Abstract
【解決手段】ローター(12)の回転軸(13)を中心とする径(r)が最少径(rmin)と最大径(rmax)との間で変化する内側輪郭(14)を有するカムリング(11)を備え、ローターに設けられた羽根部材(16)がカムリング内側輪郭に摺動してポンプ室(15’)を制限するように構成されたベーンポンプ(1)において、内側輪郭の径が関数:r=r0+a・sin(n・φ)により定められることを特徴とする。ここで、r0=(rmax+rmin)/2、a=(rmax−rmin)/2、φ=ローター(12)の回転方向における最少径(rmin)と最大径(rmax)の間の角度、nはポンプ室を有するリフトセクション数である。この内側輪郭は、従来技術による楕円形状の内側輪郭(21)より外側に軌跡を描く。

Claims (7)
- カムリング(11)が内設されたポンプハウジング(10)を有し、カムリング(11)内で回転軸(13)を中心としてローター(12)が回転可能であり、カムリング(11)は回転軸(13)を中心とする径方向において最少径(rmin)と最大径(rmax)との間で変化する径(r)を有する内側輪郭(14)を有し、内側輪郭(14)とローター(12)との間の径方向ギャップ内に数(n)のポンプ室(15’)を有するリフトセクション(15)が設けられ、ローター(12)に設けられた羽根部材(16)がカムリング(11)の内側輪郭(14)に摺動してポンプ室(15’)を制限するように構成されたベーンポンプ(1)において、回転軸(13)からの内側輪郭(14)の径(r)が関数:r=r0+a・sin(n・φ)により定められることを特徴とするベーンポンプ、ただし、r0=(rmax+rmin)/2、a=(rmax−rmin)/2、および、φ=ローター(12)の回転方向における最少径(rmin)と最大径(rmax)の間の角度。
- リフトセクション(13)を形成するため、前記内側輪郭(14)の回転軸(13)からの径(r)が、楕円方程式によるカムリング(11)の内側輪郭(21)により形成される径より大きい、請求項1記載のベーンポンプ。
- 前記内側輪郭(14)の回転軸(13)からの径(r)が、平均径(r0)に関連する三角関数によって定義される振幅で変化する、請求項1または2記載のベーンポンプ。
- 前記リフトセクション数(n)がn=2、n=3またはn>3である。請求項1ないし3のいずれか記載のベーンポンプ。
- 前記ローター(12)が1,000〜10,000rpm、好ましくは3,000〜8,000rpm、特に好ましくは6,000rpmの回転速度で回転する、請求項1ないし4のいずれか記載のベーンポンプ。
- 前記リフトセクション数(n)がn=2であるときに、内側輪郭(14)の回転軸(13)からの径(r)が、360度の角度範囲において、カムリング(11)の楕円内側輪郭(21)の径と4回一致する、請求項1ないし5のいずれか記載のベーンポンプ。
- 自動車用ブレーキブースターに用いられる、請求項1ないし6のいずれか記載のベーンポンプ。
