Claims (16)
- 充電および放電を行う電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容するケースと、
前記ケースの開口を密封するキャッププレートと、
前記キャッププレートに設けられて、前記電極組立体に電気的に接続される電極端子と、
を備え、
前記ケースは、
前記電極組立体の中心に向かって曲げられる第1曲面部と、前記中心から離れるように曲げられる第2曲面部と、
前記第1曲面部に接合される補強板と、
を有する二次電池。 - 前記ケースは、
互いに交差する第1方向、第2方向および第3方向で立体に形成され、
前記第1方向と前記第2方向とで定められる平面を、前記第3方向の曲率半径の曲率で曲がるように形成する請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記補強板は、
前記第1曲面部に対応するように前記第1方向の幅と前記第2方向の高さとを有し、前記曲率半径の曲率に対応するように曲げられて前記第1曲面部に接合される請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記補強板は、
金属で形成され、金属で形成される前記ケースに溶接で接合される請求項3に記載の二次電池。 - 前記補強板は、
樹脂で形成され、金属で形成される前記ケースに熱融着またはホットメルティング方式で接合される請求項3に記載の二次電池。 - 前記補強板は、
前記第1曲面部に対応するように前記第1方向の幅と前記第2方向の高さとを有する板部と、
前記板部上で、前記第1方向に沿って離隔し、前記第3方向に突出し、前記第2方向に沿って延在するリブと、
を有する請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記補強板は、
前記第1曲面部に対応するように前記第1方向の幅と前記第2方向の高さとを有する板部と、
前記板部上で、前記第2方向に沿って離隔し、前記第3方向に突出し、前記第1方向に沿って延在するリブと、
を有する請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記補強板は、
前記第1曲面部に対応するように前記第1方向の幅と前記第2方向の高さとを有する板部と、
前記板部上で、前記第3方向に突出し、一位置を中心として互いに交差する方向に沿って延在するリブと、
を有する請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記補強板は、
前記第1曲面部に対応するように前記第1方向の幅と前記第2方向の高さとを有する板部と、
前記板部上で、前記第3方向に突出し、前記第1方向および前記第2方向と交差する斜線方向に延在するリブと、
を有する請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記補強板は、一位置を中心として交差する複数の交差点を有する請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ケースは、
前記第1方向と前記第2方向とで定められる平面において、前記第2方向に直線的であり、前記第3方向の曲率半径の曲率で曲がるように形成される請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記ケースは、
前記第1方向と前記第2方向とで定められる平面において、前記第1方向に直線的であり、前記第3方向の曲率半径の曲率で曲がるように形成される請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記補強板は、
クラッドメタルで形成される請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記ケースは、アルミニウムで形成され、
前記クラッドメタルは、
前記ケースに接合されるアルミニウム層と、
前記アルミニウム層に接合される補強層と、を有する請求項13に記載の二次電池。 - 前記補強板は、
ラミネートまたは両面テープで形成され、前記曲率半径の曲率に対応するように曲げられ、前記第1曲面部に接合される請求項2に記載の二次電池。 - 前記補強板は、
合成樹脂で形成され、前記第1曲面部にホットメルティング射出で接合される請求項1に記載の二次電池。
