.

One aspect of the defect repairing method of the present invention is a defect repairing method for repairing a defect formed in a metal member, the environment shielding step of shielding the repaired portion of the metal member from the surrounding environment, and the environment shielding Supplying a predetermined gas to the region to form a predetermined gas atmosphere, irradiating the repaired portion of the metal member with a first laser beam, and cleaning and heating the repaired portion of the metal member; The temperature detection step of detecting the temperature of the metal member at a plurality of locations of the portion irradiated with the laser beam, and the first laser beam was irradiated while adjusting the irradiation state based on the temperature detection result of the temperature detection step A step of irradiating the site with the second laser beam; and after irradiating the second laser beam, a repair material is supplied to the repaired portion of the metal member and melted, and a repair portion is provided in or on the surface of the defect. Forming process , Characterized by comprising a.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, brazing can be performed more uniformly than in the prior art, and defects can be repaired satisfactorily.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a diagram for explaining the configuration of an embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the defect is repaired by irradiating the
In addition, at the
Therefore, as shown in the flowchart of FIG. 2, after irradiating the
The
When the repair material is supplied and diffused in a predetermined range, if the temperature distribution on the surface of the metal member in the heating region (the repair region) varies, the spread of the repair material also varies. That is, in this case, it is assumed that the diffusion range of the repair material is equal to or less than a predetermined range, or the thickness of the repair material after diffusion varies. For this reason, in the present embodiment, by adjusting the irradiation state (output, spot shape, scanning trajectory, etc.) of the
And after irradiating the
On the other hand, when the temperature measurement result of the repair target is not within the predetermined temperature range, the processing from
As described above, in the present embodiment, the
Next, the configuration of the
The
A
FIG. 3 shows a mechanism for irradiating the
As shown in FIG. 3, a repair
Further, the
In addition, the
The
Specifically, when the
Here, in the conventional defect repairing apparatus, the laser beam irradiated on the surface of the repair target object is a Gaussian distribution type laser beam having a high center intensity as shown in FIG. Therefore, when the surface of the object to be repaired is irradiated with laser light, only the vicinity of the center of the portion irradiated with the laser light is strongly heated, and it becomes difficult to uniformly heat the surface of the object to be repaired. . Further, when the laser beam is condensed by the optical system, depending on the specifications of the optical system to be used, as shown in FIG. 7A, a laser beam having a constant spread angle is formed before and after focusing. The Here, if the beam diameter of the laser beam used for brazing is assumed to be, for example, a beam diameter before and after the focal point, the processing is performed in the range of a2 to a2 ′, for example, if the beam diameter is larger than the focal point. be able to. However, there is a drawback that the margin is narrow.
On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the
As described above, in this embodiment, by using a direct diode laser as the
In defect repairing using the
Next, a
Next, while supplying the
Thus, in this embodiment, since the
Note that when laser light having a Gaussian distribution type intensity distribution is used, the temperature suddenly rises locally, so the object to be repaired 11 may have to be melted in order to heat a certain region. In many cases, the temperature can be suddenly lowered, and the range in which the temperature can be made uniform becomes narrow. On the other hand, since the laser beam having the top hat type intensity distribution is used in the present embodiment, the temperature of the repaired
Here, irradiation with the
As shown in FIG. 5, the repair
When the
When the
Through the above steps, the repair of the
By the way, when the normal
When the
Further, as a method of preventing the temperature drop at the time of supplying the
Further, the
For example, in-reactor instrumentation tubes and nozzles in pressurized water nuclear power plants, shrouds in boiling water nuclear power plants, stub tubes, etc. In the case where stress corrosion cracking occurs, the defect can be repaired by the
FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating a configuration of a
Even when a Gaussian laser beam is used, the intensity distribution is made uniform using a homogenizer or the like, so that the laser beam is uniformly diffused as shown in FIG. Compared to the case of a normal Gaussian laser beam shown in FIG.
Further, as in the
Next, with reference to FIG. 11, the
In the
As shown in FIG. 12, according to the
As described above, in the present embodiment, a certain range of the object to be repaired 11 can be uniformly heated, and the
Further, by inspecting the surface using the
