Claims (13)
- 少なくともスナップ連結部を有する第1連結部材(101C)と、
第2連結部材(100C)であって、
前記第2連結部材(100C)の第1端部に配置される嵌合スナップ連結部を備える第1迅速接続側部、及び
前記第2連結部材(100C)上に配置される少なくとも1つのエラストマーシール(104B)を有する第2連結部材(100C)と、
前記第1連結部材(101C)及び前記少なくとも1つのエラストマーシール(104B)と接合するように構成されるスリーブ部材(102C)とを備える管継手であって、
前記スリーブ部材(102C)は、前記第1連結部材(101C)と前記第2連結部材(100C)の間に配置され、且つ前記第1連結部材(101C)と前記第2連結部材(100C)によって保持され、前記スナップ連結部及び前記嵌合スナップ連結部は、前記第1連結部材(101C)と前記第2連結部材(100C)の連結をもたらす、
管継手。 - 前記嵌合スナップ連結部が溝(115BR)である、請求項1に記載の管継手。
- 前記スナップ連結部が溝(106B)及びリング部材(106A)であり、前記リング部材(106A)が前記溝(106B)の内部に取り込まれる、請求項1又は2に記載の管継手。
- 前記第2連結部材(100C)及び前記スリーブ部材(102C)が、剛性管材連結部分(114B、110B)を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の管継手。
- 前記第1連結部材(101C)及び前記第2連結部材(100C)のうちの一又は複数が、前記第1連結部材(101C)及び前記第2連結部材(100C)の別の1つ並びに前記スリーブ部材(102C)に対して動いて前記管継手の接続をもたらし、且つ
前記スナップ連結部及び前記嵌合スナップ連結部が、前記管継手の分離力が前記管継手の接続力よりも大きいように構成される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の管継手。 - 前記第2連結部材(100C)が内周面を含み、
前記スリーブ部材(102C)が外周面(111BS)を含み、
前記第2連結部材(100C)と前記スリーブ部材(102C)の間に密封をもたらすために、前記少なくとも1つのエラストマーシール(104B)が前記外周面(111BS)と前記内周面の間に配置される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の管継手。 - 前記スナップ連結部及び前記嵌合スナップ連結部が、前記第1連結部材(101C)と前記第2連結部材(100C)の間の連結を示す触覚型又は聴覚型表示のうちの一又は複数をもたらす、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の管継手。
- 前記スリーブ部材(102C)が、前記第1連結部材(101C)と前記第2連結部材(100C)の間の連結を示す視覚型表示を生成する視覚表示(850)を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の管継手。
- 前記第2連結部材(100C)が、螺合するように構成される第2迅速接続側部を含み、前記第2迅速接続側部が前記第2連結部材(100C)の第2端部に配置され、前記第2端部が前記第1端部の反対側にある、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の管継手。
- 管材を接続する方法であって、
第1側管継手部材(100C)を第2側管継手部材(102C)と位置合わせすることと、
少なくとも1つのエラストマーシール部材(104B)を前記第1側管継手部材(100C)上に位置決めすることと、
少なくとも1つの前記エラストマーシール部材(104B)を前記第1側管継手部材(100C)と前記第2側管継手部材(102C)の間で少なくとも部分的に半径方向に圧縮するために、前記第1側管継手部材(100C)及び前記第2側管継手部材(102C)を一緒に動かすことと、
前記第1側継手部材(100C)と前記第2側継手部材(102C)の間の前記少なくとも1つのエラストマーシール部材(104B)によって形成される密封が、第3継手部材(101C)の連結部材と前記第1側管継手部材(100C)のショルダー部(115B)の係合を通して維持されるように、前記第3継手部材(101C)を前記第1側管継手部材(100C)に係合させることと
を含む、方法。 - 前記第1側管継手部材(100C)と前記第3継手部材(101C)の間の連結を示す触覚型、聴覚型、及び視覚型表示のうちの一又は複数を提供することをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第3継手部材(101C)を前記第1側管継手部材(100C)に係合することが、前記第1側管継手部材(100C)と前記第2側管継手部材(102C)が離れて動かないように、長手方向の保持力を維持する、請求項10又は11に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのエラストマーシール(104B)が、前記第1側管継手部材(100C)の内周密封表面と前記第2側管継手部材(102C)の外周密封表面(111BS)の間で半径方向に圧縮される、請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
