Description
N,N‐ジメチルホルムアミド(N,N‐Dimethylformamide、DMF)溶液に18重量%のポリスルホンソリッド(Solid)を入れて80〜85℃で12時間以上溶かした後、ホモジーニアスな液相のポリスルホンが得られたら、ポリエステル材質の95〜100μmの不織布上に、上記製造されたポリスルホンを45〜50μmでキャスティングした後、水に浸漬させる。これにより、ポリスルホン層を含む多孔性支持体が得られる。
実施例1の0.001重量%のEDCの代わりに0.01重量%のEDCを用いた以外は、実施例1と同一に行って逆浸透膜を得た。
実施例1の0.001重量%のEDCの代わりに0.1重量%のEDCを用いた以外は、実施例1と同一に行って逆浸透膜を得た。
実施例1の0.001重量%のEDCの代わりに0.5重量%のEDCを用いた以外は、実施例1と同一に行って逆浸透を得た。

実施例1の0.001重量%のEDCの代わりに5重量%のEDCを用いた以外は、実施例1と同一に行って逆浸透膜を得た。
実施例1の0.001重量%のEDCの代わりに50重量%のEDCを用いた以外は、実施例1と同一に行って逆浸透膜を得た。
実施例1の0.001重量%のEDCの代わりに0.1重量%のN,N'‐ビス(2‐メチルフェニル)カルボジイミド{N,N'‐Bis(2‐methylphenyl)carbodiimide、以下、「BPC」という。}を用いた以外は、実施例1と同一に行って逆浸透膜を得た。
実施例8の0.1重量%のBPCの代わりに0.5重量%のBPCを用いた以外は、実施例8と同一に行って逆浸透膜を得た。
実施例8の0.1重量%のBPCの代わりに1重量%のBPCを用いた以外は、実施例8と同一に行って逆浸透膜を得た。
ポリスルホン層を含む多孔性支持体を、2重量%のMPD(m‐Phenylenediamine)のみを含みEDC{N‐(3‐Dimethylaminopropyl)‐N'‐ethylcarbodiimide}は含まない水溶液に2分間浸漬させた以外は、実施例1と同一に行って逆浸透膜を得た。
膜の評価に用いた逆浸透膜セル装置は、平板状透過セルと高圧ポンプ、貯蔵槽、冷却装置を含んで構成される。平板状透過セルは、クロスフロー(cross‐flow)方式の構造を有し、有効透過面積が140cm2である。
上記実施例4、実施例9及び比較例1により製造された逆浸透膜を用いて耐塩素性の評価を行った。
上記実施例4、実施例9及び比較例1により製造された逆浸透膜を用いて耐汚染性の評価を行った。
上記実施例4、実施例9及び比較例1により製造された逆浸透膜に対し、TOF‐SIMS分析方法を用いて上記ポリアミド活性層の表面から検出されるS及びSO2の濃度を測定し、その結果を下記表5に示した。
上記実施例4、9及び比較例1の平均水接触角及び水接触角の変化量を水滴接触角測定方法を用いて測定し、その結果を下記表6に示した。上記平均水接触角は、数分間常温乾燥させたポリアミド活性層の表面に蒸留水を滴下した後、接触角測定器を用いて数回接触角を測定し、これを平均した値である。また、ポリアミド活性層の表面に1cm程度の間隔で8滴の蒸留水を滴下した後、それぞれの水接触角を測定し、測定された水接触角の最小値及び最大値の差を平均水接触角で割った値を水接触角の変化量とした。
Claims (11)
- ポリスルホン層を含む多孔性支持体と、
前記多孔性支持体上に形成されるポリアミド活性層と、
を含み、
前記ポリアミド活性層の表面から検出されるSの濃度が平均1.8×10−3ユニット以下、又は前記ポリアミド活性層の表面から検出されるSO2の濃度が平均7×10−3ユニット以下である、逆浸透膜。 - 前記ポリアミド活性層の水接触角の変化量が0.1〜20%である、請求項1に記載の逆浸透膜。
- 前記ポリアミド活性層の平均水接触角が0〜15°である、請求項1または2に記載の逆浸透膜。
- 前記ポリアミド活性層は、カルボジイミド系化合物を含む多官能性アミン溶液及び多官能性酸ハロゲン化合物溶液を界面重合させて形成される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の逆浸透膜。
- 前記カルボジイミド系化合物は、N‐(3‐ジメチルアミノプロピル)‐N'‐エチルカルボジイミド、N,N'‐ジシクロヘキシルカルボジイミド、N,N'‐ジイソプロピルカルボジイミド及びN,N'‐ビス(2‐メチルフェニル)カルボジイミドからなる群から選択される1つ以上の化合物を含む、請求項4に記載の逆浸透膜。
- 前記カルボジイミド系化合物は、前記多官能性アミン溶液100重量%に対して0.001〜50重量%含まれる、請求項4に記載の逆浸透膜。
- 多孔性支持体を形成する段階と、
前記多孔性支持体上にカルボジイミド系化合物を含む多官能性アミン溶液及び多官能性酸ハロゲン化合物溶液を界面重合させてポリアミド活性層を形成する段階と、
を含む、逆浸透膜の製造方法。 - 前記カルボジイミド系化合物は、N‐(3‐ジメチルアミノプロピル)‐N'‐エチルカルボジイミド、N,N'‐ジシクロヘキシルカルボジイミド、N,N'‐ジイソプロピルカルボジイミド及びN,N'‐ビス(2‐メチルフェニル)カルボジイミドからなる群から選択される1つ以上の化合物を含む、請求項8に記載の逆浸透膜の製造方法。
- 前記カルボジイミド系化合物は、前記多官能性アミン溶液100重量%に対して0.001〜50重量%含まれる、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の逆浸透膜の製造方法。
