Claims (10)
- 印刷ヘッドアセンブリであって、
一緒に積み重ねられた第1のプレートおよび第2のプレートと、
前記第1のプレートと第2のプレートを一緒に結合するために、前記第1のプレートと前記第2のプレートとの間に第1の接着剤と、
前記第1の接着剤の外側の縁の周囲にある第2の接着剤と、を含み、前記第2の接着剤は、前記第1の接着剤よりも酸素移動速度が遅く、酸素感受性成分が、前記第1の接着剤の前記外側の縁の中に含まれる、印刷ヘッドアセンブリ。 - 前記酸素感受性成分は、圧電トランスデューサを備える、請求項1に記載の印刷ヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記第1の接着剤は、架橋可能な修飾されたアクリル系接着剤または熱可塑性ポリイミドを含む、請求項1に記載の印刷ヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記第2の接着剤は、第1のビスフェノールエポキシ、第2のビスフェノールエポキシ、クレゾールエポキシ、アミン硬膜剤および硬化剤のブレンドを含む、請求項1に記載の印刷ヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記第1のビスフェノールエポキシは、前記第2の接着剤の約11重量%〜約17重量%含まれ、前記第2のビスフェノール接着剤は、前記第2の接着剤の約5重量%〜約7重量%含まれ、前記クレゾールエポキシは、前記第2の接着剤の約68重量%〜約72重量%含まれ、前記硬膜剤は、前記第2の接着剤の約1重量%〜約2重量%含まれ、前記硬化剤は、第2の接着剤の約2重量%〜約3重量%含まれる、請求項4に記載の印刷ヘッドアセンブリ。
