Claims (2)

  1. 中空微小球が得られる供給原料組成物の総重量に基づいて少なくとも45重量%のリサイクルガラスを含む、中空微小球であって、1.25g/cm未満の密度、20MPaを超える20%体積減少での強度を有し、実質的に単一セル構造を有し、更に、前記中空微小球が得られる前記供給原料組成物の総重量に基づいて0.05重量%未満の添加された有効な発泡剤を有する供給原料組成物から製造されてなる、中空微小球。
  2. リサイクルガラス粒子を含み、供給原料組成物の総重量に基づいて0.05重量%未満の添加された有効な発泡剤を含む、前記供給原料組成物を提供することと、
    リサイクルガラス粒子と、ホウ酸及び酸化ホウ素の少なくとも1つとの水性分散液を形成することと、
    前記水性分散液を噴霧乾燥して、球状ガラス凝集物を形成することと、
    前記凝集物を加熱して、中空微小球を形成することと、
    を含み、前記中空微小球が実質的に単一セル構造を有する、中空微小球の作製方法。
