Abstract
Description
The present invention is a technique for a novel covering material laid indoors and outdoors.
Various examples are known in which a laying body in which a block is stored or placed in a frame is laid indoors or outdoors. For example, a wooden block such as Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-204507, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-98504, or the like is used as a flooring material that also contains a block made of concrete in a resin frame and uses holes provided in the frame. Examples of installation and storage are disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Nos. 63-9306 and 64-5903. Although the above-mentioned laying body flows rainwater under the block in rainy weather and does not form a puddle on the block, its role is limited.
In the current situation where torrential rains occur frequently, the function that does not become a puddle is not sufficient.
The present invention resides in the provision of a good covering that cannot retain water.
The first aspect of the present invention is a laying material comprising a block and a frame for placing the block. The frame is partitioned into one or more small sections, and the frame is perpendicular to the side surface. A frame and block in which a predetermined small section of the frame body is provided with a claw body extending from the inner surface direction of the small section to the upper side in the small section in order to fix the placed block. It is a flooring made of
In order to fix the placed block on the frame body, a protruding nail body is formed using a surface that divides the frame body up and down, and the block on the frame body is fixed through the nail body.
The second aspect of the present invention is a laying material comprising a block and a frame for housing the block, wherein the frame is partitioned into one or more small sections, and the frame is perpendicular to the side surface. A floor made up of a frame and a block, which is divided into a top and bottom by a plane, and has claws on the top and bottom walls of the small section facing the inside of the small section in order to fix the blocks to be stored. It is a material.
By dividing the frame up and down by a plane perpendicular to the side surface, different small sections are provided on the lower surface of the upper surface, so that blocks of different shapes can be accommodated on the front and back surfaces.
The laying body of the first aspect of the present invention has the following effects by fixing the block placed on the frame by the claw provided using the upper and lower surfaces. (1) The placed block is prevented from being peeled off or moved by a person's stepping pressure or the like. (2) Since a frame body space is created under the block and rainwater is temporarily stored, the block will not be flooded even in heavy rain.
The second aspect of the present invention has the following effects by dividing the frame body vertically by a plane perpendicular to the side surface. Different small sections can be formed on the front and back surfaces, and different blocks can be stored in the respective sections.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a conceptual diagram of a frame that constitutes a base. The top view and sectional drawing of this frame are shown.
As shown in the figure, the main frame is divided into a plurality of small sections, and the main frame is further divided into two vertically by a horizontal surface. In the figure, claw bodies are provided upward in small sections at four corners of the main frame. The upper part of the nail body is circular and a screw hole is provided in the center. When the block placed on the frame is made of wood, it is used as a screw hole. In the case of stone or the like, an adhesive is applied to the upper part of the
If necessary, a groove that matches the shape of the frame body may be provided on the back surface of the block, and the block and the frame body may be fitted together.
The nail body may be provided separately from the frame body, but if the frame body is formed of a thermoplastic resin, the nail body can naturally be formed integrally. The shape of the claw body is not limited as long as the block is placed on the frame body and the frame body and the block can be fixedly engaged. Further, the position and number of the small sections where the claws are provided can be changed as necessary.
FIG. 2 is a conceptual diagram showing a covering.
A state where the block placed on the frame body is fixed to the frame body with screws through the screw holes provided in the claw body is shown.
In this example, since a large space is generated below the block, rainwater flows into the space from the gap between the blocks in rainy weather, and thus the water does not accumulate on the block.
FIG. 3 is a conceptual diagram showing another example of a frame. This frame is used to place and fix blocks in each of the small sections partitioned into three vertical columns. A block in which a nail body is provided and stored in each compartment is screwed through the nail body.
The frame can determine the distribution of the small sections below the frame by a distribution different from the distribution of the small sections above the divided frame. By doing so, it is possible to change the number of side surfaces that determine the small section at the lower part of the frame, and to adjust the strength against the load from above the frame.
FIG. 4 is an example of a frame that is provided with a horizontal surface that divides the frame up and down but does not form a nail. In this case, a block can be stored in each small section of the frame. The accommodated block is fixed by claws provided at the upper and lower parts of the frame.
This figure has shown the example which accommodated the block in the small division part of the surface and a back surface. Each example shows a different shape of the stored block when viewed from the front and back surfaces of the frame. When viewed from the front, it is divided into nine small sections, but the back is divided into three small sections in three vertical rows as shown in the figure. The number and shape of the small sections on the front and back surfaces of the main frame body are different because the main frame body is vertically divided by the horizontal plane provided at the center of the side surface as described above. In addition, the number of subdivisions of the frame body and the shape of the subdivisions are not limited to this example.
Also in this example, a nail body may exist as long as it is a nail body formed of a flexible material. The nail is crushed by the block. If necessary, a recess can be provided on the back surface of the block to provide a crushed claw body housing.
FIG. 5 is a view showing a joint as a connecting portion for connecting to the front, rear, left and right of the frame. It can be connected by providing a male joint on the surface that contacts the outer surface of the frame and a female joint on the other surface that contacts. In addition to this example, conventionally proposed joints can be used as the type of joint.
The frame is formed by injection molding a thermoplastic polypropylene resin or the like. Further, it may be made of a metal such as stainless steel as required. The block stored or placed in the frame may be made of wood for indoor use or made of wood or stone for outdoor use.
Can be used as indoor and outdoor mats.
