Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 体ルーメンにおいて介入手順を計画する方法において、
前記体ルーメンのCTスキャンを実行するステップと、
介入的なカメラ画像に対応する前記体ルーメンの内部の仮想レンダリングを作成するステップと、
前記介入手順に関して計画された経路に対応する仮想テープを前記体ルーメンの壁上へ投影するステップとを有する、方法。 - 前記仮想テープが、一定の刃先角で局所経路に直交する前記計画された経路に沿った各ポイントで前記ルーメン壁上へ投影される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記仮想テープが、前記基礎をなす体ルーメン壁の評価を可能にするよう、半透明のオーバレイとして描かれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記仮想テープが、前記仮想レンダリングの方向の指示を提供するよう、所定の方向において投影される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 2つの仮想テープが、前記体ルーメン壁上へ描かれ、1つは、腹部の方向にあり、他方は、背部の方向にあり、前記仮想テープは、これらの個別の方向を示すためカラーコード化される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記体ルーメンが、気管気管支気道である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記体ルーメンが、大腸である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 体ルーメンにおいて介入手順の間介入デバイスを誘導する方法において、
介入器具上のカメラからの画像をディスプレイに表示するステップと、
計画された介入経路を決定するステップと、
前記カメラ画像上に前記計画された経路から前記体ルーメンの壁上へ仮想テープを投影するステップとを有する、方法。 - 前記仮想テープが、一定の刃先角で局所経路に直交する前記計画された経路に沿った各ポイントで前記ルーメン壁上へ投影される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記仮想テープが、前記基礎をなす体ルーメン壁の評価を可能にするよう半透明のオーバレイとして描かれる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記仮想テープが、前記仮想レンダリングの方向の指示を提供するため、所定の方向において投影される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 2つの仮想テープが、前記体ルーメン壁上へ描かれ、1つは、腹部の方向にあり、他方は、背部の方向にあり、前記仮想テープは、それらの個別の方向を示すためカラーコード化される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 体ルーメンにおいて介入手順を計画するシステムであって、
プロセッサと、
前記プロセッサに動作可能に接続されるメモリと、
前記プロセッサに動作可能に接続されるディスプレイとを有し、
前記メモリが、該メモリ上にエンコードされるモデリングプログラムを持ち、前記プログラムは、手術前スキャンから体ルーメンの仮想レンダリングを生成し、前記ルーメンを通り手術経路を示す前記仮想レンダリングにおけるルーメン壁上へ仮想テープを投影するよう、前記プロセッサにより実行される、システム。 - 前記仮想テープが、一定の刃先角で前記局所経路に直交する前記計画された経路に沿った各ポイントで前記ルーメン壁上へ投影される、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記仮想テープが、前記基礎をなす体ルーメン壁の評価を可能にするよう、半透明のオーバレイとして描かれる、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記仮想テープが、前記仮想レンダリングの方向の指示を提供するため、所定の方向において投影される、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 2つの仮想テープが、前記体ルーメン壁上へ描かれ、1つは、腹部の方向にあり、他方は、背部の方向にあり、前記仮想テープは、これらの個別の方向を示すためカラーコード化される、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- カメラを持つ介入器具を更に有し、前記カメラが、体ルーメンの画像を前記プロセッサに提供し、前記プロセッサは、計画された介入経路を示す前記ルーメンの壁上へ投影される仮想テープを持つ画像を前記ディスプレイに表示する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記介入器具が、気管支鏡である、請求項18に記載のシステム。
- コンピュータプログラムであって、
体ルーメンのCTスキャンを実行するためのプログラムコードと、
介入的なカメラ画像に対応する前記体ルーメンの内部の仮想レンダリングを作成するためのプログラムコードと、
前記介入手順に関して計画された経路に対応する仮想テープを前記体ルーメンの壁上へ投影するためのプログラムコードとを有する、プログラム。
