Abstract
Description
試験したアルミナ製ハニカムは、SBa200として知られている、サーソル社より入手したガンマアルミナ粉末から製造した。このアルミナ粉末は、所望のサイズ範囲の粒径分布にボールミル粉砕されているか、または他の様式で粉砕されている。この特別な場合において、約5〜30マイクロメートル、好ましくは10〜20マイクロメートルのd50を有する二峰性分布を−170メッシュで篩にかけた。結果として生じた分布における最小の粒子は約0.05から0.1マイクロメートルであり、最大の粒子はわずかに100マイクロメートルを超えていた。アルミナ粉末およびか焼ハニカムの表面BET、細孔容積分布(PVD)および水銀圧入ポロシメトリー(MIP)のデータが表1に示されている。押出しおよびか焼後に、アルミナは、表面積および高い気孔率を維持する。気孔率は、米デンプン細孔形成剤の転化により増加する。
Claims (5)
- 気体からCO2を除去するための物品であって、
多孔質壁により画成された開放通路を有する、活性アルミナを含むフロースルー型基体、および
前記フロースルー型基体上に配置された、該フロースルー型基体の多孔質壁に入り込んでいるCO2収着剤、
を含み、
第1の温度でCO2を収着し、収着したCO2の少なくとも一部を第2の温度で脱着できる物品。 - 前記フロースルー型基体の多孔質壁が少なくとも50%の気孔率を有する、請求項1記載の物品。
- 前記フロースルー型基体の多孔質壁が200m2/g超の表面積を有する、請求項1または2記載の物品。
- 前記CO2収着剤がポリエチレンイミンを含む、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の物品。
- 気体からCO2を除去する方法であって、
請求項1から4いずれか1項記載の物品を提供する工程、および
前記物品を、CO2を含む気体と、40℃までの温度で接触させる工程、
を有してなる方法。
