Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 構内に定められた領域を除染するための装置において、
その内部にチャンバを画定しており、前記チャンバに繋がる吸入口および排出口を有する筐体と、
キャリアガスを、前記領域から、前記筐体の前記吸入口を通して、前記チャンバを経て、前記筐体の前記排出口へと抜けさせて前記領域に戻して循環させる送風器と、
霧状にされた流体の噴霧を前記チャンバへと導入する噴霧器と、
前記チャンバの前記排出口から出て行く前記キャリアガスを予め定められた方向へと転向させるために前記チャンバの前記排出口に対して配設され、加熱素子を有する放散器と、を備えたこと
を特徴とする装置。 - 前記噴霧器へと圧縮ガスを供給する空気圧縮器と、
前記流体を保持する貯蔵器と、
前記貯蔵器から前記噴霧器へと前記流体を送り込むポンプと、をさらに備えたこと
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記領域内の前記キャリアガスの特性を示す信号を発する複数のセンサと、
前記装置の動作を制御し、前記キャリアガスへと注入される前記流体の最大流速を前記センサから受信した信号に基づき算出するために前記複数のセンサと接続された制御器と、をさらに備えたこと
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 湿度センサ、温度センサ、過酸化水素蒸気濃度センサのうち少なくとも1つが前記複数のセンサに含まれていること
を特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。 - 前記複数のセンサが前記チャンバの前記流入口の上流に配設されていること
を特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。 - 前記放散器の一部が前記筐体の前記排出口内に配置されていること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記加熱素子が前記放散器の内表面上に配置されていること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記放散器が漏斗状の形状であること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記加熱素子が螺旋状の形状であること
を特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。 - 前記放散器の一端が前記放散器の湾曲したフランジ部を形成すること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記流体が過酸化水素であること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記放散器が、前記チャンバの前記流出口と前記領域との間に延びる流路の面の一つを画定すること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記流路が、前記チャンバの前記流出口を出て行く前記キャリアガスを、前記構内の床と略平行な方向に転向させること
を特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。 - 前記流路が、前記チャンバの前記流出口を出て行く前記キャリアガスを、前記チャンバの前記流出口から径方向外向きの進路に転向させること
を特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。 - 以下の処理を含むことを特徴とする、構内に定められた領域を除染するための方法。
a.キャリアガスを前記領域からチャンバを通して流す。
b.霧状にされた化学物質の噴霧を前記チャンバに導入して蒸気状の化学物質を形成し、前記蒸気状の化学物質が前記キャリアガスに連行されて混合気を形成するようにする。
c.放散器によって部分的に画定される流路に沿って前記混合気を前記チャンバの外へ搬送して前記領域へと戻す。
d.前記混合気が前記流路を通って搬送される間、前記放散器を加熱する。 - 前記霧状にされた化学物質の噴霧が前記チャンバへと導入される流速が、前記領域内の前記キャリアガスの特性に基づいて決定されること
を特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。 - 前記化学物質が過酸化水素であること
を特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。 - 前記処理c.に、前記混合気を予め定められた方向に転向させることが含まれること
を特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。 - 前記処理c.に、前記混合気を前記構内の床と略平行な方向に転向させることが含まれること
を特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。 - 前記処理c.に、前記混合気を前記チャンバの前記流出口から径方向外向きの進路に転向させることが含まれること
を特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
