前記蓋部材の前端にはベルト部が係脱可能に係合され、
前記シール筒と前記中芯ユニットは、付勢手段により相反方向に付勢され、
前記ベルト部には一体的に後方へ延びる係止片部が設けられ、この係止片部は、前記中芯ユニットと係合して前記中芯ユニットの後方への移動を規制するとともに前記中芯ユニットと一体的に前進するように設けられ、
