Abstract
【解決手段】チャックは、機械加工作業中に孔の軸方向に工具が偶発的に抜出すのを防ぐための補助抜出し防止手段と、機械加工中チャックとの関係における少なくとも一方の方向への偶発的な回転を防ぐための補助回転防止手段を備える。補助抜出し及び回転防止手段は、孔(4)の内側部分の中に位置づけ可能であり、挟持されるべきシャンク部分(5)に対して取付け可能である取付け部材(12、22)を含み、工具(6)と取付け部材は、軸方向に引き離されたり互いとの関係において少なくとも一方の方向へ回転したりすることが妨げられるようになっている。回転式チャック本体(1)は、取付け部材と係合するように配置された、少なくとも一方向への回転防止手段ならびに軸方向抜出し防止手段を含む。

Claims (15)
- 回転可能な形で作動する機械加工用工具(6)のシャンク部分(5)を挟持するための回転式チャックであって、
回転式チャック本体の回転軸(2)と同軸である円筒形孔(4)が具備された回転式チャック本体(1)を含み、孔の挟持部分(7)の周囲表面は、チャック内の明確な位置に工具を固定するためにチャック内に組付けられた場合に工具のシャンク部分の周囲に挟持力を加えるように適応されており、
かつ同様に、機械加工作業中に孔の軸方向に工具が偶発的に抜出すのを防ぐための補助抜出し防止手段と、機械加工中チャックとの関係における少なくとも一方の方向への偶発的な回転を防ぐための補助回転防止手段とを具備する回転式チャックにおいて、
補助抜出しおよび回転防止手段が、孔(4)の内側部分の中に位置づけ可能であり、かつ、挟持されるべきシャンク部分(5)に対して取付け可能である取付け部材(12、22)を含み、こうして、工具(6)と取付け部材は、軸方向に引き離されたり互いとの関係において少なくとも一方の方向へ回転したりすることが妨げられるようになっており、 回転式チャック本体(1)が同様に、取付け部材と係合するように配置された、少なくとも一方向への回転防止手段ならびに軸方向抜出し防止手段をも含んでいることを特徴とする回転式チャック。 - 取付け部材の軸方向位置が、チャック本体内部の異なる位置で、連続的に調整できる形で移動可能かつロック可能である、請求項1に記載の回転式チャック。
- 取付け部材がスリーブ形状を有し、軸方向の尾根部と溝とを有するスプラインを伴って外周表面上に形成され、スプラインは、チャック本体の組付け部分において嵌合スプラインと係合するように適応されている、請求項1または2に記載の回転式チャック。
- 取付け部材はその内側端部にねじ穴を備え、チャック本体は組付け部分の内部にねじ穴を備え、取付け部材はねじを用いてチャック本体に取付け可能になっている、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の回転式チャック。
- ねじが、チャック本体の内部における取付け部材の軸方向位置および機械加工用工具のチャック本体からの突出長さを調節するために使用可能な調節用ねじである、請求項4に記載の回転式チャック。
- 調節用ねじが1つの右ねじ山と1つの左ねじ山で形成されている、請求項4または5に記載の回転式チャック。
- 取付け部材が、軸方向に突出する2つのヨークシャンクを有するヨークとして形成されている、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の回転式チャック。
- 抜出しおよび回転防止手段が、軸方向に対して横断するチャック本体内の穴の中に収容されヨークシャンク間の空間を通って延在する1本のロック用ロッドを含んでいる、請求項7に記載の回転式チャック。
- 抜出しおよび回転防止手段が2本のロック用ロッドを含み、これらのロッドは軸方向に対して横断するチャック本体内の穴の中に収容され、ヨークシャンク間の空間を通って延在しており、ロック用ロッドは調節用ロッドを用いて相互連結されて調整可能な形で入れ子になっている、請求項7に記載の回転式チャック。
- ロック用ロッドは、ヨークシャンク上に具備された嵌合係合形成部と係合するように適応された係合形成部を備えている、請求項9に記載の回転式チャック。
- ロック用ロッドおよびヨークシャンク上に具備された係合形成部が、対角線的に反対方向を向いた溝および尾根部として形成されている、請求項10に記載の回転式チャック。
- 取付け部材には、工具シャンクの内側端部において嵌合ねじ山と係合するように適応された雄または雌ねじ山が具備されている、請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載の回転式チャック。
- ねじ山が円錐形状を有する、請求項12に記載の回転式チャック。
- 取付け部材は、工具シャンクの内側端部にある嵌合バイヨネットカップリング部品と係合するように適応されている雄または雌のバイヨネットカップリング部品を備えている、請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載の回転式チャック。
- バイヨネットカップリング部品は、工具シャンク上で軸方向外向き方向に作用する力を付加するように適応されたバネを備えている、請求項14に記載の回転式チャック。
