Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a gear lubricant detection device and a state monitoring system for a wind power generator, and more particularly, to a technology for detecting the deterioration of gear lubricant provided in the wind generator.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-287100 (Patent Document 1) discloses a lubricating oil contamination detection device for a press machine and peripheral devices. In this lubricating oil contamination detecting device, a transparent portion through which the lubricating oil can be seen is provided in a lubricating oil tank for supplying the lubricating oil to the lubricated portion of the press machine. Then, a light transmission type oil stain detection sensor is provided with the transparent portion interposed therebetween.
In the above-described lubricating oil contamination detection device, the transmission optical fiber sensor as the oil contamination detection sensor is composed of a pair of optical fibers arranged to face each other with a transparent glass tube as a transparent portion interposed therebetween. One of the pair of optical fibers is a light projector, and the other is a light receiver. Light is transmitted from the light projector to the light receiver through the glass tube. The contamination of the lubricating oil is detected based on the amount of light transmitted through the glass tube.
However, since the metal oil powder generated by the friction of the sliding portion of the machine is mixed in the lubricating oil, the inner wall of the glass tube is damaged when the lubricating oil flows inside the glass tube. Thereby, the transparency of a glass tube will be reduced. And since the amount of light transmitted through the glass tube decreases due to the decrease in transparency of the glass tube, even when the lubricant is clean, it is mistakenly detected that the lubricant is deteriorated based on the decrease in the amount of transmitted light. There is a problem of being.
In particular, in a wind turbine generator, a nacelle that houses a gearbox and a generator is installed at a height of several tens of meters above the ground, so that a great amount of work is required to replace the lubricating oil of the gear. . Accordingly, it is required that the deterioration of the lubricating oil can be accurately detected. In addition, in order to suppress a decrease in the detection accuracy of the lubricant deterioration, it is necessary to appropriately perform maintenance such as sensor replacement by detecting the sensor deterioration as described above.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a gear lubricant detection device and a wind power generator state monitoring system capable of accurately detecting gear lubricant deterioration. It is to be.
According to the present invention, the gear lubricant deterioration detecting device for detecting the deterioration of the gear lubricant is inserted in the lubricating oil circulation passage, has light permeability, and the lubricant flows. A pipe having a flow part and a stay part in which lubricating oil stays; a first sensor for detecting the amount of light transmitted through the inside of the flow part out of light incident on a side surface of the flow part; The second sensor for detecting the amount of light transmitted through the staying portion of the light incident on the side surface of the portion, and the deterioration of the lubricating oil based on the detected light amount by the first and second sensors And a monitoring device for determination. The monitoring device calculates a difference between the detected light amount of the first sensor and the detected light amount of the second sensor when the circulation channel is stopped, and uses the difference calculated by the calculating unit as a correction value. A correction unit that corrects the amount of light detected by the second sensor when the circulation channel is operating, and a second unit that determines deterioration of the lubricating oil based on the amount of light detected by the second sensor corrected by the correction unit. 1 determination unit.
Preferably, the monitoring device further includes a second determination unit that determines deterioration of the piping based on the difference calculated by the calculation unit.
More preferably, the gear lubricant detection device further includes a notification unit for reporting the deterioration of the lubricant and the deterioration of the piping.
Moreover, according to this invention, the state monitoring system of a wind power generator is provided with one of the above-mentioned gear lubricant detection devices.
In this invention, it is possible to accurately detect the deterioration of the lubricating oil of the gear. Moreover, since the deterioration of the sensor that detects the deterioration of the lubricating oil can also be detected, the detection accuracy of the lubricating oil deterioration can be improved. As a result, it is possible to improve the efficiency of maintenance work for the lubricating oil and sensor.

In the drawings, the same or corresponding parts are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof will not be repeated.

The
The

The

Referring to FIG. 3, the
The
The
The
The deterioration of the lubricating oil is mainly due to the temperature rise of the rotation support portion due to heat generation during the high-speed rotation of the
The lubricant

(Configuration of lubricant deterioration detection sensor)
FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a detailed configuration of the lubricant
Referring to FIG. 4, lubricating oil
The
The
The staying
For example, the
The
The
FIG. 5 is a view showing the appearance of the
Referring to FIG. 5, the
The
The
As shown in FIG. 3, when the
However, since the lubricating oil is constantly in contact with metal such as the sliding portion of the
Thus, the flow portion transmitted light amount PI2 is reduced not only by the deterioration of the lubricating oil but also by the deterioration of the

(Lubricant deterioration detection processing)
Next, the lubricant deterioration detection process in the gear lubricant deterioration detection device according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a series of procedures for the lubricant deterioration detection process according to the embodiment of the present invention. The flowchart shown in FIG. 6 can be realized by executing a program stored in advance in the
Referring to FIG. 6, first, in step S01,
On the other hand, when the
When the
In creating the correction value H, the
Here, when the
Further, the
On the other hand, when correction value H is smaller than threshold value Y (NO in step S03),
Returning to step S01, when it is determined that the
The reference value K is referred to as a flow portion transmitted light amount PI2 (= PI2 (s) when the
On the other hand, when the reference value K is created through the process of step S05 and stored in the storage unit (YES in step S04), the
Specifically, the
Specifically, the
Next, the
Next, the
On the other hand, when deterioration determination transmitted light amount value C is smaller than threshold value X (NO in step S07),
As described above, according to the embodiment of the present invention, since the influence of deterioration of the sensor itself can be removed from the detection value of the lubricant deterioration detection sensor, the deterioration of the lubricant can be accurately detected. Further, the deterioration of the lubricant deterioration detection sensor can be detected based on the detection value of the lubricant deterioration detection sensor. This makes it possible to efficiently perform maintenance work such as replacement of the lubricating oil and replacement of the piping inside the lubricating oil deterioration detection sensor.
