Description

The present invention relates to a water stop material for play that is provided on a highway bridge or the like and is provided to absorb expansion and contraction of a bridge girder.

In the road bridge, the length of the bridge girder expands and contracts due to the temperature change of the installation location, and a gap extending in the width direction is formed in the road bridge in order to absorb this expansion and contraction. In the play, a road bridge expansion / contraction device is provided on the road surface. Under the road bridge expansion / contraction device, a water stop material for play is used to prevent the fall of rainwater, etc. while following the change in the size of the play due to the expansion and contraction of the bridge girder. Is provided.

The play-stop material is a single piece that continuously extends in the longitudinal direction of the play. However, the play-stop material is brought into the construction site in a divided state for the reasons of manufacture, transportation, and the like, and the connection work is performed. The water-stop material for play is composed of a stretchable foam layer extending along the play and a water-stop sheet adhered to the upper surface of the stretch foam layer. A so-called patch application method is known in which a sheet having a water stop function is attached along the edge of the sheet. However, such connection work is very difficult and requires skill, and the work efficiency is low.

Therefore, conventionally, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, an elastic body having a reaction curable property is poured and filled between the two stretchable foam layers that are abutted together, and the elastic foam is cured to form the stretchable foam layer. A method of connecting them together has been proposed.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-129406

However, in the connection method of Patent Document 1, it is necessary to stir or cure the elastic body, which is troublesome. In addition, since the volume change of the cured elastic body is very small, the thickness is greatly changed by the expansion and contraction of the bridge girder, and the durability is insufficient due to the tensile force acting on the bonding surface.

An object of the present invention is to obtain a water stoppage material for play that has a simple connection operation, excellent followability to expansion and contraction of a bridge girder, and sufficient durability.

It may be configured as follows.

The first and second water-stop members may be first and second foams having stretchability both in the direction of the bridge axis and in the longitudinal direction between the play. In this case, it is preferable that the first and second waterproof sheets extend to the end surfaces of the first and second foams, respectively, and are close to each other. Alternatively, the first and second waterproof sheets are bent in the thickness direction of at least the first and second stretch foam layers at the end surfaces of the first and second stretch foam layers, respectively. You may adhere to the whole back surface of the foam.

The second waterstop material for play according to the present invention extends along the play and can follow displacement between the play, and has first and second stretchable foam layers having a water stop function and a water stop function. And the first and second waterproofing sheets provided on the top surfaces of the first and second stretchable foam layers, and the first and second stretchable foam layers are connected with their ends in close contact with each other.
Hereinafter, with reference to drawings, the structure of the water stop material for play which is the 1st Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated.
FIG. 1 shows a schematic structure of a joint portion of a road bridge provided with a waterstop material for play according to the first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, a face plate 10 and a play-stop material 20 are provided between the play extending in the direction crossing the bridge axis X of the road bridge in order to absorb the expansion and contraction of the bridge girder. The play-stop material 20 is provided below the face plate 10 and in the play between the web plates 30, 30, and stops and stops the rainwater and expands and contracts following the expansion / contraction operation of the play.

FIG. 2 shows a part of the structure of the gap water-stopping material 20 and is shown upside down. The column sponges 21 provided on both sides of the play-stop material 20 extend along the longitudinal direction (left-right direction in FIG. 2) of the play and are fixed to a wall surface such as a bridge girder. A stretchable foam layer 22 is provided between the support sponges 21. The stretchable foam layer 22 extends along the gap and can be stretched in the width direction according to the expansion / contraction operation between the gaps, and the soft stretchable foam 23 having relatively low elasticity and the hard stretchable foam 24 having relatively high elasticity. And have. The soft stretchable foam 23 and the hard stretchable foam 24 are alternately arranged in the width direction of the stretchable foam layer 22, and the adjacent ones are bonded together with an adhesive.

At the end of the stretchable foam layer 22, a waterstop stretchable foam 25, which is a continuous porous watertight water-absorbing gelled foam having a waterstop function, is provided. The dimension D1 in the longitudinal direction between the play of the water-stopping elastic foam 25 is, for example, 50 to 70 mm. The water-stopping elastic foam 25 includes a soft water-proofing foam 26 having a relatively low elasticity and a hard water-proofing foam 27 having a relatively high elasticity alternately arranged in the width direction of the elastic foam layer 22. Constructed by bonding. That is, the water-stopping stretchable foam 25 has a configuration similar to the soft stretchable foam 23 and the hard stretchable foam 24 constituting the portion other than the end of the stretchable foam layer 22 (symbol A), but is different in that it has a waterstop function. .

A waterproof sheet 31 having a waterproof function is laminated and bonded to the upper surface (lower surface in FIG. 2) of the stretchable foam layer 22, the support sponge 21, and the waterproofing elastic foam 25. A dust-proof foam 32 is laminated and adhered to. The waterstop sheet 31 and the dustproof foam 32 protrude forward from the end face of the waterstop elastic foam 25, and the protrusion amount D2 is, for example, 5 to 10 mm. As shown in FIG. 3, a continuous foam rubber sponge layer (foam) 28 is provided on the front surface of the water-stopping elastic foam 25 and bonded thereto. The open-cell rubber sponge layer 28 extends in the width direction of the stretchable foam layer 22 (direction perpendicular to the paper surface in FIG. 3), and both end surfaces of the open-cell rubber sponge layer 28 form the same plane as the outer surface of the adjacent support sponge 21. To do. The open-cell rubber sponge layer 28 protrudes from the water-proof sheet 31 and the tip of the dust-proof foam 32, and the protrusion amount D3 is, for example, 15 to 20 mm. In other words, the water-stop sheet 31 and the dust-proof foam 32 extend to the vicinity of the center of the upper surface of the open-cell rubber sponge layer 28.

The open-cell rubber sponge layer 28 has stretchability both in the direction of the bridge axis of the road bridge and in the longitudinal direction of the play. The open-cell rubber sponge layer 28 exhibits a water-stop function when compressed by 50% or more, and has both high compressibility and elongation. At the construction site of the road bridge, first, as shown in FIG. 4, the two stretchable foam layers 22 are arranged so that the open-cell rubber sponge layer 28 contacts. Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the two stretchable foam layers 22 are displaced by compressing the open-cell rubber sponge layer 28 until the water-stop sheet 31 provided on the upper surface abuts or almost abuts. The When the connection work of the two stretchable foam layers 22 is completed, the two adjacent water-stop sheets 31 come close to each other or come into contact with each other in a state where the open-cell rubber sponge layer 28 is compressed.

As the soft water-proof foam 26 and the hard water-proof foam 27 constituting the water-proof stretchable foam 25, for example, water-resistant foams having model numbers CS # 8137 and ER # 8137 manufactured by Asahi Kako Co., Ltd. can be used. The characteristics are as shown in Table 1. The conditions for the wet heat aging test for this water-stopping stretchable foam were 7 days at a relative humidity of 90% RH and a temperature of 70 ° C. A 10% compression U-shaped water stop test was conducted, but no water leakage was observed for 24 hours. Further, a 10% compression set / ± 20% expansion / contraction water leakage test was conducted, but no water leakage was observed after 370 expansions / contractions.

Figure 2015010397
Figure 2015010397

For the open-cell rubber sponge layer 28, for example, open-cell rubber sponge of model number AF-0080 manufactured by Asahi Kako Co., Ltd. can be used. The characteristics are as shown in Table 2. A 50% compression U-shaped water stop test was conducted, but no water leakage was observed for 24 hours. The sponge open cell rate was set to 65 to 75% by crushing a rubber sponge having an open cell rate of 30 to 45%.

Figure 2015010397
Figure 2015010397

As described above, in the present embodiment, the water-stopping elastic foam 25 and the open-cell rubber sponge layer are formed at the ends of the two elastic foam layers 22 arranged adjacent to each other in the gap formed at the joint portion of the road bridge. 28 is provided. That is, both the water-stopping elastic foam 25 and the continuous foam rubber sponge layer (foam) 28 are water-stopping members having a water-stopping function, and the two stretchable foam layers 22 are connected by bringing these water-stopping members into close contact with each other. .

When the width of the play is reduced, the water-stopping elastic foam 25 is compressed and deformed accordingly, and the water-stop sheet 31 is also deformed into a waveform so as to reduce the width. Further, the water-stopping elastic foam 25 is configured by alternately arranging a soft water-proofing foam 26 having a relatively low elasticity and a hard water-proofing foam 27 having a high elasticity in the width direction. Low parts are distributed alternately. In the part where the two waterstop materials 20 are connected, the waveform deformation of the waterstop sheet 31 and the compressive deformation distribution of the end face of the waterstop elastic foam 25 are not the same. It is impossible to connect the end faces so that the components corresponding to each other do not deviate from each other and no gap is generated. However, in the present embodiment, the end surface of the water-stopping elastic foam 25 is connected to the open-cell rubber sponge layer 28 having high compressibility and a high expansion / contraction rate, and the end portion of the water-stop sheet 31 is connected to the open-cell rubber sponge. Since it extends to the center of the layer 28, the deformation difference between the two water-stopping stretchable foams 25 is absorbed, and the two waterstop materials 20 are connected in a liquid-tight manner.

For example, as shown in FIG. 5, when the open-cell rubber sponge layer 28 is compressed by 50% or more, the two adjacent water-stop sheets 31 are close to or in contact with each other, and there is a gap between the two water-stop sheets 31. Even if there is, rainwater is blocked by the compressed foamed foam sponge layer 28 and does not leak downward from the waterstop material 20 (see FIG. 2).

As described above, the play-stop material of this embodiment does not flow and fill a reaction-curable elastic body between the two stretchable foam layers as in the prior art, so work at the construction site is very difficult. To be easy. Further, as shown in Tables 1 and 2, since the water-stopping elastic foam 25 and the open-cell rubber sponge layer 28 have high stretchability, this waterstop material for free play has excellent followability to the expansion and contraction of the bridge girder and has sufficient durability. Have

FIG. 6 shows the structure of the waterstop material for play according to the second embodiment. Explaining the configuration different from the first embodiment, the end of the stretchable foam layer 22 is provided with a continuous foam rubber sponge layer 28 as a watertight member, and the watertight stretchable foam 25 as in the first embodiment. Is not provided. The water-stop sheet 31 and the dust-proof foam 32 extend in the horizontal direction and reach the vicinity of the end face of the open-cell rubber sponge layer 28. That is, the open-cell rubber sponge layer 28 protrudes from the water-stop sheet 31 and the dust-proof foam 32 by, for example, about 5 to 20 mm. Therefore, as in the first embodiment, in the connecting operation of the two stretchable foam layers 22, the open-cell rubber sponge layer 28 is greatly compressed and bonded to each other, and in this state, the two water-stop sheets 31 are close to each other. To do.

Since the open-cell rubber sponge layer 28 has elasticity in both the direction of the bridge axis and the longitudinal direction between play, it absorbs the wave deformation of the water-stop sheet 31, and the wave-form deformation on the connection end face of the water-stop material 20 for play. Is not transmitted, and the continuous foam rubber sponge layer 28 prevents rainwater from leaking. Similarly to the first embodiment, the waterstop material for play between the second embodiment is easy to work on the construction site, has excellent followability to the expansion and contraction of the bridge girder, and has sufficient durability.

FIG. 7 shows the configuration of the waterstop material for play according to the third embodiment. A configuration different from the second embodiment will be described. The water-stop sheet 31 is bent in the thickness direction of the stretchable foam layer 22 (that is, vertically downward) at the end face of the stretchable foam layer 22 and is in close contact with the entire back surface of the open-cell rubber sponge layer 28. The length of the bent portion of the water blocking sheet 31 is equal to the thickness of the stretchable foam layer 22. On the other hand, the dust-proof foam 32 extends in the horizontal direction and reaches near the end face of the open-cell rubber sponge layer 28.

Also in the waterstop material for play between the third embodiment, as in the second embodiment, the waveform deformation generated in the bent portion of the waterstop sheet 31 is absorbed by the open-cell rubber sponge layer 28 and adjacent thereto. The two open-cell rubber sponge layers 28 provided are in close contact with each other. Therefore, according to the third embodiment, rainwater at the joint portion is blocked by the continuous foam rubber sponge layer 28 and does not leak downward, and the same effect as in the second embodiment can be obtained.

FIG. 8 shows the stretchable foam layer 22 of the waterstop material for play according to the fourth embodiment. The water-stopping stretchable foam 25 that is the end of the stretchable foam layer 22 is a continuous porous water-repellent water-absorbing gelled foam having a waterstop function, as in the first embodiment, and has a relatively low elasticity. The soft water-resistant foam 26 and the hard water-resistant foam 27 having relatively high elasticity are alternately arranged in the width direction of the stretchable foam layer 22 and bonded together. The open-cell rubber sponge layer 28 is not provided. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment, and the operational effects are the same as those of the first embodiment except that there is no water stop function by the open-cell rubber sponge layer 28.

In each of the above-described embodiments, the water-stopping member (water-stopping expandable foam 25 and / or open-cell rubber sponge 28) is provided at the end of the stretchable foam layer 22, but the stretchable foam layer 22 is replaced with this. May be formed from the same material as the water-stopping elastic foam 25 to form a water-stopping member.

Further, a water-stopping member (water-stopping elastic foam 25 and / or open-cell rubber sponge 28) is provided only at one end of the two stretchable foam layers 22 to be connected, and the two water-stopping members are interposed through this one water-stopping member. Two stretchable foam layers 22 may be connected. In this case, the two waterproof sheets 31 provided on the upper surfaces of both the stretchable foam layers 22 respectively extend to the upper surfaces of the waterproof members.

Further, in the road bridge expansion / contraction device, a water-stopping member may be provided on a portion where the expansion / contraction foam layer 22 is not provided, that is, on the end surfaces of the L-shaped steels located on both sides of the play-stop material 20 in FIG. According to this, the water stop function of a joint part can further be improved.

In addition, the installation place of the water stop material 20 for play is not limited between the web plates 30 and 30, and may be a play between bridge girders located below these web plates.
