The following structure is known as a document relating to an induction heating apparatus that cools an induction heating coil with air.
For example,
In
The blowing paths of
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides an induction heating device that reduces the amount of air blown by a fan and reduces maintenance by reducing pressure loss related to air blowing and improving cooling efficiency. With the goal.
In order to solve the above-described problem, a first aspect of the present invention includes a plate on which an object to be heated is disposed, a housing provided on the lower side of the plate, and an insulator provided in the housing. A heating device, an opening and a fan provided on a side surface of the housing, and a control unit for controlling the heating body and the fan, wherein a flow path from the opening to the fan is provided. It is straight, and the plate and the heating element are arranged across the straight flow path. The heating body is not particularly limited as long as the heating target can be heated in a non-contact manner. As a heating body, what irradiates a to-be-heated body with electromagnetic waves like an induction coil, a light emitting element, etc. can be utilized, for example. Moreover, it is more desirable that the heating body has a flat plate shape. As the insulator covering the heating body, an insulator such as a resin that can transmit electromagnetic waves is used.
According to such a configuration, since the opening and the fan are arranged on the side surface of the housing, maintenance is easy, and since the air flow path is linear, there is little pressure loss and it is difficult to collect heat, so cooling performance Can be high.
In the above heating device, the Joule heat of the heating body is 40 W or more and 570 W or less, the distance between the plate and the heating body is 5 mm or more, and the flow rate of the fan is 0.5 m 3 / min or more. 12.6 m 3 / min or less, and the area of the opening is 50 cm 2 or more and 100 cm 2 or less.
When the distance between the plate and the heating body is narrower than 5 mm, the pressure loss increases, and the performance of cooling the heating body is lowered. If the flow rate of the fan is less than 0.5 m 3 / min, the heating element may overheat, and if it is greater than 12.6 m 3 / min, the power consumption of the fan increases. Area of the opening is desirably 50 cm 2 or more 100 cm 2 or less, the area of the opening to be introduced an appropriate flow rate of air to the heat generation amount is adjusted, it can be efficiently cooled heating body. When the area of the opening is less than 50 cm 2 , the pressure loss due to the intake air increases and the ability to cool the heating body decreases. When the area of the opening is larger than 100 cm 2, the flow rate of air flowing below the heating body increases, and the flow rate of air flowing between the plate and the heating body decreases, so the heat dissipation amount on the upper side of the heating body decreases, This is undesirable because the heating element overheats.
In any one of the heating devices described above, a distance between the plate and the heating body is 6 mm or more.
According to such a configuration, when the distance between the plate and the heating body is 6 mm or more, the heating body can be effectively cooled. However, if the distance between the plate and the heating element is too large, the distance between the object to be heated and the heating element is also large, so 6 mm is desirable. The heating efficiency decreases as the distance increases from 6 mm. If the distance between the plate and the heating element is less than 6 mm, the temperature of the heating element at the time of operation becomes high and approaches the insulating allowable temperature of the heating element, so that there is a concern that the insulating performance is deteriorated.
Moreover, in the heating apparatus according to any one of the above, a baffle plate is provided between the lower portion of the heating body and the casing.
According to such a configuration, when a rectifying plate is provided between the lower part of the heating body and the housing, the warmed air below the heating body can be quickly discharged out of the housing, and the heating body is effectively obtained. Can be cooled.
Moreover, in the heating device according to any one of the above, a distance between the heating body and the current plate is 20 mm or more and 30 mm or less. When the distance between the heating body and the current plate is 20 mm or more and 30 mm or less, the heating body can be effectively cooled. When the distance between the heating body and the current plate is 50 mm or more, the cooling capacity is lowered.
Further, in the heating device according to any one of the above, the rectifying plate includes a slope extending toward the fan, and the slope is disposed at an angle of 45 degrees or more and 60 degrees or less with respect to a horizontal plane. It is characterized by.
According to such a configuration, by providing the slope, it is possible to use a large-diameter fan that can suppress the number of rotations of the fan with respect to the blowing amount, and to reduce power consumption. In addition, the slope is disposed at an angle of 45 degrees or more and 60 degrees or less with respect to the airflow direction of the fan, which is the horizontal direction, so that the pressure loss of the airflow is reduced and the heating body can be cooled effectively. .
Moreover, in the heating device according to any one of the above, the heating body is an induction coil.
According to such a structure, it can heat directly by making a to-be-heated body self-heat with the electromagnetic waves which an induction coil emits. Therefore, the object to be heated can be efficiently heated.
Further, in the heating device including the induction coil, an aluminum cover is provided on the plate so as to cover an object to be heated, and the cover and the housing are in direct contact with each other. .
According to such a structure, a to-be-heated body can be heated more effectively by covering a to-be-heated body. Moreover, since the cover is made of aluminum, the cover can be prevented from being heated by electromagnetic waves.
Further, in the heating device according to any one of the above, which is provided with an induction coil, a material of the casing is aluminum or copper.
According to such a structure, since the material of a housing | casing is aluminum or copper which is nonmagnetic, it can suppress that a housing | casing is heated by electromagnetic waves.
Further, in the heating device according to any one of the above-mentioned, having an induction coil, the material of the plate is a non-magnetic heat-resistant material that transmits electromagnetic waves.
According to such a configuration, since the material of the plate is a non-magnetic heat-resistant material that transmits electromagnetic waves, the plate is difficult to be heated by the electromagnetic waves, the loss of electromagnetic waves due to the plate is small, and the heated object is efficiently heated. it can. Specific examples of the material include heat resistant resin and heat resistant glass. Moreover, the composite material which combined these may be sufficient. When heat resistant resin is used, it can be lighter than a plate made of heat resistant glass.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the pressure loss regarding ventilation can be reduced, and the ventilation volume of a fan can be reduced and power consumption can be reduced by improving cooling efficiency. In addition, an induction heating device that is easy to maintain can be provided.

FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the relationship between the pressure in the vicinity of the fan (gauge pressure) in the housing and the air flow rate with respect to the vertical width of the opening in the first embodiment of the present invention. The gauge pressure and air flow rate were determined by changing the vertical width of the opening to 10 mm, 30 mm, 50 mm, 100 mm, and 150 mm. When the vertical width of the opening is 50 mm or less, the pressure approaches the atmospheric pressure and the flow rate increases as the vertical width of the opening increases. When the vertical width of the opening is larger than 50 mm, the pressure and the air flow rate hardly change.
Considering FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 together, it was considered that when the vertical width of the opening was 10 mm or less, the flow rate of air decreased because the pressure loss was large. Moreover, when the vertical width of the opening was larger than 50 mm, it was considered that the effect of cooling the

ファン流量を1m3/min、1.6m3/min、2.6m3/min、3.9m3/min、4.7m3/min、7.8m3/min、12.6m3/minに変更して加熱体4の温度を求めた。

A second embodiment according to the present invention will be described. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a heating apparatus according to the second aspect of the present invention. The

FIG. 8 is a diagram showing the relationship of the temperature of the heating element with respect to the distance from the current plate to the plate in the second embodiment of the present invention.
